Reinemans true value hardware store has a great group of knowledgeable people. One of there employees George is one of the nicest persons Ive ever met. He knows his stuff. But I ts not just George. My go to place. Pets, fishing, hunting, guns, nuts, bolts etc. They carry Stihl. They have a good rental department and they service small equipment/machines. The people are fantastic and knowledgeable. Youre in and out fast too.Support this place. Its a gem.

Excellent customer service. Its really important to have good sales people in a hardware store. Reinemans knows this. They had plenty of sales people on the floor (even at 9:30AM) and they were all aware of their surroundings, engaged with their work. The person helping me remembered exactly what I had called about 2 days before and knew exactly where to find the product. I noticed they have a good, well organized selection of home/hardware goods. They also have a well stocked rental service. Highly recommend.

I have been coming here for years, I love this place. It is a great quick hardware store. They also have a great pet selection, equipment rentals, guns, bows, and paint. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I suggest you check it out sometime.

The to love about local hardware stores is they know where stuff is. 15 minutes and most of that was covid19 social distancing stuff.

I can remember tagging along with my dad to Reinmans when I was just a kid. I will never forget the wood floor gently squeaking and creaking while walking through the store. And I will never forget how great the service was . Dad always got what he needed and the staff made sure he found it .Customer service was really great then just as it is now. ...top shelf great. Their firearms section is very customer focused. Scott is a true firearms expert. Their prices are very competitive. So, add the customer service factor and they are the best. They are #1 in my book.

I am so grateful to have reinemans in Burlington :-) it seems no matter what random thing I need they will probably have it and for the many times Ive gone in there needing advice someone has always quickly come over to offer assistance and help me find exactly what I did need. I also appreciate that they offer rental equipment of many different kinds so I dont have to purchase it for the one time use.

Had what i needed without traipsing through a 5 acre store.

Everytime I went in I would always try to find the people I know would actually help me find what i was looking for. The one girl in the pet department im not sure of her name becuae she does not have a name tag but i see her almost everytime I go in she is the sweetest person there. I also remember another girl who use to work in the pet department i dont remember her name because I have not seen her in a while but she was short with curly hair and the last time i saw her she have purple hair. And lastly a older lady named Susie who helps all the customers who walk passed her. Otherwise most of the other person who works here is very lazy and does not care about the customers.

Almost as lways have what Im looking for. And theyre always so helpful!

We rented a belt sander here and bought new pads. After fighting the machine for 8 hours we found out that the sander wasnt balanced and didnt sand evenly. I brought the machine back and told of the problem and the clerk just looked at me like...so what? He didnt say sorry or offer a free day or a discount. I havent set foot in there since. We got great belt sanders from Rent a Center.

BEWARE if you are renting an item from them and have to return it on a sunday, the hours from the Internet are wrong. They close at 3 not 4. I had to pay an extra day because of the hours being incorrect. You would think the manager or someone would work something out because of it being their error, but they didnt. Definitely wont be returning there anymore.

They have what I need when I need it. Most of the people are really helpful as well.

Love Reinamens, they have the best Pet Department, good dog food, healthy treats, and the Associated are very helpful and Knowledgeable, you can get your crickets, and feeder animals here as well

I go Reinemans for all of my gun repairs, advice, and ammunition supplies. The staff in the sporting goods area have always treated with great respect and courtesy. The only thing that I wish that Reinemans true Value would do is enlarge the sporting goods area. Its gotten so much smaller since they moved into the other building.

This place is very unprofessional rented a machine was not given all the parts needed to operate the machine had to go back to get the parts I have been renting all sorts of machines for the last 25 years this was my first time renting from reinemans and I will never rent from them ever again nor will I ever spend another penny in their store.
