Went in there wanting to process an exchange due to one of my boots jewels falling off after wearing it one time and after I explained what happened the sales associate LISA was awfully rude to begin with stating she can’t help me and got rude and loud calling me a child just because I checked her and when she finally realized what I wanted to do without hearing me out the first time it escalated and she started mumbling things under her breath and had to get the manager to help because she didn’t like getting proved wrong so she walked off and continued to talk her mouth, I respect my elderly all the way but not when it’s not deserved. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I have never been so mad since I was a teenager and still I dont know if this doesnt top them all. I was just accused of stealing with nothing in my purse but the lady accused me by discussing me to everybody that walked in. Then she proceeded to walk past me telling me how she knew people that worked for the police department. Pls call them then cuz I showed u my purse where else would I be hiding these shoes at??!!!??! Then she proceeds to follow me out of the store screaming at me that she was going to call the law and I had something in my purse she knows it. Sorry lady but I dont have to steal I got money all day everyday so check ur girl out before u go assuming you know somebody. Burlington rack room will not get a dime of my money and you can ask my people about my shoe game I gotta plenty and always updating so sorry rack room!!!

Requires a mask to shop after the state and CDC says it safe to remove them. Vaccine is irrelevant to them. I won’t shop there. I walked out.

Incredible, I was on the line for 15 minutes waiting for my turn and when I wanted to pay in cash the cashier told me that the cash register was closed, terrible service I will not go to that store again

Ill give it these four stars for being a very clean and well organized store. However, they salespeople werent very helpful. The coronavirus may have something to do with that so if you need a pair of shoes Id certainly give them a look.

I liked to the prices and I loved the sales but I actually asked for help numerous times and it took about 20 minutes for someone to show up and there was only myself and two other couples in the store. This was right after they open back up after covid-19 so maybe they were afraid to speak to anyone. 😏

Had no problems exchanging what I got for Christmas

Was in the store April 28 2019. My daughter needed shoes and I needed shoe laces. Devon and another associate assisted me with picking out the correct shoe laces. Devon asked how many lace eyelets were in my shoes. I had no idea. I have a spinal cord injury and am unable to bend. Devon leaned down and counted my laces for me and told me what laces to get. Thats good customer service as well has just being a good human being. I would recommend this store. Daughter got shoes as well.

I bought two pairs of shoes before leaving the country. When I returned I hadn’t ended up wearing the shoes I bought. I went to return said shoes and could only get store credit as I had purchased the display. The clerk said they looked “worn” though I hadn’t had my feet in them since trying them on in the store. I only got store credit despite my explanations to the manager that they were displays and never worn by me. Do not shops here unless you never expect your money back on a disappointing purchase.

Awful customer service!!! Went in today 15 min til close realizing I had to hurry but needed to purchase my son a pair of shoes. I was greeted by a nice lady checking someone out and as we came further into the store straight to the kids shoes this guy walked by and shook his head then yells across the store from the back of store at her “I told you to lock the door”. There were other people in the store not just us. Took less than 3 min to pick out a pair as we knew what we were looking for. As he is trying them on (hurrying to buy them so we can leave since they are closing) the man comes by and says we are about to close. I said yeah I know and as soon as he puts this other shoe on and make sure it fits, we will purchase them. (My son was born with a birth defect with his foot and it’s hard for us to find shoes that fit him sometimes) Time is 5:55 so no problem we will be checking out by 6. He then says once more well we have to close. I said do you not want me to spend money on your store? He says well that doesn’t matter we have to be out of here by a certain time. Mind you there are about 5 more customers in the store that appear to be browsing still and he’s just harassing only me!! (Well ok you’re holding me up by talking to me. I know and am about to leave) I had a bogo coupon and would have bought my son another pair however at this point the employee is standing at the register glaring at me. I would have walked out of there all together if my son wasn’t so excited about his new shoes that he desperately needed and I’ve been promising him all week!!!! So we go to check out and he snarled thank you when handing me the bag but at this point it was best for me to not even look him in the eye I was so mad. It was all I could do not to tell him off. I was absolutely floored when I saw his nametag that he was a store manager!! His name is Allen. I have never ever been treated so disrespectfully in my life!! I have spent a lot of money at that store over the years but never again as long as Allen is a manager there. I don’t know how in the world he is a manager that treats a paying customer so badly!!

Buy one get one half off everyday! Decent selection, average pricing. While I was there the ladies working stood by the register and chatted amongst themselves about their personal lives. The only time they asked if they could help us is when we walked up to the register with shoes in hand

They only have limited selection of sizes a d the staff did not offer to order my size online even though that is part of their job

I bought 3 pairs of shoes and decided I only wanted to keep 2. When I tried to returned the ones I didn’t want, they said I couldn’t because they looked like they had been worn and were unsellable. I hadn’t worn them other than trying them on. I took them back to another location and they took them back no with no hassle.

If they didnt cater to just sport & casual shoes Id rate higher
