Definitely recommend..Westcott repaired my truck to its original factory condition. They even detail cleaning making the vehicle showroom fresh..how bout that! Not only that we they kept me up on the work progress untill completion. Not only that, they are very customer focused providing friendly service throughout the whole process...how bout that. 👍 Yep, I highly recommend!!!

This is the first time my vehicle was serviced somewhere else other than Hendrix where I purchased it in 2011 brand new. I was pleased with the check in process, schedule process and the how quick I got my vehicle back. Tabatha was great to deal with, but there were some overall issues with the sale. If you purchase a vehicle from them, make sure you check it over really good. Mine was missing a front passenger side floor mat and only had one set of keys. Sounded easy to get straightened out, but turns out it wont be. My points will get me $5 off the floor mat and Ill have to figure out how to get another key. In fairness, this was a used truck with 2500 miles. Paperwork was also missed that had to be signed the following week.It wasnt a terrible experience and I really like my truck, but feel like they could be more professional. I would expect more for a 60k truck. Would not recommend.

Big shout out to David Westcott Buick!! While going through Burlington NC my car started giving me trouble. Called service department at 9:00 am. Talked with Jim.Told him my problem and that I needed help! I had a 4 hour trip home and my car was giving me trouble. Could he help me. Sure I will try to work you in and get you on the road To make a long story short he got my car and got it fix by lunch and sent a car to the Motel to pick me up. The lady was so kind and helpful.I told my family that this group of people helped me knowing that they had know chance of ever getting to sale me anything because once I left to go home I would never pass their way again. I have never written a review before but this was that crazy. I wanted to purchase a 2021 GMC Yukon and was told they would not sell to me at full price because I wanted to pay cash. I was told I would either have to trade my car or finance for them to sell me the vehicle I wanted. I do not understand how you advertise a price and then will not sale the vehicle for that price.

Deserie was EXCELLENT and I couldnt have asked for better service. Now I a have to wait for the install appointment that I asked to make last week and was Refused. Not happy with the situation at all. I do not recommend. Please never buy from this place. I bought the car February 2020. By April 2020 I had my car brought in twice. Since then it was brought in two more times for the engine light. Then my cooling system went out. The owner just told me they will not service my car anymore because I threaten to do a review. Wow. This is just amazing to me. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!Edit/added to that lame response...My review made it clear that my car was bought from you guys and was ONLY serviced by YOU numerous times before this review. My privacy has nothing to do with those facts. This review only spoke on those facts. If you would like to speak on the fact I was forced to use your loaner car because of these facts then accused of smoking in the vehicle and was never confronted about it but was banned, THEN JUST SAY IT. There was never any smoking in the car and no one ever even notified me of these allegations or decision that was made without my knowledge under my name.Privacy? Covid got rid of HIPPA laws so privacy means nothing in America these days. Hence this review.Further more….This car dealership is horrible/trash/unprofessional and from the looks of past reviews it hasnt changed much over the years. The owner is the worst thing about the place. But I will say, I personally grew to love ALL of the OTHER employees there because my family bought many cars from them over a 20 year spand. I had visited basically every sales lot in Alamance County, a few in Guilford and Raleigh. So glad we decided to keep our business at home in Alamance County. Great experience they were the only one that had a GMC 6.6 Duramax AT4 in stock after a month of searching and they stayed late to make sure I could leave with the truck that day. Unfortunately, the dealership is having to deal with noted and ongoing computer issues. It seems that 2019 GMC Sierra trucks have a manufacturing flaw that cannot seem to be corrected. My truck has been back to the Westcott service dept many times with no resolution. VERY unhappy with GMC!!!

I paid $334 for a diagnosis and repair. When I left there, I encountered the same problem that I experienced before and when I arrived. The staff immediately took the car in performed another diagnosis with no additional cost as if doing me a favor but that was expected considering the fact that I just left there not more than 30-45 mins prior. That was just the right thing to do. After the second diagnosis was done, instead of describing what was wrong and the cost in a more private setting the service rep blasted it in the open lobby area where another customer was sitting overhearing my personal business related to my vehicle. I immediately felt disrespected.

Great overall experience! The deal was completed over the phone as I lived over an hour away. A persons word and trust go a very long way with this company and very happy that I gave them my business! Everyone was very friendly, polite, and considerate! Found a car online, call Westcott late in the day and spoke with Desiree Minor. Told me car was out as loaner but would call me the next day once it was back. She called me at 12 the next afternoon, drove 50 miles thinking I was just going to take a test drive. After the drive and quick negotiation with Desiree we made a deal. It was quick and easy, no pressure. She was absolutely a pleasure to deal with! Finished the finance with JR who was also easy to deal with.Im very glad I took the ride and drove home feeling good about the deal. Definitely recommend Westcott.

I took my car in because I was smelling coolant. Was told all hoses were leaking and the estimate given was 600 dollars to replace. I took my car to another place for 2nd opinion and as it turns out a hose clamp needed replacing and that was it. Really? I expected better. THIS IS MY RESPONSE. As long as you dont get the woman youll be alright. My whole family has been going there for years and always paid. She told me about something then charged me for it and I refused to pay cause I didnt say I wanted it. She was very rude and said shes putting in my file to make sure I have money 1st before doing anything which is pretty much just an oil change.
