Experience was good all around. Clerk in the front quickly directed me to where I needed to go. The mattress salesman quickly showed me the options in my price range, let me make the decision and wasnt pushy at all. Might just have to come back for other furniture in the future!

Updating a previous review. I was contacted by Becker Furniture after writing a review on a product that was proven faulty and was discontinued because of it. I purchased a 5 year warranty for this product, and it was still under warranty when I contacted them about the issues.Becker did not like my review and offered to help me behind the scenes. They told me to contact the warranty company and to tell them that the date I noticed the issues with the product was different than the date that I actually noticed them. Apparently the date you notice the problems is very important on these warranties. Not the actual product being faulty or unusable. Suffice to say, the warranty company did not cover the damage, Becker, and the manufacturer (Ashley furniture) will not cover the damage or offer any resolution.Be very careful buying anything from this company and never purchase an extra warranty. They do not stand behind what they sell, and are just there to take advantage of excited customers. They will not be there for you when something goes wrong.I urge everyone to save yourself the potential chaos and visit one of the other furniture stores nearby. I sure wish I would have.

Michael was one of the best sales people we’ve worked with. Genuinely wanted us to be happy. No pressure service and completely transparent. He took the time to send photos of a sets we might be interested in prior to arrival just based on our phone conversation. Because of his prep, we entered the store knowing exactly what we wanted to spend our valuable time on-and his-and the process was actually enjoyable. Great service! We had a great experience. We were in the Burnsville store this weekend to check some options and were assisted by Ken Alo. He was just the right mix of helpful but not pushy. We needed to go home and take some measurements and make a decision on the pieces we wanted. We went back yesterday and had to wait for Ken to finish with another customer. Again he was helpful and great to work with as we wrapped up the paperwork. I would definitely recommend the Burnsville store in general and Ken in particular to anyone in the market for furniture.
I was an excited buyer just like many of the reviewers here. When reading these, keep in mind, everyone is happy with the purchase that they just made, and the incentive to review immediately is well known.You should really be more concerned about if a company will be there for you when something goes wrong with the product that they sold you. Becker Furniture will not.I purchased a patio set a couple years ago. In the first summer on our deck I noticed a small rip in the couch and chalked it up as a bird or something had done it.This summer we set it back up after a winter in storage, and within the first couple weeks I noticed more rips. Eventually we found out that just by sitting on the couch and putting pressure on the cushions, the material rips.Unfortunately, the manufacturer found out about this before we did and they discontinued the product. The warranty is gone and Becker furniture wants nothing to do with the product or with us.Beware of companies like this. They are set up to sell sell sell! They arent going to provide help if the product they sold you, ends up being faulty. The 3rd party warranties are also a joke. Its a simple way for them to pass the unhappy customers onto a different company, just to find out that youre not covered for this.
The sales person Ken was very helpful. He listened to what we wanted, his product knowledge of the furniture was very good, and he explained all the details of the purchase very well. It was a pleasure doing business with him!
On entering the store, we were greeted in a friendly non-aggressive manner. We stated what we were looking for and Krista Gleason was happy to show us options. We shopped at other stores and came back to see Krista due to her level of professionalism and friendly attitude. We ended up purchasing a sofa, ottoman, and wedge end table from her with a protection plan that she recommended. I was looking for new ling room furniture with recliners.Loved this one & decided o the So Cozyreciners on both ends of this beautiful sectional. This special So Cozy is all electronic and offers lumbar support functions, heat and massage! Along with electric headrest adjustments.Just PERFECT for my husband and selfs many special needs for comfort!The staff took their time and really worked with us to get this perfect piece of furniture! I worked with Dan at this location let me tell you words can’t describe how amazing this salesman is! So much so I remembered him from my first visit and came back to purchase my pillow from him. I was unsure about a bed set and style mattress, he was so incredibly patient with me walked me around WHEN I asked NOT pushy, didn’t follow me, without me even asking he was pulling pricing and availability. When picking out a pillow he even showed me what to look for as far as alignment in sync with the type of mattress I liked, he had me lay down and told me what to look for especially with my neck pain. This was a simple pillow sale and yet treated it with the highest level of customer service. He creates a comfortable experience in which you FULLY feel taken care of. Honest people. Courtney Miller was a great helper in getting what we wanted. Even explaining the pros and cons of different living room additions. We were there almost about closing and we could of stayed longer. We werent rushed and felt like we were talking to a friend. End up buying a nice sofa end table entertainment center and coffee table. Super happy with the purchase
I realize that most of the shipment delays are out of the stores control. This is in response to how they handled the delays. I had it multiple times 1-2 weeks after my promise date where they provided no communication about my order. After the 3rd delay without any communication from them I decided to cancel my order.
We found a sofa we liked, so we bought it. Our salesperson, Kenneth, was really great and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. The transaction process was smooth and there were no problems. Not related to Kenneth, I still have a problem with this free garage drop delivery. Who wants their new furniture dropped in their garage. So, even though they say delivery is free, you still have to pay $129.00 to have it brought into your house. Becker Furniture should be the first chain to fix this.

This store has very poor customer support. We went into the store and were shown a product that we were told had “like quality” to the bedroom set that we were ordering. The consultant, Carolyn, was very friendly and confident when showing us the products. Unfortunately, when our bedroom set arrived it was not “like quality” to the one demonstrated. The one shown had sturdy side glides and ours arrived with ill fitting bottom glides. Carolyn spent a lot of time demonstrating how the drawers could be removed and how much they extended. Our drawers are completely different and can’t be removed without a great deal of struggle. I have been trying to get the issue resolved for three weeks. Carolyn implied that it was not her responsibility to know the product would be different. They never answer their phones and the manager, Tien, doesn’t return messages. I have also left a message for an on-call manager and never heard back. I recommend that you look elsewhere for furniture.I am updating my review to include a monetary compromise was reached to resolve my issue. With the refund, I can hopeful pay to have them upgraded to what I wanted.
Buyers beware. Order placed with confirmation receipt, supposedly on 6/7. I was told by 3 people my delivery WILL be 7/6 or 7/13. No delivery. No one answers the phone. No one calls/emails back as promised. They have my $ and now 5 different people have told me theyll look into my order & let me know the status. I still dont have an answer as to when I will receive my order. Extremely dissatisfied.Update: I did never receive communication from the store as to when my order will be received. Please tell me who & when they called???
Dan at the Burnsville store helped me pick out a new mattress and was absolutely incredible to work with!!! He answered all my questions, gave me some really great tips and info, and made the process fun and easy! He was so helpful but gave me time to test things out while still making sure to check in enough! Not once did I feel like he was trying to make a sale like I encountered at other stores. I went into the store today just to look around and Dan was so great I ended up buying the perfect mattress!
Kenneth was extremely helpful! He had great insight and was able to meet us exactly where we were at. He adjusted as we threw him for a loop perfectly. He is a great salesman who cares about the experience for all customers above all else. I would absolutely work with him for any purchase!
We have moved several times in the last few years and this is our go-to place for getting new furniture to make each new location feel like home. Each time we have been to this location we end up leaving happy. When something did not work out once delivered, it was returned or replace immediately. Tien Ly (Manager) is outstanding both in initial contact, follow-up contact, and taking care of things that did not work out for us. He is one of the reasons we continue to trust Becker in Burnsville to make our shopping experience a positive one from start to finish. Every employee from sales to delivery has been a pleasure to deal with.

The only reason Im rating this store four stars instead of five is because when I first walked in there were like three employees near the door that turned and saw me, and then turned away. Im aware I may not look like a serious buyer but thats no excuse to not interact with every customer that comes in. Especially when they look as lost I know I clearly did. But once I got further in the store an associate (Ken A.) cut his conversation short to ask if I needed help finding anything. And I did. A lot of things lol. He made me feel like what I needed was a high priority and even though I had a lot of questions I never felt like I was bugging him, he was more than happy to help figure out whatever I needed. Everything was handled quick and efficiently and I cant wait for my new furniture to arrive. Thanks Ken!

We bought our TV credenza here in August, and just today went back to finally purchase a new bed and mattress. Kenneth and Nicole were awesome at helping answer all our questions and walking us through the shopping process. Kenneth hooked us up with Gary to pick out our mattress and add that to our order. All in all, very pleased with the service and selection, and will be back for furniture purchases in the future!

The mattress shopping process was simplified greatly with the new technology offered by Becker and our sales person Gary Bekkum. Our new bed and pillows are extremely comfortable.
We had been shopping around for area rugs and having a difficult time finding something we liked AND something that was in stock. When we stopped at Becker not only did they have the largest selelction of rugs to choose from but they had one we loved and it was in stock. We walked out of the store with the rug in hand!

Overall, I had a great experience with Becker Furniture...I checked out 3 different stores in the area for couches and felt they had the best quality, style I was looking for and customer service. I worked with Ken who was super nice and knowledgeable and just overall great salesman! And also worked with Nicole the day prior whose also very attentive and helpful! Appreciate all their help and my new couch is awesome and comfy!
We are now 6 months waiting for couch and loveseat purchased in AUGUST that was to be here November now delayed x4 to late February. Always a different tale, it’s coming from China, Italy, Norway, it’s fully assembled but they can procure leather. What? All I get is a series of nonsense. Manager doesn’t return calls for a week, my salesperson emails baloney once a month. Don’t buy from Becker. Deliver my furniture now or I want full refund.

We bought a beautiful couch and loveseat. They recommended that we buy the extended warranty in the event of any mishaps, rips, stains etc. We filed a claim 10 months into ownership because of tears in two of the 5 cushions. The couch that we don’t even sit in very often! Our claim was denied saying it was regular wear! That is so disappointing. They never even came to look at the couch. Only looked at the photo I sent. Ridiculous! I will never buy from them again. Would NEVER recommend a purchase from them. Don’t stand by there product!
I purchased a nice sectional at the Burnsville Becker. I shopped all over for the perfect piece and it came down to two. One at HOM and the one I chose at Becker. It honestly came down to the in home designer, Emily Penning at Becker. Emily’s friendliness, honestly, and knowledge of the product sold me.
