Third time getting an oil change and a rotation at this service location for my Tundra.I make appointments online and every time I still have to wait an hour and a half or more.There is at least a dozen of cars to be serviced in front of my truck.What is the purpose of an appointment system if I end up waiting just as long as a walk in?Not to mention that oil change/rotation costs $110 and they only accept coupons from metro area, what a joke.I had an F150 before this and the same service is $49.95 and always took under 45 minutes without an appointment.Also, one of tires was very low on air and never filled, despite being marked as such on the inspection sheet.My aftermarket drivers mat was removed for some idiotic reason and not put back.Overall, not worth $110, when you can get better/faster service at half the price. Will not be back.

Super expensive - would not return. We bought our car at Toyota Burnsville, had a bad experience, no follow-up, no thank you, no nothing. Was hoping the service department would be better, nope. Expensive, like stupid expensive - with not much else other than an oil change. For what we paid youd think they would have detailed the car...will not be going back to this dealership/service department.

Neil my advisor was very helpful. They even sent me a video summarizing my inspection. It seems busy in there but they always get you in and out in no time at all.

I will never be doing business with you folks again. Your service department has treated us poorly and I’d hate to spend so much money at a place that treats us so bad. I started going to and drove all the way to Inver Toyota for my service and purchasing needs. Can you explain what the benefit of spending over 40 thousand on a vehicle is and not be able to use the service department when i live in Burnsville?

We have had nothing but trouble with this dealership. Tried to go back multiple times and we will never go back again!My one piece of advice to you is DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM THEM!!TIRE RACK is cheaper and the warranty is much better!!In all fairness I have had a few employees at this place that were great and very helpful but the overall experience has been terrible!

Well done toyota, you did it again when to do my first oil change and tire rotation and and you didnt do anything, all I can say if you have to do something to your car read all the reviews, cuz this people is in business not to help you unless they can take a lot of money from you.

I went in to get a oil change like usual. But this time the outcome was not the same. I came in with a clean car meaning I clean it so often that I know when they are new scratches on my car. When I got close to my car I notice a nasty scratch on my rear trunk. So I start looking around and saw some more on my rear passenger fender. Talk to a manager but they claim they didnt touch no where close there. Funny part is that I just had a paint work on the rear trunk. So whoever that take their car in for service work, make sure your car is check before and after the work is done.

Good Toyota dealer. Service advisor was short and rushed. Good service otherwise.

First experience was good, I needed an alignment for my car under warranty. Staff was friendly and efficient. Second experience of needing my key fob programmed was less so. I was told over the phone by a parts person not to make an appointment and just to come in because it is very quick. Upon arrival the service gentlemen asked me if I had an appointment to which I said I was told I didn’t need one. He promptly told me it would be a few hours and that the person on the phone wouldn’t have told me that. I responded with “I must be lying then”. Then he asked me who I spoke to, I responded with an unpleasant guy on the phone. Then a manager came and I was on my merry way within 10 minutes with a programmed key fob. I’m not big on being called a liar, 2 stars.

Had my car inspected and repairs were recommended at a cost more than double what that car was worth. I took it to another repair shop and they confirmed only a couple of the recommended repairs and the cost was way lower.

They do a fantastic job maintaining my car. Completely worth the extra price in comparison to a generic auto repair establishment. (Still reasonably priced though.) They never pressure you to get what you dont need and actively try to save you money. I get oil changes and checkups every time here and they are great at letting me know how the wear and tear is doing. If you buy a Toyota can I highly recommend you always bring it here. Pleasant waiting area as well, free refreshments, WiFi, and free cookies. :)

I had a recall that needed to be taken care of. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The appointment was a longer one and I used their shuttle service, which was really nice. Friendly drivers and they knew their way around the area. The few minutes a spent in the waiting room I was very impressed with the cleanliness, as well as the kids play area, readily available water, coffee and fresh baked cookies. Waiting for service could be a whole lot worse than waiting out at Burnsville Toyota. I would not hesitate to get service there again.

Scheduled a detailing and oil change, but for some vague reason they were only able to do the oil change when I got there! I would recommend calling a technician well in advance if you want anything more than a cursory routine inspection or oil change done, but otherwise service was fine.

Ive been going there for many years! Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that no one in the service area was wearing a mask.

Very disappointed with my 5,000 check of my car which I bought there last year. I went there with my mask on and was so surprised to see all the workers NOT wearing masks, except for one person which I wasnt lucky to get to help me. There wasnt even anyone behind the counter for checking out wearing masks. I am going to complain to manager soon. It gives me a sense that Toyota is not interested in keeping their customers safe. I will not buy a car there again.

The men and women of Burnsville Toyota Service Department, are top notch! Its always nice to be greeted professionally and courteously by their staff, and I love the way you can drive right into the enormous service area, which always looks clean and tidy. The lounge area is spacious, clean and comfortable, and they had me out of their for a basic multi-point inspection and oil change in under an hour. Very, very pleasant, happy staff, which I like. Definitely recommend.

This place is the worest place to go for car service. There advisory service are not honest. They are a liers. Each one of them got his/ her own price. I wouldt recommend someone to go this place. Nasty people

Absolutely horrible service. There car wash is never open and when it finally is, the car wash doesn’t works. You call the service team and they pass you around for 15 mins and get no where. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a car wash.

Very expensive but the job got done that needed to be done.I was driving an older car so cost saving is part of the equation. Their recommendations were appropriate.

The customer service is great, however the mechanics wanted to charge me to fix something minor on the used car I bought. I had to call my dealer to have him tell them to waive the fee. Then a couple months later when I took my car to another mechanic, found out the funny noise my car was making was because the dealership didnt tighten all the lugs nuts in my front right tire. Could have caused some real damage or a left me stranded on the highway. Wouldnt want to trust this shop especially since they sold a car with some loose lug nuts.

Went for a transmission drain, fluid change and oil change. My mom and I both go to this location to service our cars and both have RAV4s - they had our maintenance records all screwed up to start. Then I explained my history with the transmission issue and the service rep was dismissive and rude. When we went back to pick up the car, the spare tire cover was in the trunk and the service rep said the latch had rushed and just “fell off in his hand”. No offer to fix it or advice given for replacements. Didn’t give us the rusted latch to try and find a replacement part for. Now I am stuck with an exposed spare tire and a $200 service bill, trying to find a fix on my own.

The service here is amazing. The service techs are pleasant, knowledgeable, fast, and thorough.

Great service, no need appointment, stop by for my 2009 Camry 100,000 miles maintenance check. My service representative Trent Chavez was great, explain the steps quickly and completely finish before I notice. The waiting room was comfortable and relaxing.

Prompt at the start. Had an appointment, said it would be under an hour for an oil change, tire rotation and filter replacement... Which I didnt know was on the game plan for the day. That seemed a little quick to me, but I figured, why say it? Turned out being about an hour and 40 mins. They seemed over booked in my honest opinion.

I have been using this store for more than 10 years. They got every parts I need. The staffs are knowledgeable and are very helpful.

This is a great place to take your car for anything big or small. The staff here takes care of every vehicle like its their own and offers great service. You can drop off your vehicle and come back when to pick it up when the time suits you. If you choose to wait in the shop there is a super nice lobby with coffie drinks and treats for all the guests. There are also clean bathrooms in the lobby as well comfy chairs and show room cars. Dont be afraid to ask the employees questions. They are friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to cars and can help with any concern you may have.

I had a slight problem with Okay Google when trying to locate a number for them, but after I pulled over and just typed in the search its was super easy. They answered right away and got me in right away. Jim made my experience awesome. He told me what they were going to do and priced it up front. Waiting area is spacious and the wifi codes are posted so you do not t have to look for help. A few moments later, Jim walks out and tells me what they found in the inspection, made one reco.mendation and I was on my way. About 25 minutes of the most painless trip to any service center Ive ever been to. Great job, Burnsville Toyota!

Usually fantastic service has fallen off dramatically. Extensive wait time with no explanation that itll take twice as long until your asking whats the hold up. Didnt call to discuss the price of options-which they used to do. Weve been a customer for 12 years and we are beginning to look elsewhere. Get your act together, Burnsville Toyota.

15 minute service will take an hour and a half. Refuse to honor their own coupons or the service that was scheduled online in advance because you didnt know who the right person was to explain to what the service is that you want when its already there in their scheduling system.

Went for a transmission fluid flush but ended up need new transmission. I have to pay 3k for it. And had oil change the day before at same place.

I recently bought an old Lexus truck and this service center was the closest to my house & had great reviews so I decided to try them out & I was pleasantly surprised to see how friendly & helpful they were, I’m definitely sticking with them.
