Always there to help, food is excellent and service is superb. It doesnt have to be a special occasion to have honeyed ham, ribs or Turkey.

Big fan of this chain, everything from ham to turkey is delicious. I ordered for a to-go smoked turkey sandwich. It was fresh and service was quick. The lady over the counter was really helpful.

I understand that the busiest day of the year can add challenges to any retail outlet, but to be so grossly unprepared that you run out of what would likely be one of the more popular items is a managerial mistake. If you’re going to have mashed potatoes, or any of the sides actually, you may as well cook your own at home. Overpriced and takes too long to prepare. Remember, this is supposed to be a ready to eat deal. Won’t get another penny of my money.

I may update this after I taste the actual food (but I doubt it from what Ive heard), but for now I have to give this location 5 stars. The service was very fast, efficient, friendly, and customer-oriented. The website was not allowing me to order the $119 dinner special from this location so I went in person. Unfortunately, the special is internet only. The young lady at the register, after I had expressed my disappointment at not being able to order the internet only special, arranged for me to receive it without me asking her. That is great customer service.

Honey Baked has the best Ham, and all the accessories you may need to prepare a meal.

The ham was good, but we opted for a pack of already sliced this year so we missed out on that delicious glaze. Is it possible to add some to the sliced packs in the future?

Not sure what it is with Burlington but the service industry in Burlington is the slowest I have ever seen. It took the three people working in the Burlington Honey Baked Ham 20 minutes to prepare 9 sandwiches. There is just no reason it should take 20 minutes to get a cold sandwich. Ridiculous and will never be visiting this location again.

We have tried to order here several times and every time there is nothing available. We spend several hundred dollars here and you think that they would be a bit more appreciative. We will not return to the Burlington Store.

Well I been eating here for years, I guess Ill have to find another restaurant after today. Went in to order a half sandwich and a soup way out of price $10.75So I asked about qt soup I been getting for ever, well new employee was no help . Said they dont offer it anymore. Then gave me a price to high if I did try to buy that much . Make no scene. I asked to speak to manager who I normally see, no one around aperent and he went to get no one.No happy at all with this visit.waste of time, lunch break, money... I hate it .

Well I visited Honey Baked Hams today didnt know it was under new management/owner Im sorry for that, the workers were so sweet but the sandwich and soup just wasnt the same.

The staff was great!!! The lines move so fast!! What a great experience!!!

Stopped by today, for the 1st time...waited 15 mins on one sandwich... I asked the young lady about her day she had just stated to me she was new there only her 2nd day,I then asked her to check in on my food and the girl I think they referred to her as jamie got a nasty attitude with her. She needs to be fired!!!! The new girl was kind and sweet. She deserves a way better job!!! I will not be back if this is how the store owner and manager allows them to talk to each other that way. I wont even begin to say the things she said. Oh and by the way Jamie made my order completely wrong on top of that. Shouldnt of even wasted my time.
