Buyer beware!!! I have a green firmness pillow that has went flat 3 times in 4 years and i had it replaced each time. This time i tried to change it to the blue firmness level to see if it would hold up any better. Jason told me NO WAY. So much for customer service. Mike Lindell does not know what his people are doing or he does not care. Spend your your money with a company who has a better product and cares about the customer. I would rather get my money back rather than going back to the store ever year and dealing with Jason.

They have almost every MyPillow product in stock, great and personable customer service, and the worker was very nice. Go support the store if you ever can!

If your the kind of person who likes to wear their bedsheets then this is the kind of store for you. I wanted to try my pillow but I dont like who they go to bed with.

I purchased 2 pillows for my Husband & myself. I personally hated these pillows. Im currently looking for a new adjustable bed then Ill need sheets, pillows, etc. I will not be using MyPillow & I would not recommend this Company to anyone.

Great customer service and we love our pillows! If you want a different fill level, they dont hassle you at all, you can go in there and get a new pillow with more or less fill hassle free, no questions asked.

Absolutely love my mypillow!! Dont want to sleep without it!! I have had it two years and its wonderful. Defintely recommend it. Today I was in the store to redeem a coupon for free travel size version. The service was great. He was friendly, polite and just had a good attitude for being at a store completely empty on a Saturday. I would highly recommend this location because if the service!! And the pillow are great too!! Win win!!

Went in with a coupon for a free travel pillow. The lady that was working saw me coming and got my pillow ready. She did not hassle me to buy a pillow. Which makes me want to buy a pillow in the future.

Was charged $150 and never received my 4 pack special! I was told there was nothing they can do about it... And know they dont awnser my emails .. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
