This review is for the service department. Thanks to some freak accidents I had to take my new Alfa Romeo in twice over two weeks just one month after getting the car. Buddy and his team are friendly, knowledgeable, and work fast. I really appreciate the thoroughness and care in the service I have received.

Great place to buy a an alpha salesman that waited on us sold us to The guys name is Moe the nicest person you ever wanted to meet. If youre looking for an alpha. Thats the place to get it. We bought two red ones. Nice any Italian car is good.

So about 6 months ago I had my car taken in for service and a week later I took it back after the dealer could not solve my problem. I then discovered from my dashcam that the service techs had decided to take my car for several joyrides!!! So not only could the dealer not fix my problem, but the employees drove my car for fun even though they knew it had problems! This dealer will not give you the level of professional service expected when buying these level of cars! I recommend not coming here!

Since I bought my car at Fremont Fiat, I have always taken my car to service at this Dealer (Fiat of Burlingame). I suggest you to rethink taking your Fiat to be serviced here. Not only they misdiagnosed and replace a good working part for a well known problem but they are being very aggressive on blaming the misdiagnosed on the way I explained the problem to them. Really???? So I continued service with them as they are very close to my work then the second issue was when I had them to replace my spark plugs at 64K (Abarth) and oil change. Once I returned to my oil change I see oil hand prints all over my car. Then I realized that I should do a closer inspection under the hood, come to find out they did not install the engine cover (hanging loos) and was missing parts that hold the cover over the engine. (BTW. They did not fix this issue blaming the age of the car and I left the dealer). I am very unsatisfied and I hope you as a costumer who is paying $65+/hr rate to get professional service to demand more. I have all the evidence in pictures and I have never taken the car anywhere else but this place for the regular service. Now I wonder if they even changed the parts as part of regular service i paid for. very cheeky place.

The service I received from Budi was phenomenal. He was very professional, friendly. I dropped the car off around closing time, and they finished early the next day, even though they had several cars ahead of me. I highly recommend Budi at service.

Update to earlier review. My regular mechanic is back at work after recovering from a heart attack. He showed me some of the things Burlingame dealership did while servicing my car in his absence. Horrendous. Cracked an overflow reservoir while servicing and put a new cabin filter in mangled and wrinkled rendering it useless. These guys should be locked up.

Great first time buying without constant haggling. Test drove a couple Alfa Romeos without question and they kept telling me to test drive it to my satisfaction. They gave me a lot of breathing room to navigate the cars as well as testing out my sons car seat. They let me strap it down as well as adjust chairs to what i felt was great for my son. After I had tested my sons car seat they told me to take everyone including my son in his car seat on a ride to see how everyone felt. They also made sure when I went on test drives alone that my family was taken care of. If i had to purchase another Alfa Romeo I would definitely come back and do it again.

The worst customer service ever. Representative was more interested in eating his food then selling car. He told to buy car first and then do test drive, like seriously dude! Would suggest try another Alfa Romeo for good service.

Very friendly staff who make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I loved the Alfa Romeo! The dealership is very clean with a variety of cars to choose from. If you are looking for a new Alfa Romeo, this is the place to go!

My FIAT 500E charger shorted out during last winters rains. Fortunately I had access to another cable which allowed Sam in the Service Department to order a replacement without time pressure. I decided to maximize time at the Berkeley dealership by scheduling a FIAT recall service when I went in to exchange the charger. The charger came within two weeks and the onsite swap was professional and seamless. They even took me (and picked me up) at a Berkeley restaurant a few miles from the dealership while the car was serviced.

Salesman know nothing about their cars and the Alfa Romeo brand and name when I visited a while back. Years later, I called to schedule warranty for my Alfa and they tried to deny me with nonsense about the title (because I had just purchased it second hand) and claiming the warranty starts when the vehicle was manufactured instead of when the vehicle was first put into use. If you have an Alfa and need warranty work, take it to a Maserati/Alfa Romeo. Stay away from Fiat/Chrysler/Alfa Romeo dealerships!I took my car to a Maserati/Alfa Romeo and was well taken care of! This place tried to shoo away right over the phone!

I do not understand how theyve received 2.5 stars. This is one of the worst dealerships I have ever encountered. They rarely answer their phones. They never return calls and they do not respond to emails. Im not convinced the service people even complete scheduled work properly. Trying to make an appointment for a 2017 Alfa Romeo is nearly impossible and requires a 30 day wait. These people are off the hook poor business people. Ill just take a day off work and drive my car to Walnut Creek for service. Much lower frustration level than trying to deal with the clowns at Burlingame.

Reminded me of a Daewoo dealership. Alfa is trying to make a comeback in the states and dealers like this do a huge disservice to the brand. A wonderful example why middleman dealerships should no longer exist. Ive been reading great things about the Giulia and wanted to test drive a 2.0T. They had 5 or 6 cars available but refused to let me drive one. Their excuse was that the car is too expensive and that test drives put miles on their cars. What a joke. 1) the car I was looking to drive was under $50k. I have test driven cars over $100k without question at BMW and Mercedes. 2) test drives put miles on cars? Duh. What logic.Its too bad that products are represented so horribly by places like this.

Visited the place for a quote and to look at the car. At first no one was up on the reception, people were there in the back office but everyone just dint care enough. When asked about the car was told that they need to run my credit before even i see the car or take a test drive. I was seriously looking to but the car but these guys were a complete disappointment. I would suggest that go to some other dealership if you really wanna a buy a Alfa Romeo. I know this location doesnt do a good business as i live close to this location and from this experience i totally got an idea why i dont see anyone buying a car from here.

Dawydiak Alfa Romeo on Pine St./Van Ness in San Francisco way more friendly and polite, plus it is a dealership for auto enthusiasts. This is where I bought my Giulia because they allowed me to test drive a car a month before I decided on my purchase with no strings attached. Here in Burlingame they were arrogant as if they had Bentleys for sale. I wont even go to Burlingame for service after how I was treated. I have owned three Alfas over the past 25 years and dont need the attitude these guys gave me.
