So. I take my Nissan Rogue for an oil change, tire rotation, computer sensor software recall they say takes 1 hour, and an inspection at 7:45AM and even had an appointment to bring it in. I return to the dealership at 4:30PM expecting that it had probably finished it by lunch time. Instead, it takes them several minutes to figure out that one of the workers is driving my car. At first, they think its a test drive because of the warranty. Then, they find out he was driving it to reset the cars computer so that the inspection COULD BE DONE. So, 8.5 hours was not long enough for that tiny bit of work. What a JOKE! It is Thursday and they said I could bring it back MONDAY to get the inspection done. At least my maintenance package paid for what they DID do. That would have been a total slap in the face if I had to pay them too. Theyre crazy if they think Im bringing it back for the inspection. I dont have that much time to waste!

If it was possible to give no stars, I would. I had once again terrible experience in the service dept and once again was made to feel like it was my fault. Once again left with a dirty car. I will never return to or recommend Carolina Nissan to anyone. I felt totally bullied as a woman today and left in tears in a car that was dirty and not repaired and now I see I was charged for things that were not done. I am not the rude person they made me out to be today.

I truly felt like I was in good hands and could trust them, which is not something you often get with car maintenance services. By far the best and most hassle free car buying experience Ive ever had! I would highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle! I live an hour and a half away and we started the process over the phone with a 5 minute phone call. When I arrived at the dealership everyone was super friendly and knowdgeable and they had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. I was there less than an hour before I was on my way home in my certified pre owned vehicle.I forgot my garage door remote in my trade in vehicle and didnt realize until the next day. Sent the manager a txt and they are mailing it to me! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they went over and beyond to make sure my car buying experience with them was top notch!Way to go Carolina Nissan!!!

Unexpected repair needed due to water Ieaking into the front of the cabin. Clogged drain tubes was the identified problem. I have no issue with the services rendered and the face to face/phone contact with Glenn in the service center. It was great! My only issue is that the extended warranty I purchased at the dealership, that cost me upwards of $2300, did not cover the problem.

About the new Nissan rogue in 2020. Brought it in for his first oil change and service. Was greeted by Dwayne, and he was so helpful and so friendly. It is about time Burlington Nissan got someone in the service department who sincerely cares about customer service. By far the best I’ve ever had at this dealership, and this is my third vehicle from there. Bo Carter is my sales rep and he is by far the best they have to offer. So now I have a win-win situation.

I should not have to buy a new transmission for $5,300 after I paid off my car and I only have 80,000 miles on my vehicle. I have read forums and talked to two mechanics, the transmission in 2013 Nissan rogues are known for being faulty pieces. It should’ve been replaced before it was set out on the lot. I bought this car to be reliable for business trips and to safely bring my two year old and newborn around. I can’t do either now. I will be selling and never purchasing a Nissan again.

He came back to let me know the progress of my service and he also explained that in addition to an oil change I also needed brake pads. Dropped off my truck due to check engine light. Censors needed to be replaced asked if I could leave it overnight parts ordered will arrive next day. Next day advised wrong pets were ordered. Left truck overnight again next day no one had contacted me and it was almost noon. I reached out to the advisor and he said the repair was complete and I could pick up when ready. No sure how much longer I would’ve waited if I hadn’t reached out for an update. When I arrived the advisor couldn’t be bothered to speak with me he pushed my paperwork to another guy in the middle of me asking a question. He told the other gentleman (who was very nice and helpful) that he had leave and to pull my truck around. I understand we all have bad days but even when I dropped the truck off the same advisor over talked me when I told him I was still under warranty simply said we’ll get it figured out. Just felt very dismissive. Poor customer service won’t return.

Ive totally regretted my purchase totally due the horrible customer service and business. The young man at Carolina Nissan single handedly renewed my faith in the joy of my purchase. I had an appointment for just an oil change at 3. No one was waiting when I arrived. Many came in afterwards It is 4:44 and they said it will be still about 40 minutes. Why make an appointment when they evidently dont go by your appointment time. Disappointed in this dealerships service department. Never had this problem with KIA or Toyota.

The wait time was ridiculously long. I made an appt for 12 for an oil change and it took 3 hours. No one told me they were running behind nor did they come and update me on why it was taking so long. They did take care of it in the end but spending 3 hours at an appt that should take 45mins is unacceptable.

Sales are great, the vehicles are great, but the service department needs some work. I call for an appointment each time I need service. This is the only place I take mu Rogue. However, my car is NEVER taken in at the appointed time. After six years of this, I have heard about every excuse one can think of, and I am getting tired of it. It should not take over an hour for an inspection or an oil change. Really disappointing and anger causing.

Joe Astuto is the man at Carolina Nissan. For years I have been getting the run around with dealers. Everyone is always out for themselves and not for the customer, but not Joe. Approximately a month and a half I was looking for a vehicle to get out of a bad deal that I was at unfortunately, every dealer said they could help me get out of it and told me they would be in my price range. So when I went into further talks with them they all said they couldnt do it. Long story short is Joe Astuto listened to my issues and didnt waste my time. He worked tirelessly to get me into a deal that would benefit me. After hours of talks he was able to get me into a vehicle and a brand new one. Understaffed meant I waited 3 hours just to get an oil change and new battery installed...... while waiting, internet was not available so I could not work as planned. Asked behind desk and lady told me she told techs about internet issues the day prior and no one had done anything about it. Asked if I could get a shuttle ride to just down the street where I could work and they said short staffed so they aren’t offering that service right now. Terrible!

They said balance and rotate tires on my 2019 Frontier, and did not, I stood in the picture window and watch, from the moment they raise the truck up remove the tires, set the tires on the floor, beside the hydraulic lift breams on both sides, tires didnt move until they seem me looking and replace each one without balance. This not the first the service department abuse my vehicle service.

My appointment was at 1:30 pm and oil change and wheel alignment. My car wasnt finsh until 4:45 pm. I didnt walk out the service department until after 5 pm. I was offered not to be charged for the oil change that was already free due to my pervious visit. Yet I received a bill for $99.00. Very upset and disappointed. Oh and I travel from Winston-Salem. I returned home and my car is still out of alignment. Poor service.

Unfortunately, I can’t leave less than a star.Long story short my husband and I had the opportunity to speak with their “Service Manager” Chris. He was rude, cussed at my husband multiple times, and is a very poor example of a “manager”. I certainly hope this dealership reevaluates their qualifications for who a manager is or has some sort of retraining class he can take on how to communicate with customers.Basically 0/10, would absolutely NEVER recommend.

All of the staff that I worked with were extremely accommodating and expressed genuine empathy in regards to my situation. I visited the dealership thinking I would have my car serviced under warranty, however the issues with my car were much more detrimental than previously thought, and the best thing for me to do was purchase a new car, rather than spend thousands, (which totaled more than the value of the car) to fix a car that was not in the best condition. Glenn in the service department broke everything down in great detail, and even asked that I come in so I could examine my car and see the mechanical issues up close in detail. After finding out that I would have to purchase a new car, they let me leave my existing car on their lot until I was able to return one week later, to shop for my new car. Not to mention, I received a good trade in value for my old car. Michael, the sales person I worked with was really flexible and patient (not too pushy), and worked with me to ensure that I found the best fitting car that met my needs. He also made certain that I was comfortable with the financial layout. I was extremely pleased with the treatment I was provided, and truly appreciate the assistance and tenderness that I received. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends, family and colleagues.

I first brought my car in under warranty to fix my windows from rolling up really, really slow. New motors were installed but I never felt like the problem was solved (only acts up when it is cold outside). However, Staff are not consistently wearing masks indoors per state guidelinees - I had to keep walking around the waiting areas to keep my distance from unmasked employees. Also there are apparently no precautions about wearing masks inside customer cars or wiping the inside down with a Covid sanitizer when handing the car back to the customer.

After my Nissan Frontier service was completed I was given a service check list with a check list of all the systems that were also inspected and a note reminding me that the next service should include a brake fluid change.
