Update to my first review. A man from Wildboyz called me to talk about my review. I was really happy because I thought he was going to try to work for a resolution. Unfortunately, he did not. The entire conversation consisted of him reaffirming his position. No apology was extended for doing unauthorized repairs on my hot tub. No apology was given for not returning my hot tub, but instead taking it to the landfill (or selling it). No apology was given for anything. It was real disappointing.So again, I am sure that Wildboyz sells good new hot tubs, but when it comes to having them repair your hot tub, BUYER BEWARE! It is what it is, but integrity and customer service would go a long way with this store when it comes to repairing used hot tubs.I will update this review if anything else happens. Stay tuned.___________________________________________________________Unfortunately, Wildboyz Hot Tubs did unauthorized work on my hot tub and asked me to pay for it. I was unable to get my hot tub back. They took it to the landfill. Bad experience all the way around.

Highly disappointed in this company. We were in need of a hot tub cover so my husband & son went in to talk with them. After visiting there was a cover there that someone had express delivered there ( long story short) they never picked it up so they told my husband & son after a couple days that they could get it. They previously quoted them a price. Then when they went to pay over the phone they charged them the express shipping & added $75 to haul off our old cover. My husband said I’ll haul off the old cover myself. They ended up paying for express shipping on a cover we didn’t order but got penalized for that was already in the store when they paid for it. Bad businessThen it was supposed to be delivered Monday. My husband was off that day. We waited & never heard anything. He called & called. No answer.He finally PM them asking where his cover was & they message back with Mike had to deliver a hot tub that took longer than expected so we will deliver in the morning. There are how many working there but couldn’t call & give us a heads up at any point in the day. Bad businessSo my husband tells them he doesn’t want it delivered that he’ll pick it up at the store. They act funny about it. He gets contacted this morning saying Mike has it in the back of his truck at the mall where he’s doing a job & to get ahold of him to meet him there when they are ready to pick it up. So they get ahold of him & it’s not with him. He dropped it off at the warehouse. They go pick it up & bring it home & it’s NOT NEW it’s USED. There are water spots on it & bird poop. Bad business!!!!When we called about it the lady said well we had to put it on another hot tub at someone’s house over night & if Mike knew it was dirty he would have cleaned it. THEN ITS NOT NEW IS IT!We then brought up the express delivery charge & she kept saying there’s nothing I can do about it. Yeah you can... you can bill the express delivery charge to the one who ordered it in the first place not screw the ones willing to buy it.Sadly we were trying to do business locally but Twin Falls or Amazon will get our business from now on.Needless to say I do not recommend this company & will do business elsewhere!
I have purchased items several times from here, and not complaining about that. The problem is trying to get someone to answer the phone is virtually impossible.

Would not return phone calls, Said they would come out never did,
Bad service. Had several appointments for them to start up my tub, never showed. The only service they give is Lip.
Always closed done with it
Sucked still owed a refund over a year will tell all that ask go elsewhere
