Very helpful! At least 3 different staffers asked to direct me to the potting soil and seeds. Was able to drive in the back to load my car.

They are always so friendly and helpful here! I went in looking for a small screwdriver and battery so I could replace the battery in my car key. The gentleman took my key in order to look for a battery. When he returned he had replaced the battery for me! I didnt even need to buy the screwdriver. He went above and beyond. I really appreciate the quality of service here!

Ive been here two times. Both times I brought in a can of spray paint of a brand that they didnt carry. The first time, some obviously very knowledgeable gentleman helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a different brand. When I went in the second time, there wasnt anybody who knew as much as the guy from my first experience. However, when I brought the can of paint that I thought was the closest substitute to a lady working a register, she showed me that what I had initially found wouldnt be what I wanted. She helped me look through what they had in stock and didnt try to sell me something just to make a sale. She gave me honest and helpful advise not in order to sell me something, but to help me find the best materials for the project that I needed to do. As far as I am concerned, that is just as good. 10/10. Would recommend.

This is a great neighborhood hardware store that you can walk to, get what you need, and get back home and to the project youre working on in less time than it takes to drive all the way to Home Depot. No traffic, no headaches, and the employees are friendly and know whats in the store.

I usually like to shop for the lowest prices, and keep to higher quality merchandise. There is a trade-off with companies competing these days and Bibens isnt an exception, however what you can find here is value from knowledgeable staff that can get you what you are looking for a price that is very competitive and sometimes better than driving farther than 20 minutes away or more. On several occasions, I have been pleasantly surprised to find very good quality products and tool items for small projects and jobs, right here, on the shelf. There has been a frustration in some occasions where they keep stock so tight, that you want 2 or 3 of an item but they only stock 1 or 2.I will keep shopping here, and other places too, but they have been a great place to have in your rolodex and available to seek out guys like Neil, Dean and David (the managers who are very knowledgable and great at helping). That isnt to say their staff doesnt also do a good job, they also do too!. I just recall the names of these guys better as I deal mostly with them.

Ace ALWAYS has what we need. We are new homeowners and sometimes we dont realize the scope of a project we are undertaking and end up at Ace multiple times in a day to pick up another drop cloth, or more gloves, or a space heater. They ALWAYS have exactly what we need.We used to drive out to Lowes or Homedepot for the bulk of our home improvement needs, thinking that they would have more of a selection. On more than one occasion we have been told by Lowes staff that they dont carry what we need or have no knowledge of the product we are asking about, and they suggest we drive to Homedepot for better service and selection. I try not to go all the way to Williston if I can avoid it, and half the time they dont have what we need anyway.We ALWAYS find it at Ace. Its become a running joke in our house. They may have only one, but they have the exact thing we are looking for.Box fan? Yes. Brass door hinges? Yes. Pectin for making jam when Hannafords doesnt have any because its off season? Damn right. Fence for the garden because the chickens are getting big and can now get in there? Of course. Toaster oven when the oven is unhooked because you are repainting the kitchen? Would you like regular or convection?Its not the largest store in the world, it doesnt feel like a warehouse. But they stock it fully and efficiently.Thank you.

Great staff always helpful. One and only complaint is that they do occasionally close early on saturdays with out any notice. Granted its usually only by 10 minutes or so, but still annoying.

Fastener prices often beat Home D & Lowes and they have an awesome selection of hardware. Ace is a good chain and Bibens is everything you could want in a hardware store.

Very helpful, great selection (more limited then big box stores, but I find they always have at least one option of what I need) and very friendly staff. If you live in the NNE this is a great place to swing by for any DIY project.

This store is a little more expensive than Home Depot or Lowes, but the staff is happy to provide advice on home projects. Its a great neighborhood hardware store.
