Absolutely beautiful store, and the staff was excellent! I had an eye exam done by Dr. Sarver, she was excellent and answered every question and concern I had. I got my new prescription and headed downstairs to pick out my frames, the selection was overwhelming, but after trying on many frames I finally picked one that fit right and felt right. Randy was my optician and helped immensely with my decision for lenses, he got my new glasses cut and fitted quickly and made sure I was happy with them. Randy also helped me with a pair of prescription sunglasses, with the abundance of options he explained each one in detail and I got exactly what I wanted. I may not have insurance that they take here but I will gladly remain a customer of Vutt because the entire staff and store is second to none and worth the cost.

Ive been to quite a few eyeglass places in my life, and I have to say VUTT optical is the nicest one Ive been to. The staff is super helpful and really worked with me to get me the lowest possible price on my glasses. The eye exam was very thorough and the Dr. was nice as well, and explained everything. My young daughter has a very very strong prescription and no other optical shops-including Wills Eye- were able to fulfill the strength that she needed while using the safest material as she is a toddler on the run. Took my wife and son to Vutt last Saturday to get eye exams for both of them. When I say that you need to come here...YOU NEED TO COME HERE. From the staff to the advanced optometry equipment, everything about this store is amazing. The owner, Paul, could not have been more helpful. From getting my kids markers to draw to being understanding (and knowledgeable) about my sons medical condition.We will be going back here for ALL of our eye needs. Oh and dont get me started on the AMAZINGLY EPIC wall of Oakleys (I had to include a picture as its very impressive).Lastly, when it comes to price, these guys are not only fair with their pricing but they go over every aspect of everything that you are paying for and whether or not you need it. I moved from NY where my last Eye Doctor had a prism put into my glasses which has changed my life. I was worried that a new Doctor might want remove the prism (based on past experiences where Doctors took out bifocal lens that were working for me.) Dr. Kelsey was wonderful. She listened to what I had to say, and did not remove the prism.Randy (one of the opticians) is knowledgeable, courteous, and excited about helping people find the right solutions for them. In my case, Randy answered all of my questions and taught me a lot in the process. Together with Dr. Kelsey they recommended a solution that has been great for work and home.I will definitely go back to them to all my future vision care needs..

I had been going to sears for years because of my insurance, went to Vutt this year since they accepted my insurance and I couldnt be happier, they took time to work with me on what i wanted and got me the best pair of glasses I have had since I started wearing them ~4yrs now. Customer Service was amazing, Between Michelle, Paul and Randall, had 0 problems or issues. Glasses came in very fast as well, I think it was less than 4 business days.

The experience there was not like any other eye visit I’ve had.The selection was very large and varied significantly. Everyone there was amazingly nice and great with my children. We plan on coming here for family every time we need to for anything eye/glasses related.

The service here is second to none! I can never find the Oakley frames I like with the lenses that are best for me. (I spend a lot of time on water.) They helped me mix and match frames and lenses since they were the same price, which made me wonder why no one else has thought of that! They also had a huge selection of frames to choose from, including inexpensive frames (like $5 maybe?) that had polarized lenses. Ive never seen that before! I got a pair for my daughter. But all the way around the shop makes you feel like youre in a family-run business, and the employees all want to make sure you leave happy. I wont shop anywhere else for glasses.

The customer service here is second-to-none. I was that customer...I showed up close to closing time, asking for nothing short of a miracle, and Paul and his staff far exceeded my expectations! They made me new single-vision lenses on the spot (in record time), and assisted me in choosing two great new frames. Knowing that I would be away when my prescription sunglasses would be finished, they offered me several options so that I could have them for the remainder of my vacation! Over the years my sight has started to fail; like many others I was in denial. Then I finally gave in and tried the contacts way. Wasn’t for me; so I gave in and got glasses and regain my sight. I’m a twenty year police veteran close to retirement but now facing a new dilemma with my sight. As everyone who shoots regularly knows; the head position is vital (always chin down). At the range; for the past couple of years, noticed that my head position has adjusted upward (as to use the lower portion of the glasses to focus) due to my sight diminishing and consequently my score average has changed. At Vutt Optical and Sunglasses; I discussed this issue with Dr. Paul Lucca and his associate Mr. Randy Healy. Given his experience in law enforcement and expertise in eye care; Paul understood and was able to recommend a specifically constructed pair of glasses for my issue. Along with Randy’s knowledge and expertise they were instrumental in satisfying my eye care needs. My son need glasses so went into VUTT and saw Paul who was absolutely wonderful. He helped my son find the perfect glasses for him. We checked out glasses at the place he had his eyes examined and the wanted over $300.00 for one pair. Come to find out they are a discontinued frame and it would take 7 to 10 days to make them. After my son found the frames he liked, we ended up leaving with two pairs that day for the same price as the one at the other place.

Where to start? This is the most amazing eye doctor/glasses shopping experience weve ever had. To start, we walked in on a whim to take a look around. We werent pressured to purchase anything and they even ran our insurance to see what coverage we would have. My wife and I went back to be seen by the doctor who was very thorough and explained everything he did and why. I told him about my itchy eyes (from seasonal allergies) and told him what I use works every now and then but, my primary doctor wont prescribe me anything because I can get the same over the counter. He gave me a prescription for something BETTER! While I waited for my turn, Ashley and Nancy were amazing. They gave my goddaughter as many pretzels as her little heart desired and Ashley even entertained her with allowing her to model some glasses while we waited for my eyes to dilate. Paul (the owner) went over EVERY part of my coverage. Ive never had this happen before. He talked to me about what I wanted and made sure we used my insurance to the best of my benefit. He even talked me out of ruining my glasses with a transition lens that wouldnt have come out the way I thought it would (THANK YOU PAUL). The ENTIRE staff is amazing and the selections are out of this world. I usually have to order what I want but, not here. Ill be back every year for my exams and new specs. I suggest EVERYONE go here to get glasses. This is a place I would send my oldest relative and take my kids (when the time comes). They have so much patience and are all very knowledgeable. I wish I could give you guys 100 stars!!!

Vutt Optical is absolutely the best place to go for glasses and sunglasses. Ive bought a few pairs of sunglasses from them in the past and now Ive bought a pair of regular glasses. To start last year I took my son to get his glasses and was completely happy with the service from start to finish!! My mom then got on my case about getting glasses for my self but I was hesitant because Im self pay with no insurance and I thought it would be too expensive..she suggested we go to the walmart glasses place and to my luck..during my exam I noticed that not only was the exam more expensive than vutt and their machines were so old and outdated..the people working there were not interested in doing their job let alone providing good service..I immediately took my script and went over to Vutt for my frames n lenses..let me say that I can be annoyingly indecisive and Paul and Layahnna were so patient and kind and spent hours helping me find the best frames..I was honestly ready to give up because I couldnt make up my mind and Paul took me to the side and said what exactly are you looking for? and after I told him.. he not only found me the most amazingly beautiful and stylish frame but he made it fit in my price range!! I couldnt be more happier and grateful..he just kept saying I want u to be happy and..just wow!! Not only did I get exactly what i wanted for a great price..i had my glasses ready in about 30 mins! VUTT Sunglasses, thats where!Jackies contacts were shot and she needed new ones, every place said weeks for delivery and their pricing was absurd. We placed a call to VUTT and Paul was able to get us the product ordered (even after the store closed, because hes a stand up guy and is committed to spectacular service) and theyll be in on time for vacation next week. I’ve been going to vutt for as long as I can remember. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my glasses and now my eye care. Very thorough eye exams and the best selection of frames. I was told it would take 7-10 days for my glasses and it only took 3.

Vutt sunglasses and optical ate very professional friendly shop. Customer service wonder Paul n.his wife are surprise nice made me feel very welcome. They took their time to help meet my budget n get the prescription sunglasses I was looking for and explained everything to me in dealt n answered all my questions. I didnt feel rushed at anytime. They shop in general was very neat clean n organized and Paul n his wife show me their company. Went to VUTT with a question about my glasses expecting one answer but hoping for another. I got the answer that I was expecting and not the one I was hoping for. Everyone was great and explained my options. I will be back after the first of the year for an exam and new glasses.
