I absolutely love this store! This has been one of my favorite places to go to in the cities. Dawn is so amazing and is always willing to help out and answer any questions we have. I have always felt comfortable and welcomed. The store has lots of options for plus sized clothing, toys and BDSM options. I love coming into the store and being recognized and acknowledged. I came in one day in a piece of clothing that I bought from there and I highly appreciated the excited reactions I got from the employees when they saw I was wearing an outfit from the store. Worked with a Gal name Dawn she was super awesome! Made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in, helped answer some questions I had and then walked me through what each product did and how it worked. She even gave me some great recommendations after talking for a bit. I loved the product I got it was absolutely perfect! All in all a great experience, will definitely be recommending this place.

Ill start out by saying my review is 3 stars instead one 1 due to an amazing employee named Kenzie.I came in one night when it was super busy and I was just looking around at corsets. I wasnt super concerned about talking to an employee since I wanted to look around. And I could see what I thought to be the only employee (Kenzie) helping other customers. Until I found a corset I really liked but didnt see in my size. I saw another employee with blue hair walk behind the register so I went up to ask her if they had it in my size or something similar. The response I got was I dont know then she just walked away. I ended up just leaving.I came back in a different day when it was slower and actually got a chance to chat with Kenzie (this is when I found out her name) about different corsets and what would work for me. She helped me pick out a beautiful purple one that I love!

Having traveled due to business for many years I have shopped at many different stores in many states. When I walked into their Burnsville store I was greeted by two smiling ladies immediately. I spent a bit of time browsing the store which has so many choices I was a tad overwhelmed for a bit. That is when those two wonderful gals, Dawn and Anna, came back and asked if I needed assistance. It didnt take but a few minutes and those two had me all set, to make it a wonderful birthday for my wife. They asked me a few questions and quickly had a nice selection of products for me to choose from. They were knowledgeable and they made me feel so comfortable about something that I am not usually one to discuss. My wife loved her gifts and I will most certainly be shopping there again!

What can often times be super awkward and a lot easier to do hiding behind a keyboard has always been incredibly comfortable at Enchantasys. The staff is SO knowledgeable and willing to take the extra time to make sure you know what your looking for, how to best use products, and even make suggestions based on simple conversation. This store has never disappointed!

The Lady at the Burnsville store was very nice and helpful it was my first time in the store and I will definitely go back.

Very outgoing and polite employees, only thing is they talk so much with you that there’s no privacy to even feel comfortable to shop. And heavy heavy advertising to make me buy products! But over all the store was neatly organized, clean, and good. Not sure if I decide to come back here or not. We’ll have to see.

The staff are very helpful and I went from overwhelmed to informed and and quite confident in my purchase! They are clearly educated and are kind and make what to some is an uncomfortable subject, very easy to discuss! When I left I was sure that what I had just bought was exactly what I was wanting and would work for me! I highly recommend this store for your adult needs.

Date of Visit: 12/29/2018 - OK place to obtain Bachelor Party/Bachelorette Party trinkets and garb. Sales associates are VERY attentive and helpful, which is not something my husband and I particularly enjoy in this type of store. A lot more X-rated material toward the back of the store.

I went in to get somethings for a bachelorette party and had no plan or idea what to get (something playful and something practical). The gentleman working there was so soft spoken and knowledgeable he made it so easy to express what I was trying to find while offering great suggestions! The gift was a hit! I wish I had gotten his name (Saturday, 10/7 @ about 7:30). Thank you! My experience was 100% better than what I thought it might be...aka awkward. Jim, the owner, is a horrible business owner. One of his employees refused to let my boyfriend and I leave the store because their security alarm went off She made my boyfriend strip down to his tshirt, socks and jeans and she STILL refused to let us leave. She wanted him to undress in front of her at the front of the door. You can find the remainder of the story in a different review. Now that we have reached out to Jim he is refusing to own up to what his employee did or even say a simple apology! No one reviewed these cameras that needed to be reviewed so badly and no one has even said sorry. Weve spent hundreds of dollars and JUST got the $40 reward yesterday Im disgusted by Jim. Absolutely disgusted.

Good selection of EVERYTHING and the best part was meeting Dawn. She was so helpful and knowledgeable.

First time I went in, the employees were fun, nice, and helpful. Second time I went in, an employee in a jean jacket made a judgemental comment on what I was buying. Another employee agreed and both pressured me to buy something else. They made me very uncomfortable and I dont want to go in again if I will be treated like that.

Nothing but positively the best quality products and so much to look at that youre going to want to spend at least an hour here. Helpful and informative staff members that dont try to push the selling part too hard to mke u uncomfortable

Be warned all sales are final. Five minutes after leaving the store we came back to exchange a sealed bottle of lube because I realized it had chemicals in the ingredients that I wasnt comfortable with. Even though no one warned me sales are final I was told due to the nature of the store we cannot exchange or return anything So now I am stuck with a $50 dollar bottle of lube that I dont want. I do my best to support local business over online stores, but needless to say I will not be coming back here again.I must add the ladies at the store were very friendly and knowledgeable, but the man who I spoke with regarding the exchange was not. Originally when I called the store asking for a particular brand of lube, he wasnt even aware that they had it in stock. And when I explained the product I purchased wasnt what I was looking for, he advised multiple times to simply water it down.
