I called and didnt get a hold of anyone and hung up. Immediately a rep called me back to ask what I needed and set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment I showed up late and they canceled my time slot. Although, the rep helped me anyways. All in all, the experience was great!

So far, weve been in only for regularly scheduled service. That being said, the service department is always very clean and orderly. The service staff has always been prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They even send you a quick video walk around of your car, highlighting things like brake and tire wear and any other items of note.The waiting area is quite large, clean and set up to be reasonably socially distant. Free wifi, coffee, water and a couple of vending machines.Overall, our experiences have been excellent.
Worst auto repair shop in 20 years i dealt with. They improperly installed my fuel sending units also damaged my sway bar with blow torch. I brought back my vehicle two times and i was looked in the face and told by Eric and told by him they checked over all their work to find out my check engine light still was coming on and my vehicle was making clunking noise by the tire so another shop had to fix all their work and I had to pay out more money too high different shop do so. These are not friendly people they just want your money and do a half job and dont care to take care of you right away once they mess up your vehicle.
Very helpful and welcoming staff. The shuttle and appointment options make it very convenient to get work done. They have a nice spacious lobby to wait in that has free WiFi and plenty of space to sit.

Walser has been my preferred dealer/service even though I have bought elsewhere.
Good service but many things they say you need are not really needed yet and very overpriced. Use them for the things only a dealer can do and get your oil changes and belts, tires and other simple things elsewhere.
