My girlfriend and I were financing a car for the first time ever... we were both so nervous about it because we had never done it before. However the salesperson Sohail Punjani and Jessie were very helpful in the process. They stayed late for us and worked out a wonderful deal for her first vehicle. We are very grateful for their service and their customer service is excellent. 10/10 will come here again for financing another vehicle!

I ❤️ this place. Normally, I hate taking my car in to be fixed, but, just as with my car buying experience here, their service staff made my experience so much better. Mike, and the other service staff I interacted with were extremely helpful and kind. They listened to the problems, and took care of everything. They did not make me feel dumb if I couldnt explain something well. They provided a loaner vehicle so I was able to drive another type of Mazda while they had mine. Absolutely loved that one, too! I highly recommend this place, and look forward to buying my next vehicle from them, too.

Just did a oil change, tire rotation, and air filter change for every 5,000 miles recommendation. Awesome service and prices. I had many different cars in the past, but never had a customer service like this. You bought a car not just a car. You need to maintain it. The service like this making me coming to buy a new car from this place. Highly recommend for all people who value such service. :)
I had some warranty work done on my 2021 Mazda3. Chad and his team made sure I had a brand new courtesy car to drive while they worked tirelessly to make sure my car was perfect when I got it back. Did things go wrong? Sure. Was I ever worried they wouldn’t make things right? Not once. Great customer service doesn’t mean nothing ever goes wrong; it’s how you recover when things don’t go right. I won’t hesitate to bring my car back the next time it needs service.

Awesome group of service advisors and salesmen! As always I was acknowledged right away! The manager Chad is very courteous and assertive, seems I had previous mechanical issues and was there for my regular maintenance but also got a tire rotation and balance. I love this place and highly recommend this location....Im even thinking about buying a new car from here!

Very dissatisfied that they don’t check on their errors and seem only interested in charging 3k to repair a simple water pump. Mess up your car and claim it was broken. No customer service. Goto Morris’s Mazda. I went to Morries Inver grove Mazda and they fixed walser Mazda faulty work and saved thousands of dollars !
Not pushy sales at all. Honest about numbers. Not much scope of a negotiation/bargain, but, better than fake offers/deals that other car dealerships do. Service is also very good.
Staff are friendly, respectful and are willing to answer questions. Very easy to make an appointment online. Appointments done in a timely manner. We have only had one bad experience with a staff member and we have been going to this Mazda dealer for 4+ years

Our experience at the Burnsville Walser Mazda was and continues to be disappointing. When my wife and I bought our new 2018 Mazda 3 Touring, our sales person obnoxiously pressured us to purchase the “lifetime warranty.” (Given how hard he was selling this, I’m assuming he would receive significant commision from the sale of such a warranty.) We asked the salesman — twice — if we could defer our decision, and he informed us that this was impossible. So, my wife and I deliberated for half an hour, and finally deciding against the “lifetime warranty,” we signed the purchase agreement, at which time the salesman told us that “technically” we had a couple of days to change our minds and purchase the “lifetime warranty.” In other words, he lied straight to our faces — twice — when we asked if we could defer.Our latest disappointments, however, pertain to Mazda’s warranty and service department. In the last year, our car battery has died three times (all covered under warranty). The customer-facing associates have offered various conjectures pertaining to the repeated battery failure: short-tripping, bad luck, leaving a charging cable plugged in (without charging a phone), etc. None of these “explanations” has been satisfactory or gotten to any underlying problem. (And it’s just absurd that we’re now on our fourth battery with a brand new car!) Nearing the end of my warranty, I asked the service associate if this issue persists beyond the 3-year-warranty period if Mazda would cover it — since clearly it hasn’t been fixed once and for all. The service associate informed me that I would have to wait and see, that if the battery dies after the warranty, the service department would have to reach out to Mazda and see if they would be willing to help me — but there are no guarantees. If found this noncommittal answer to be entirely unacceptable.
Great service, professional and courteous. Even sent me a video of them inspecting my vehicle as it was being serviced. Definitely recommend them for service!

Wow, I dont even know where to begin. I had bought a used car from them that turned out to have so.e underlying problems. I ended up long story short bringing the car back to them. Cant stress enough how continually disappointed I am with their service department. On multiple occasions Ive brought my vehicle in with glaringly obvious issues and the techs say they cannot duplicate the problem. Then several weeks later Im left stranded somewhere and the exact thing I brought my vehicle in for has failed. Im trying to give them money and they send me away saying theres nothing wrong and I walk away with a couple hundred dollars in diagnostic charges and nothing repaired.I preemptively attempted to get something fixed before it became a problem and then my warranty would not cover a secondary issue when something else finally failed because the broken part I tried to have repaired caused issues with something else that would have been covered under warranty if they had just replaced the item I wanted them to in the first place. So frustrating.Charged me $70 to diagnose a dash light and told me its going to be really expensive to replace. So I was charged $70 for a quote. But didnt even get a quote.Continually disappointed.
Came to Walser Mazda for my first 5K mike oil change. I was able to make an appointment the bight before online and you even get a text reminder a few minutes before. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get my car serviced and washed in about an hour and was on my way! Their lounge area is quite clean and comfortable with an array of snacks and beverages available. When my service was complete the staff walked me through my inspection and answered any questions I had. I definitely feel like my car is in good hands and Im dont get any vibes that this dealer tries to cut corners or upsell unnecessarily. Will definitely return for future services.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Walser Mazda’s service department, specifically Mike Kitagawa. I live in Louisiana and was in the Twin Cities area over the summer visiting family when my Mazda CX-9 started to have a few minor issues. I called the dealership wanting to have it looked at before making the 1200 mile treck back to Louisiana. Mike promptly made an appointment for me to bring it in and put me in a loaner vehicle with less than a day’s notice. Mike at Walser Mazda and their service department truly displayed what genuine service should be like.
