Very nice property. Selena took me on a tour to show me a unit Im thinking I need. The buildings are climate controlled and very neat. They have carts to use if you need them. Overall very nice property. I feel this will be my location when Im ready to move again.

Donna was extremely helpful and cheerful at the front desk. I put all of my belongings here for my entire 7 month deployment and everything was perfect without any issues when I came back. Highly recommend

I have been a customer of Public Storage in Burlington, NJ for several months. By far, Donna is awesome! Kudos to her for all she does to help. She is very polite, attentive to ones needs and she is very knowledgeable about the facilities and the products. The grounds are always clean and I witnessed her sweeping and making sure things were neat. She is the best! Please don’t ever move her!

For years I have been renting multiple units at this facility. The Property Manager, Erin, has made the Burlington Public Storage the best. I’ve rented storage units throughout South and Central Jersey, and no other facility comes close to this one. Erin is a hard worker who knows the rules and how to apply them to best serve her clientele. She is helpful, friendly, and goes out of her way to help out. She is the best!

I live in North Jersey but needed storage in Burlington. I originally got the wrong size unit and needed to upgrade to a larger unit from where I currently am. Erin, the Property Manager, was quick, efficient, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me out so that I didnt have to travel 1.5 hrs to fill out paperwork. Shout out to her District Manager for handling the back-end adjustments allowing her to make it happen. 10/10 would recommend for your Burlington storage needs! I really appreciate them!

Spoiler Alert - New to Public Storage, but already stoked!!!We had been looking for a storage unit, but lately it seems as though no one has anything available. And if they did, um, er, you end that sentence however you wish.Fortunately we were referred to this kind soul, who made everything beyond easy. Friendly, kind and beyond patient for all the questions we had, I could go on and on. She walked us thru her inviting, super clean and state of the art place.She even got me up and running on the app for which I am immeasurably thankful for. I am actually looking forward to moving stuff out of my house and into our drive up unit, even if it that requires physical activity that I try to avoid, lol.Thank you for getting us all sorted out and making it so we can hit the ground running Donna. I feel public storage in burlington should be your flag ship if not already. Customer service as well as maintaining this property has everything to do with the staff at this location. I have been here a couple years as well as several other storage places and feel this is the best place compared those others to store my things. My family and I relocated and unfortunately needed a storage unit for no more than a month, or at least that’s what we thought. It turned into needing it for 2.5 months. We were so disappointed in knowing that we had to incur this extra cost. Needless to say we not only needed 1 unit but 2 units. Erin at Burlington made things so much easier. She was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend this location. Customer service is everything.

1. The facility is very nice. I had a small unit for over a year, and never saw any instances of rodents or bugs. I as absolutely happy 100% with the building/ cleanliness etc.2. The major issue is the random rent increases. They come at any time, and are any amount. Thats insane. I can understand a once a year increase, that renters can expect etc. But in the year I had my unit it went 3 times. I would absolutely sign a one year contract to have a solid rate.3. Employees- they all tell you different things and some of it doesnt even make sense. The newest one was that to rent a unit you require insurance. First off, there is no reason to require renters have insurance- because its not the buildings liability. When I first rented I pointed to where in the contract it says optional and behold I could decline it. When I wanted to rent again the manager Erin stated it was in the lease contract, which I doubt, or again probably listed it as optional- either way it makes no sense for it to be a requirement.

Best Storage around! Clean and very well kept!

Public Storage in Burlington is the best managed facility out of the dozen or so I’ve rented. The entire building and grounds are safe and clean. The manager, Erin, knows her inventory so well she often does not even need to refer to the computer. I’ve rented here for years, all types of units as well as parking, and she time and again provides expert advice when I am in need of space either for my business or for personal use. She and her staff are all amazing and a pleasure to work with.

I have been storing at this location for YEARS and for YEARS have been more than happy with the property, cleanliness, security, and most importantly with the Property Manager Erin! She truly makes storage feel like a 5 star experience with every interaction!! I cant say enough about her, she goes above and beyond in every way, from cleanliness, to reminder calls so I dont ever go late, to just the little things like remembering my face and things going on in my life.... Customer service like that is rare nowadays. Public Storage is lucky to have Erin, I cant imagine the place without her! You can truly see the love she puts in to her job. This place is fantastic. Seems new, very clean and super secure. The staff is awesome and helped me think through all my options. Stayed in touch with me at every step and to include courtesy calls when payment was nearing. Erin is a fantastic, customer-oriented associate/manager!!

This was my first storage unit and I had a lot of reservations. After meeting Erin, however, my fears were gone and my hesitation was no longer there. The facility is clean, Erin is a super friendly and helpful property manager, and my unit was easy to set up and secure before my move-in day. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone. I live in Philly and chose this facility...despite the 30+ minute drive, because they offered the most variety of units, competitive pricing, and fantastic customer service. You can honestly feel at home here and that’s important considering the contents of my home are staying here.

The Customer Service was excellent. Very thorough and detailed in the explanation of the storage unit, rental, etc. I was a little nervous because it was a new experience for me. I was immediately put at ease and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff that assisted me worked as a team; essential for any office.I missed my original appointment and was not able to call and cancel. They did not have any problems rescheduling me when I called for the next day.The Office was clean and neat, very appealing setup.Overall an excellent staff and office. I will certainly recommend this facility.

I just recently visited the Public Storage in Burlington, NJ and I must say I was greeted with superb customer service and professionalism. I met with both Erin and Max who walked me through the steps in renting a space along with the details on the best insurance to choose for my belongings. Both Erin and Max took their time with me and brought me to see the right space that would fit all my belongings. I felt comfortable to choose to put my belongings at this particular storage facility based on its security and great friendly staff. I have visited other facilities before making my decision in renting storage and I choose this site over others based on the great customer service and welcoming environment displayed by both Erin and Max and the cleanliness of the facility. I would highly recommend anyone to choose this facility to store their items as its very affordable and secure! I will say I do work in the property management field and both Erin and Max if were interested I would hire them to work for me based on my experience!

I can’t say enough about this location! I have had to use storage many different times due to the line of work I am in. Having said that, I consider myself somewhat of an expert on this subject, and this location is by far the cleanest I have ever seen. Spotless seems to be a good word, I feel so comfortable leaving my things there. Aside from the cleanliness and multitude of security measures, and most importantly, is the Property Manager Erin, she truly makes you feel appreciated and listened to. She really goes above and beyond to make sure you feel like a valued customer, she even remembered my name after not seeing me for over a month and only meeting me one time! Not only that but she remembered that I was going on vacation! She has set a bar for other companies to reach, not just in storage! If you are looking for storage, see Erin!

I was in this store for boxes a few days ago and was very pleased with my experience and wanted to let people know of the good service they provide. Erin and Tom were knowledgeable on making sure I got the right amount of boxes I needed, made sure I got a good discount and even carried the boxes out for me. Needless to say I will be coming back for more boxes here I the future.

The only word that can describe this location is professionalism. Erin, was outstanding in making the process of obtaining the unit easy. In this day and age it is difficult to find a place, let alone and individual that takes pride in their work. You can certainly find that here. The unit(s) and grounds are clean, there were always carts available and you certainly felt welcomed with V.I.P service. When in doubt be sure to ask for Erin, you will not be disappointed.

The person that handle my experience with Public Storage was Ms. Joyce. Ms. Joyce was more than helpful, she took the time to ensure that I understood the how, what, and whys. The how - How to access the lot after hours, the what - what I needed to ensure my belongings are safe, i. e. locks and insurance, and the whys, why they were the better choice to store my belongings.

Typically, the staff is pleasant and willing to explain or discuss issues. However, today was not so pleasant. I received yet another rent increase notification raising my rent almost $40.00 in one year. When asked what they could do, they waived the increase for 3 months. I called the 1-800 number and they reiterated that corporate increases rents when ever they feel like it and it is outside of anyones control. $40.00 in a year is OUTRAGEOUS and now I have to waste money and time to move my storage bin to another location just so I can save this $40.00 per month.
