The store is under new management and the new manager as well as the employees I have encountered have been an absolute delight. They’re extremely knowledgeable and you can tell that they are always trying to further educate themselves. Walking into this store is so zen and it almost feels like a breath of fresh air. It’s so clean and bright. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for CBD products.

Very highly satisfied with costumer service! Definitely very highly satisfied with the product I bought for muscle and joint creams cause my mom has chronic back pain. She is in a better mood within in one rub/well one use last for 3 days before another reapply. In my eyes it a great product! I would highly recommend cbd products!!!

Came in to do some Christmas shopping while in town for the holidays. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I left with a much better understanding of the products and how they can be of the most use. Would recommend it to anyone, regardless of your knowledge level around CBD. I think my friends and family are going to be super pleased with their gifts!

Great store. When passing through town, I saw the billboard and stopped. They had a varied selection from CBD oils and more to hemp clothing and pet stuff. It was especially nice to find a place to refill my vape with CBD.

Good afternoon, This seems like a cash adventure and not really something being taken serious for health wellness. Prices are marked up 30-40% higher than what they are from the direct vendors online. I understand getting a profit but 30-40% is crazy. I go next door to Adam& Eve and see the same employees working there that were just at the CBD store the day before. Been following this store since they opened since their in my community and they’ve went from good to horrible. You need to have experienced people in the store, not people you find off the street and train. Hemp business is not something that can just be understood in a few weeks and you can feel comfortable enough to sell or suggest products to people. With the exception of 2 employees, the other employees there have no knowledge on the products their selling. You can literally tell their reading from a book or brochure word for word. That’s not really comforting when I’m about to buy something to consume in my body and the person selling says “um” or has to read the product description off the box. Out of my 12 visits to this store I’ve only seen maybe 2 people who had a idea on what they were actually doing. They can’t tell you what’s the advantages and disadvantages of the different types of CBD but they want you to spend more than $100 just to get $10 off your next visit. You really can’t rate customer service in this situation when the customer knows more than the employees. They did have a guy and girl there when they first opened and they knew everything there was to know but they must’ve had issues and the owners wanted to “keep it cheap and simple” and put their Adam& Eve employees there. Not a store I would recommend if anything I would avoid this store the most you’ll do is walk around see nice things until you notice the price. Two other CBD stores within 2 miles of this store and prices and products are not marked up.

Ive been here 4 times now. The first time was ok. The quality of the only preroll they had was acceptable which is more than i can say for the selection or the knowledge of the guy working there that looked like he was half asleep. Either way its a new store so ill give them that. The reason for the 1 star is the next 3 times i have went well within business hours there was no one to be seen. I couldnt imagine why they would even have business hours posted on the door when they dont even care enough to be there for their customers. Id recommend literally any other store that sells cbd over this one. Maybe there you can actually get in the door. To the owner, im the one that left the note on the door. If i dont do my job i get fired. Maybe you should consider doing what ever it takes to better your business if you hope to keep it.
