Came in here right before the pandemic. I asked the woman working if there was anyway to make my hair less brassy. I asked if a certain product would work and she laughs and raises her voice at me, talking down on me like a child for asking a simple question. I walked out in an instant.

Not good quality for shaving machine!

I had never wrote a review in my life, i went today on 8/20/20 between 10:30am to 11:00 am and payed at 11:02 AM, on register 1, the lady that served me was very rude person, from the moment i ask her where can i find stuff she was just screaming from the register area, it was not because she had any other customer just because she is not willing to help, this is not her first time when she treating me this way, then i started paying, she ask if i have any coupons but i said i am sorry i forgot it home, then she stared snapping and saying we never mailed stuff out so you should check your email, and i tried to answer back i am sure i have the paper version but never use my email, and i ask her, can your answer things nicely instead of being mean? she started cursing me out and she keep saying i dont care how you feel, i know my self, she was miss treating me so much, even if after i payed she said byeee and she kept waving bye through the window in making way, this is something very disturbing and unacceptable behavior that i have ever seen from any places and i want someone from the management to take action on this.

The lady was very helpful, and there was some good sales.

I was there 10/31/19 between 10:30 and 11:00 am. The woman who helped me was not able to listen to what I wanted and just kept repeating that she didn’t know what I was talking about. She was very rude so I left. She followed me to the car and sort of apologized and said I should come back in I accepted her apology but said no and she kept at it till I said I would come in and then she just treated me very rudely again. I would be very hesitant to shop there again. I would not want to ever deal with her again.

Those employees dont know nothing about customer service, I will never be back to this location. I am Spanish speaking and the cashier want to play to be smart than me and keep my product because she dont found the receive. EXCUSEME!

Went in this afternoon for a new set of clip-in extensions. Quick and wonderful service AND a perfect color match!

Worked with the store manager over the phone and in the store, and she was so incredibly nice and helpful. Answered all of my questions and made sure I had exactly what I needed. Highly highly recommend.

TERRIBLE STAFF IN THIS STORE. I visited multiple times in hopes to find my hair color and it’s been out of stock for months. I’ve been patient and kind to the staff about it the times I’ve asked to see if they’ll be getting it or if they have more, and each person I’ve interacted with acts as if it’s bothersom for me to ask for help. Even when it’s slow and the store isn’t busy. I’m not someone to write reviews, but after being treated the way I was, I need to make sure it is known. Even 2 other customers overheard the way I was spoken to today and mentioned they didn’t have to be so rude to me.This is not acceptable and I don’t say this for me personally, but as a store. Very poor customer service and I will be reaching out to a district or regional manager.

Usually shop at faribault location and never have problems. Really rude costumer service at checkout here, im not one to review either so theres that.

The ladies are so helpful and always very humble when asking how to do different colors but they dont make you feel stupid they are very knowledgeable

Got everything i needed within 10 minutes although, i wish signing up for the card was an easier process since i had to spell out every letter to the cashier. good store nonetheless, i recommend it.

My sister and I walked in because we needed hair dye/cutting essentials. Were in our late 20s, we did not have baggy clothes on and we did not have our purses/backpacks. We had our phones and keys. There was another customer in there that soon left so it was just my sister and I. One of the employees mustve thought we couldnt hear her because she then tells the other employee, I dont trust those two. It is extremely upsetting that this is the kind of interaction we are given by the employees, it made us not want to shop there anymore. As we left the store, I told the employee I heard your comment and thats why well just go somewhere else. Youre disrespectful. She still didnt have the decency to apologize or give any kind of response. She just stood on her tablet/iPad.

A great store but the employees were very unfriendly. They werent helpful at all. They were on their phones the entire time I was in the store. I expect a lot more when I go to Sallys. Disappointed.

One of the workers there referred to me as “sweetie” and “hun”. I hope she doesn’t mean disrespect but it’s very inappropriate and uncomfortable.

Probably the worst experience! The girl that helped me at the checkout was incredibly rude! I guess with her attitude theres a reason she doesnt work in a salon. 3/11/20

Very helping employees and knowledgeable

One of the girls working there was helpfull and had a nice attitude but the other one had a bad attitude and looked annoyed when i ask her to help me.
