Cancelled my service in February because they did not deliver my propane in time and I almost ran out. They finally picked up my tank in MAY and its September and my account still has not been settled. They dont answer their phone and the dont reply to emails. This is one of the worse companies I have ever had to deal with. I highly DO NOT recommend anyone deal with this company. Look for someone else even if you have to pay a little bit more for propane.

We are on a monthly fill we have not seen them for 3 months and now we are out of gas to heat our home they said they would be out on Tuesday and a no show what is going on with that so far I am not impressed so I see poor service at this point looks like I need to change companiesAgain they have failed at filling my Tank what is wrong with this company at this point I am livid the trucks come right by me everyday and never stop to fill even after I put in my request (very pore customer service) I wish I had never signed up for this companySo here we are again with them as a no show for propane I even gave them over 15 days heads up for delivery I am now changing companies I am sorry they are not worth a 1 star for service the people are nice but it is to hard to get propane and this is the wrong time of year to be left in the cold so based on my experience I would not recommend this company to anyone! Its sad that I can pretty much copy and paste any of the other negative reviews and they apply to my situation so well. I called in an order on 2/8, they said it would be delivered anywhere from the 12th to the 22nd. I also informed them my gauge doesnt work and need it fixed. Its 2/27 and Im without heat. Ferrellgas, please come out and fix your mistake.

I tried to hire them to install a 500 gallon tank at a new house. They got back to me right away with a price, I agreed to it, they set up a date and time for install, then never showed up. Its now been two months and no correspondence back from them. I have now gone with a different company who was able to complete the job in less than a week.

If I could do 0 starts I would I have been with our propane for 2 weeks now I paid them to come fill my tank which cost me $847 that was 2 weeks ago and I told them we are out. Not happy gonna try to get my money back and change service nothing but had service and long holds on the phone with no answers

Have never had a problem. Have never run out of propane. Comparable prices too. What more can you ask for? Thank you!

We have been with Ferrell Gas for a number of years and have been pleased with the delivery and the rates.....the driver is very courteous, and the office very efficient.

Placed an order for propane for my house two weeks ago. Delivery date has come and gone and still no propane. Every time I have called for an ETA of my propane I get a new excuse (drivers didnt show up to work... Or they saw one flake of snow so they cant deliver to my location...and on....and on...) At this point my house has run out of propane and now me and my family are dealing with no heat in February. We will be staying in a hotel until we get our propane because no one should have to live like this. I hope the management of this company reads this message so they can fire all of their lazy @ss employees! I wish I could get my tanks filled from another company, but since Ferrel gas owns the tanks then we cant. What a terribly monopoly.
