I find Target a very pleasant place to shop. Your displays and shelves are attractive, your prices are competitive, your staff is almost always pleasant. BUT...the real reason I shop at Target is that you are such great community partners! I actually could find cheaper prices elsewhere, but I will not sacrifice your contributions to the community to save a bit of money!

Phenomenal experience at this location. In particular Karen who was working the registers at 2pm on 10/2. She was very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Went far and beyond with customer support and support with the Target app.Great experience!!

New Breyers Ice Cream: Double Cookie CrumbleI could not find this Ice Cream at Cub Foods nor Walmart anywhere. Stopping at Target after no luck searching the locations above, I finally found the Ice Cream!! I decided to purchase a tub of it. A few days after purchasing the Ice Cream, apparently for some reason I was craving it badly. Eating the Ice cream was ok but It wasn’t what I expected, the texture wasn’t good at all, the cookies were there but still not enjoyable. After eating the last scoop of Ice cream that melted in my mouth before deciding to put it back in the freezer for later, I felt something strange on my tongue. I took what was in my mouth out to take a look at what I discovered to be was no doubt a fingernail (we all have bitten are fingernails off before so immediately I knew). I was not expecting this at all! Words can’t even explain how I feel! I have so many questions for Breyers! Thank God I was able to catch it before it was inside of me! No one should ever have to experience this!Product was returned to Target and a refund has been issued.Now I am in need of answers from the Manufacturer ASAPPicture below

Unfortunately for my bank account I am here almost every single day but the store is always very clean, the staff is very friendly, and my daughter thoroughly enjoys us going to Target. She says if Target were a person she would give them a big hug because she loves Target so much. Thank you for all you do and the hard work you put in every day! I’ve come here for the past few years now, but I just wanted to share an extremely positive experience I had about 2-3 weeks ago and highlight a certain staff member’s amazing attitude. I was just browsing the swimsuit section when I came upon a suit that I loved but could not find my size in and approached an employee (younger brunette female probably in her 20s and possibly named Madison?) asking if they had any left in the store. Not only did she check if they had any smalls or mediums left in store, but upon finding that they didn’t have any left, she proceeded to tell me that they had actually just gotten a new shipment in that morning and that she could check to see if there were any in my size from the new shipment. Although I told her I didn’t want to trouble her with that and it seemed like a bit of a hassle for her, she took 15 minutes out of her busy schedule to help me find a swimsuit and did it with a kind, encouraging, and warm attitude. After I tried it on, she proceeded to say that it looked amazing on me and seriously made my day. I would honestly have to say that this was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a store, and I just wanted to give a humongous shoutout and thank you to (who I think was named) Madison. I’m so sorry if I got the employee’s name wrong, but this Target location is the place to be if you’d like to be greeted by warm, friendly, welcoming, and helpful employees with amazing attitudes.

Good target location. Went in looking for a product and it was not on the shelves - asked and got 3 or 4 employees that were happy to help. One ended up finding some extra of the product in the back. They are eager to help here, and it came in handy.

Good selection and more than 1 register opened. I do not like self serve so its nice they have several other registered open. I do not shop stores that are all self serve.

We were looking for the BTS album and noticed it was empty on the sales floor. Will from electronics came up and asked what we were looking for and checked if the store had it on hand. Communicated to us that they did in fact have it in the back. Will went to the back with a sense of urgency and returned with the product we desperately needed.Will is an asset to this location and deserves all the credit for keeping us as target regulars!Thank you again Will!

Tech service is complete garbage. Waited around for 30 mins for a tech employee and no one showed up. Yet someone was kept being called over.

I love the new layout of the store. Its like a new-age department store. Everything is visually pleasing and easily shop-able. The housewares section is my favorite to browse.Also a big fan of the Black History section highlighted front and center of the store!

At a recent target run I was stuck in a long line at self checkout, like everyone else I was feeling a little impatient. However Matt (tall thin guy with dark hair) was able to quickly turn my mood around after he greeted myself and the people in front of me with an apology for the wait time AND THEN thanking us for being patient. I’ll be honest after 10+ years of shopping at this target he is the 1st to leave a good impression.

I swear this target makes all other targets look like garbage. When you walk in its like bam everything is so Shiney I dont even know what to do with myself. Everything they have is in a neat tidy place and this was right after Christmas mind you. The displays were better and I wild have to say more on the super trendy side. It was also very very bright good job target.

The days of a Target run are over! The store layout makes no sense. The store was a pain after the Last remodel. Why take out the cafe and put in a liquor store. There are 3-4 liquor stores within 5 mins of Target. So families no longer have a place for snacks, employees have no place for an economical lunch or break drinks...why? I use to do all of my shopping at Target now, Byerlys and Hy-Vee are my stores. I dont believe the executives at Target have their customers in mind, only their bank accounts. Sad!

FirT I just want to say I understand that technology is a fickle of a thing… I tried placing a online order for a product that kept giving me troubles and said it was in stock and I tried multiple times to place it and well technology didn’t want to be nice…. So I took my chances and went to this location and seeing if it was there… as I walked in from 2 mins prior it said it was still in stock so I went in… well once I got back to the department… it said it was out of stock yet there was still there…. So I was working with the team and was able to have the pleasure of working with Nate who went above and beyond to help me. He was delightful and very understanding and you could just tell he cared. He was able to resolve the problem and get me to be able to checkout and now I am one Satisfied customer thank you Nate and team for helping me!!!!!! #BestCustomerService!

Not very busy when I go. Nice in and out shopping. Very convenient and the employees are friendly and helpful.

Usually your regular target... limited vegetable supply but has the basics.Most recently I became disappointed and distressed when I came with my 1 month old...I wanted to return gifts without a receipt not from my registry and no gift receipts. First, apparently Ive reached the maximum I can return FOR THE YEAR without a receipt which is silly because if you have any life event like a wedding or baby, you end up returning lots of things/gifts that were purchased not from the registry. Thankfully I could return most items. 2nd, the cashier refunded one of the items to a card that I didnt approve because it wasnt mine. It was a gift I had a receipt for but it wasnt a gift receipt. By this time my baby had already started crying and the cashier didnt seem interested in being helpful. Thankfully I caught that error even while the baby was starting to cry repeatedly.Third thing...I ran to the bathroom to feed the baby and saw a sign that said that the fitting room area has a private place to nurse. So I followed instructions and quickly made my way there. When I got there, the fitting rooms are closed (covid) and theres another sign saying to find an employee to unlock a room for me to nurse. So I start hunting for an employee & end up back at the front asking a cashier to have someone unlock a room for me to nurse. Well apparently not everyone is aware that the sign exists to ask an employee because she said theyre closed. I had to tell her theres a sign.. anyway... eventually I go back toward the fitting room & take the baby out of her car seat because shes hungry & still wait a bit before someone arrived. I had already walked to a place to sit in the fitting room area and was about to start feeding the baby in the open since she couldnt wait any longer. Lastly, instead of unlocking the nursing room, I was given a room with carts full of items to sort instead of the room labeled nursing. I thought that was odd.All this said...I was disappointed by this visit by multiple employees not being helpful & making me feel like a nuisance for coming with a baby.

This place is on Chic Fil A customer service level.... always someone there greeting you when you enter and they always say thanks for coming in when I leave... super helpful and polite staff.

Despite everything that Ive seen retail workers deal with these days, the people who work at your store have been so amazing, helpful and patient. The cashier who helped me with this visit was especially outgoing and I wish I could remember his name, because he made my day just a little bit brighter :)

Great place to shop.

I like to shop on line, studying my options, then order, then pick it up at the store. Super easy! I dont like packages sent to my apartment because people steal them. And its not just me that that has happened to. The Dyson Animal 2 vacuum I bought is the BEST vacuum Ive ever owned. The suction is unbelievable. The ultra fine dirt---powder youll collect will make you rethink what clean really means. And the cool thing is the two HEAP filters are washable. My old vacuums filters were hard to find and at $25 a pop not real cheap. You pay for quality. I saved $200 on a pre-Black Friday promotion. Now is the time to buy. You wont be disappointed!!

I purchased a gift card at target and they didn’t activate the card properly and so I had to go through a long process to get reactivate it. It took multiple days and we still don’t know if we can use the card and whether we can get refunded. The customer service was also very insensitive and acted with attitude when we came in with this problem. You guys should retrain your employees so they know what you do. They should know how to properly activate a gift card.

I never shop here anymore. Hy-Vee in Savage is far superior for groceries. Almost thought they were closing this store with the nameplate off

I was disappointed to hear from one of your employees that you do not advise customers who are not wearing masks to wear them. This employee said that is the policy of all target stores. I won’t be shopping at Target Stores for a long time.

Went in hoping they would have what I was looking for: diet squirt, Clorox wipes and dusting air for computer keyboard. The first two items were a no-go, which I expected, there out everywhere. There were a couple employees in the section that were just standing there-I figured I looked well enough and continued on. Once in the dairy section an employee (Kenny) asked how we were and if we were finding everything we were looking for. He got on his walkie talkie and asked electronics and they did have some he asked that employee to point us in the right direction once we walked back over there. Most employees ask if they can help but you know they are asking because they have to but Kenny genuinely cared and helped...oh and I was impressed because he was putting a load of milk and things in the coolers, so he stopped what he was doing to ask us for help when the electronic employees weren’t “working” and didn’t ask anything. Kenny needs a raise and promotion!!

I went and do a return today and Sharon was at the customer desk who helped me. I did a return I spend $5 store credit and $195 in credit card in my return items. I was told that I can’t get all my return back on credit and I will get the target $5 store credit card back. I wasn’t happy about that of course but took it anyways. Went back to the desk because I needed to do another return. Sharon was at the desk again told me she will be back because apparently she didn’t want to help me again. One of her colleagues was walking out from the back of the return room and I saw her grab his arm very fast as if I didn’t know what they were doing. Talking about me and then got her colleagues to come out to help me instead. Then while her colleagues came out to help me she came out and talk to another colleagues. It was obviously she didn’t want to help me and I have to wait for her to get someone. That was very unprofessional she shouldn’t be working there if you can’t handle her job.

I have been shopping at this location for years and normally would never review a department store. But, recently, every time I have gone to this Target for specific items they have been out of 1 or more of the items. Today I went in to get three specific items from three different departments (home goods, lingerie, and health). I went around the store and found that all the items I was seeking were not in stock, but had a place on the shelf. I went up to customer service to see if there were any in stock in the back. The customer service rep tried to find the products at other locations, but basically told me the Target app is the best way to order items that are not on the shelf but are in stock. So, I ordered 2/3 items on the app that were on stock at this location for store pick-up. 20 minutes after placing the order I get a notification stating that this Target does not in fact have any of these items in stock. They offered free shipping, but all items are things I need immediately, so I canceled my order. I’ve now spent over an hour trying to get these items to find out that none of the nearby locations have them despite it saying on the Target website and app that the items are stocked on the shelves or in stock at the store(s).I can see why department stores are becoming so obsolete. I go to Target when I need specific items immediately - and it’s not like crazy specific things, they’re every day items.Other recent items I have tried to get at Target that were out of stock: staples, white printer paper, deodorant, travel minis, three ring binder, and a non-gendered business portfolio. I will bring my business to online sources, like Amazon, because clearly the Target stores cannot keep up.

I really like what they did with this Target. I thought the grocery selection was excellent and everything was stocked, especially the produce section. Service was also quite improved. Cashier was very helpful and even made some really nice suggestions during small talk for things to do around the Cities. I like what Target is doing.

I enjoy and feel the love, the help that they give to customers, the friendliness and care at the checkouts. On top of all that, I receive the best customer service I have ever received from any business from everyone that works at each Target location every time I go in. Each location is filled with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and I feel like there is no other place to shop, save money, and receive THE BEST customer service (in my opinion).

Feel like they have done a really good job improving their selection with groceries, especially in the organic, healthy arena. Added a liquor store too which is convenient. Self checkouts add an element of convenience. A little pricey but still good.

About to stop shopping there, go there and 2-3 items on your list are out of stock. Also, not a fan of their moving to their private brands!! Went the other day to shop for items I normally buy and they no longer carry Listerine floss, Newmans own k- cups and Smart Balance butter, probably are more items

I was quite pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of the service for the pick-up in store option. This is the second time in a week I have tried it, and Ive already told my millennial daughter how great it is. Items that were not available at the store were delivered within days to my door. Nice going, Target!

This store is my first go to, they do have some stocking issues but overall a good store. However they as of late have been forcing people to use plastic bags with no option of paper bags. Personally I always try to bring my own bags but if I dont have my own I would rather use a paper bag before plastic. Please give back the paper bag option. Plastic is horrible.

They remodeled and it looks great! I just wish that they had better security.

Target drive up/pick up is my favorite thing ever! Its so nice to place my order in the morning, do stuff around the house, and then run all my errands in under an hour in the afternoon. Especially with my local Target being renovated, its 10x easier and faster to not have to wander the random aisles trying to find things only to find out theyve been moved across the store.

The practitioner we saw did a very thorough evaluation and listened to me and made good medical judgement based on facts and clinical findings. Very good at respectfully disagreeing with me on my own diagnosis and explained the rational for all her conclusions. Her goal was not to be right but to do the right thing for the patient (my baby).

Normally have a good expierience at this store. Returned home with a new printer only to find a filthy old used printed in the box. The box looked good in the store, so I thought I was good to go. Makes me question purchasing items like this now at target.

Fast and Easy! super quick pick up for those who dont have time to run errands after work. so easy to put in an order and just pick up my items on my lunch break without even leaving my car!

Convenience! The app is easy to use and shop with. My order is ready quickly and out the door almost as soon as I arrive. No grocery service YET, but great for all the other Target necessities.

Target stores I definitely recommend - service is great within the store. The online ordering and returning to store of items is a different story! No shipping labels that help store confirm the item is theirs, no packing slip for customer to use in return and no ability to look item up using Targets credit/debit card. I had to go to the store twice. The first time customer service person was helpless. The second time I asked for a manager … the manager seems lost but the customer service person did help to get my item returned. The connection between the online ordering and in-store returning is greatly lacking.

Love Target. Had my first bad experience with A Tech employee that works in the electronics department. Asked for help looking for a printer. It was very obvious as soon as I said Excuse me, I have a question that he was not interested in helping me. Very disappointed.

Target in Savage is always well stocked, the employees are so friendly and helpful, the lines are shorter because the managers are constantly monitoring them to keep them moving, and its all-around great customer service!

The layout sucks, cant find anything anymore. Waited for an attendant at dressing room and no one was to be found. Used the request a team member and waited even longer..... and no one helped. Turned corner to find three employees standing around and chatting.Walmart is starting to look better in my eyes than this place.

I went to Target in Burnsville and found most of the shelves were empty, the deli was closed, and the selection of beef was limited to hamberger and stew meat. I had to drive to another market to get 90% of my list.

Clean store, well organized and adequately stocked. Many younger people work here. Target could take the opportunity to teach these young people the value of great customer service by having them greet customers with a Smile and a Hello in any location of the store. Maybe even offer assistance while doing so.

The iPhone app made it easy to find what I needed, identified deals on some items and my order was ready within 2 hours. During Christmas shopping heavy traffic, this was extremely helpful. I’ve already recommended the service at my Christmas gatherings.

This target is bigger compared to the ones I’ve visited..it has a wide selection of items and very well organized. The displays look appealing as well. Ample parking space available and good customer service.

Horrible security! Someone got robbed IN the store (2-15-2020 10:00PM) and security just stood there and watched. Didnt call 911 or assist the victim in any way.

Target is one of those places that you should plan your trip before you go. This location is really busy and you have to kinda fight your way through aisles sometimes (but that is not Targets fault). People use shopping carts like they are driving their vehicle. Some are great to move around and pass and others are obvious and stop in the middle of the aisle and block the area. That can drive up your blood pressure alone.The store has always seemed to be stocked pretty well during the day and when I have to make a late run before they close.Never had an issue with products being expired, I always check the dates though.... just saying.Employees are always helpful and eager to help. Kinda odd seeing the negative reviews but a lot of kids like to hangout for hours on end (I went shopping and had to go back because I forgot a couple things) and kids were still just wandering around.

Even at this busy time of the year, store has a lot of employees who will kindly drop what they are doing and assist you. That means a lot to me, its a big store and lots of distractions. There is nothing worse than spending time looking all over for someone to answer a question when you are in a hurry......and, they seem to really want to help solve your problem. Thats customer firstto me! Kudos.

Bought a Christmas gift 12/23/16. Didnt know there was a time limit of 24 days to return item!! Store manager refused the return even with receipt. I will not shop at Target, they obviously have no regard for customer satisfaction. Usually spent $200 plus per month, Target lost a customer!!

This is a Super Target that includes groceries. The store is located in a busy retail area that is ideal for shopping and restaurants. I found more here than other Target stores I have been to (at least in clothing and kids) but it tends to be a busy place.

I was able to quickly find dorm supplies along with related items. The sales associates may the self checkout were very helpful in locating an item I needed.

I liked it. It looked fresh and new. The displays were done very well. I enjoyed my trip.
