Ugur (Service Manager) and the David (Owner) are running a fine shop, Ive been doing business with NurTechnik for years and they have been doing great work for me and my cars. I have had my R32s serviced there for the last 6 months and the work has been great and quality on point. Theyre eager to please and help and explain whats going on with the car without trying to upsell any products. Theyre a hidden gem in the world of European car repair as most shops will overcharge and overpromise and David and the crew dont charge enough and deliver.

I’ll start off by saying that I’m really glad I found this repair shop through a google search. They have been nothing but fair. The technicians and advisors are knowledgeable as well as realistic with their advice and provided expectations of the repairs. I will definitely be bringing future work to them and recommend everyone else to do the same. Top notch customer service with integrity that is rare these days when it comes to the final bill. I’ve went to Nur Technik twice now for my Audi s5. First time I went in for heat exchanger, smaller pulley, new tune, intake, and x pipe. All of the work was done super fast, the prices were unbeatable to other shops I called, and my engine bay came back cleaner than when I dropped it off! Ryan was my service advisor and he was extremely professional but also personal making it very easy to ask questions. The second time was just for basic stuff like an oil change and brake inspection. That was extremely last minute on my part and Ryan took care of me right away had me in and out gave me the estimate before the service was even done!Highly recommend this place to any one looking for good prices, excellent service, and a place to keep going back to.

These guys are great! I needed a passenger seat replaced in my Mini Cooper and the dealer quote was a punch in the gut. Nur Technik was able to find a replacement seat that matched, performed the repair in one day and a gave me a free loaner! Communication was good, service was quick and professional. Brought my 2015 Audi A3 in for its first unexpected service out of warranty (an oil leak). They had the car in within a few days of my initial call for a diagnosis, and ended up repairing it a week quicker than anticipated. Communication and follow up was good as well.Other shops in the Twin Cities I either never heard back from or they just didn’t seem to prioritize the work, as to them I’m sure it’s just a “base model” and I’m possibly not taken as seriously as a younger customer. Here I felt welcomed and I am happy with the outcome. I plan on using this shop for future repairs as well!

I originally called Nur Technik inquiring about getting an ECU tune put onto my 2014 Audi S7.The gentleman that i spoke with, Ryan, was very professional and patient will all of my questions.I made my decision over the phone that indeed wanted to get a tune. They had an appointment within 72hours of the phone call! I am very impatient so it was great that they were able to get me in so quickly and on a time frame that worked perfectly for my schedule.Upon my arrival at Nur Technik i was greeted (at my car in the parking lot) by Ryan to collect the keys and to again, go over exactly what i wanted done to my vehicle and what all of the options that there was that could be done.The time it took to get both an ECU and TCU tune installed on my car was well under and hour and I was given a price prior to both tunes being installed, so i knew exactly how much i would be spending on them.Once my car was finished, they took it out on a test drive to ensure everything was working correctly as it should and they were very courteous in making sure to call and let them know if i had any questions or issues with my car.Everyone exceeded my expectations and did a phenomenal job taking care of me and my vehicle.I will be going back to Nur Technik, for anything and everything that i need done to my vehicle and will also be referring them to everyone i can.Thank you, to everyone on the Nur Technik team and i look forward to doing business with you in the future!

These guys are great, have an older Porsche and wasnt sure if they worked on the classics. They did a great job and followed up a couple of time to make sure everything was good.

Just good people. Went in for a check engine diagnostic. They said it related to a sticking valve but they got it unstuck and it didnt seem to be doing it again. Further, since it was something so simple, they didnt even charge me. Service like this is why I keep going back.

This was the first time bringing my car in for a brake job and other routine maintenance. The interaction with Ugur was excellent. All of my questions were answered and the work was exactly what I asked for and at a much lower price than the dealership. I was planning on waiting for the car but they were quite busy so a free uber was offered; very much appreciated. I will be coming back. Thank you!

I had an engine issue with multiple engine oil leaks on my Passat and I was really impressed with their communication of the pin point issues, solutions, with faster than expected service. I was updated by messenger with photos showing what they were working on. I thought that was really great because I didn’t have to imagine what was being fixed, I saw it. No mystery. RLTW!

Hands-down the best car service experience Ive ever had. Im automotively-challenged. I know how to change tires and pump gas. These guys were super professional, 40% less than the robbery the dealership had quoted me, and explained everything to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. They even talked me out of extra services that the dealership tried to tell me I needed. These guys arent just here to make money, theyre here because they love these cars. Ill never go anywhere else!

Nur Technik is by far the best place I’ve ever brought my VW. Ugur was Extremely helpful and friendly. Did some coding for me on my GTI for free to help me out. Where as the VW dealership would have charged me $150 for the same amount of work. I will absolutely be going back next time I need anything done to my car.

After getting to know the crew at Nur Tech, I really wouldnt want to ever take my car elsewhere. David, Rat, and the others are very knowledgable, and go above and beyond to make sure they take care of all your car needs. They are very fair with their prices, and go the extra mile to finish the job when promised. Rat stayed pretty late one night, to finish up my car, and didnt charge any extra. The only negative I would say is that they are a little far, but I would say its worth the drive knowing the job will get done right, and will be much cheaper than the dealership, or other Euro shops. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their german car serviced.

Just moved down to the burbs so I needed a new shop to take my 2013 Jetta since I didn’t feel like driving all the up to the VW Man, where I used to take it. So, I saw good reviews and decided to try Nur Technik. First impressions were great, I called in and they were able to pencil me in less than a week out. When arriving the shop was clean with a nice enough seating area and they were quick to get my service all started. Wasn’t sure what to expect bill-wise but was pleasantly surprised that it ended up be roughly 30% less than I’d had in mind and car seems to be running great. Will definitely be continuing service here.

This is the German Auto Repair shop I tell everyone about. I have had nothing but great experiences here. Everytime I walk through the door I am greeted by name and everyone is very polite. Every single pointless or not pointless question is answered with a smile.They will never overcharge you. I brought my A4 in to check the timing chain, since I was nervous with the year and engine and didnt want the interference engine to be destroyed if the chain were to slip. Anyways I was ready to spend the $1,000+ to get the timing chain and guides replaced, but I was told that it was the updated guide and didnt need to be done.I love to find great shops that have integrity and arent trying to squeeze every penny out of their customers. I am definitely a customer for life and will continue to have them do small upgrades to my car.If you have any type of German vehicle I would absolutely recommend this shop for all of your vehicle maintenance and upgrading needs and wants. Customer service was above and beyond. I am new to the diesel world and had the Malone 2 DSG and Idle tune installed in my 2012 Golf. They answered all of my questions honestly. Did not try to pressure me with trying to upsell any additional items. Highly recommend them.

All I can say is wow. Every aspect of the shop is clean, professional and approachable. You might not drive an Audi R8 or a Porsche 911, (I know I don’t) but you’ll be treated like you do. I cannot be happier with the work the folks at Nur Technik did on my car. My car had been lowered when I got it five years ago. Last year, I wanted to restore it to the factory ride height, and I consulted David at Nur Technik. After doing some research, David told me that he didnt have the bandwidth to source the parts, and suggested that if I get the parts, he would do the work. After many hours of online research, I was able to get the parts from two different sources. I brought the parts to Nur Technik and they got it done. I am very happy with the work they did on the suspension. David and his staff are very professional and communicative through out the process. I highly recommend this shop. PS. Forgot to leave a review from my repair a few months ago on my VW GTI. Had a bad oil leak from my oil filter housing. They replaced it with a new one and no oil leaks since. They are always efficient, polite, and fair with me. Thanks.

I brought in a Porsche for a Pre-Purchase Inspection, they let me see the underside of the car and even cut the oil filter apart so we could inspect for IMS failure metal fragments. Sure enough this one had ferrous metal shards in the oil filter from a failing IMS bearing, I decided to not buy the car and Nur Technik saved me big time! I also ran into a friend of mine, an Audi enthusiast and he has been with Nur Technik for years and trusts them with his $100k Audis. He (Audi Friend) will not bring his cars anywhere else and that tells me all I need to know based on how detail oriented and perfectionist this friend of mine is, we used to be close friends and lived together for a year. Nur Technik is made of Great people, they made it easy for me to work with them, even as a new customer on short notice! Went in earlier this week with my VW for a stage 1 tune, nothing crazy. David had me in and out within an hour, and in the process made sure to sanitize anything he touched, which I greatly appreciate given the current situation. Love this shop! Ive had my BMW 535xi serviced three times here and the guys are snappy with getting the job done using quality parts. They work with you on the bill and will negotiate with your insurance & warranties.

I’ve brought my Audi here many of times. Some for service work and other for performance parts to be put on. The customer service here is great, with quality techs who go above and beyond when they work on your car!

Can’t say enough about these guys! I had already been a devotee for years, then a couple of weeks ago my Audi needed a new engine. Totally fluke thing, but was going to be a total replacement. Dave & co worked with my warranty company, got the work done in an insanely short amount of time...and the new (reman) engine runs noticeably better than the last one.These guys know their stuff, are always much better priced than a dealer...and stand by their work. If you have anything German, you should give them a chance. Awesome people, great work...will be a customer for life!

Recently took our Audi in to get major work done, and they did a fantastic job. What I like about them is they are very reasonable price wise, and also have excellent customer service. We have taken our cars to a few other Audi performance shops, but none of them where nearly as good when it came to customer service. They explained everything to me, in language I could understand, and even took care of a couple things without charging! 5 star service for sure.

Just got home from an hour and a half drive after picking up my 2003 Jetta TDI I had in for a timing service and transmission rebuild after 343k. I could not be more satisfied with the work that came out of this shop. This old car now has another breathe of life. Quality work, knowledgeable technicians, great customer service. I will be bringing my business to Nur Technik in the future from now on.

Brought my Volvo in and could not have been more satisfied. Had many recommendations to go there and I see why. Great staff, fair prices and it truly does seem like they know what they’re doing. Love these guys! I had a air conditioner problem on my A6. They diagnosed the problem and had a plan to correct it. They ordered the part (wire harness) and went at it. Well they ended up not having to replace the whole harness,just had to make some repairs to the original one. Now that is Honesty,they could have installed the new one and charged me more but they did the right thing and professionally made the proper repairs saving me even more money. Also had a complete brake job done last year and I cant say enough nice things about the work they did and the parts they used,EXCELLENT!!Thank youMark Andersen

Excellent service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Service fees are extremely reasonable and the mechanics are friendly and helpful. This is definitely not a place that will try to overcharge you for services you didnt need in the first place.

My favorite shop in the Twin Cities area. These guys know their stuff and wont just look at a general ECU code to decide whats wrong with the car. If needed theyll be out on the highway taking data logs to really narrow down the issue so you arent spending money with guess and check repairs that a lot of other shops do. These guys do anything from routine maintenance to custom builds where you want to take an engine out of a different car, put it in your car, strap huge turbos to it and build out the full internals. They even have all of the resources to do the tuning.

David was able to get my MK4 Jetta in, diagnosed, and fixed in the same day. Considering its a European car, the prices are very affordable and the staff is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this shop. I was in twice for separate issues and both times it was in and out in the same day with zero issues.Highly recommend!
