Awesome store with top-notch staff. My boyfriend and I visited today and each bought two coats with the wonderful help of Sarah. This Fjallraven has two levels. The first floor is regular, full-priced items. The basement (just down the staircase) is the sale/outlet section. There youll find lots of samples, one off items & last years styles at reduced prices. Despite this being the discounted section of the store, Sarah was ever so helpful in assisting us with selecting coats. She was knowledgeable about Fjallraven as a brand (like how they ethically source down -- awesome!) and also knew so much about each product we picked up. This helped us select coats that truly were right for us (beyond just the right physical fit).What I didnt know until we were at the register purchasing the coats, was that Fjallraven offers complementary lifetime warranties. Out of the four sale coats we purchased, two were final sale and the other two carried the lifetime warranty (samples are final sale). We also felt the sale section here at Fjallraven Burlington was much better than what you find online so if youre looking for a deal definitely check out the basement level of Fjallraven on Church Street.

The gear here is very high quality and service is great too. Their commitment to sustainability seems a lot more real than with most companies as well, they repair their stuff and make durable goods. Their vidda pro trousers outlive carharts by 7-10x and are better the whole time; which makes them cheaper in the end.

Best customer service on church street.

You are paying for absolute quality with their products and professionalism. After having a bag I purchased outside the country break, they were quick to offer repairs and to ship it back to me though they were under no warranty obligation to do so. I paid $10. I am so thankful because I love this bag. The repair was done perfectly.

I love this store! Good quality Swedish clothing line, their jackets are extremely warm and comfy. Can be pricey but definitely worth it!

Went in thinking itd be somewhat affordable and cool. Right away, it struck me as a super overpriced Ikea/Uniq Lo style fashion hut with Swedish hipster vibes. AND I have some Swede in me! Hope that doesnt define Burlington for my 1st experience and as a premium store in an economically depressed state.
