I made an emergency stop here with a rear tire on my car about to blow out halfway through my road trip from Boise to Salt Lake City and showed up 20 minutes before the automotive center closed. My experience started out very poorly when the two technicians told me they were off at 7:00 and so they werent doing any more tires because it would keep them late. The girl at the register wasnt much help either. Finally I was able to speak with an assistant manager and she made sure to remind her employees that if the door is open they are serving customers so I was able to get my tire put on and continue on my way. Kudos to that manager!

They recently renovated the register area. 4 full service checkouts and probably close to 30 self checkout. I like being able to quickly purchase my stuff and leave, and the new layout removes the issue if queuing up in lines, so Im happy.

No checkers. Self checking is a joke. It takes forever to get a spot. Who likes to lift $80 dollars worth of groceries their self? Strongly disagree with survey results.

I love coming here. I forget you can buy wine right here in Walmart and they sell my favorite Stella Rosa!!

I dont shop Wal-Mart since they did away with checkers and put in mostly self check stands. I dont work for their company and I wont check my own groceries out. A couple of those for convenience is one thing but to force shoppers to use them is another. Whats next robots and no customer services at all? They should be ashamed of themselves and Im sure the founder of their store is rolling in his grave!

When you think of Walmart you think of the people there and the cashier Judy West is by far the worlds worse landlord but best slumlord! Making a decision clearly on greed and anger. Good job Walmart for keeping a person like that employed since you erected the building.

I don’t like the self checkouts but there’s no employees at the regular checkouts. I don’t know what Walmart is thinking. I guess it’s fine for people who just want a few items but it’s a nightmare if you want to get more than $50 worth of stuff.It’s also not just the checkouts having staff removed. I waited 35 minutes for someone to come to the sports section to sell me a fishing license. Two Walmart employees from other departments were nice enough to look around for someone who could do it. The only one who could was on lunch break.

My brother is in Mini Cassia Care Center.They have the best Nurses who care for their Residents.I stop to buy him snacks and sodas.Walmart in Burley has great clothes for Women too.

Always have to go to Walmart for something. After they moved everything again! And made it so you check yourself out!! You would think you can finally get help!! NOPE!! Now they just stand up front and talk to each other!!

I saw that they had a spalding basketball hoop tagged at $146 .Thought what a great buy. Asked a staff member on the floor if the price was correct. He was nice and said it must be a special but Id have to pick it up in customer service. When I got to customer service they rang it up at over $400! When I told them that it was marked at $146 and I had already asked an employee about and that was my only reason for purchasing. The customer service rep asked a yellow jacket to help out. She muffled a reason for not honoring the price marked on the package. I didnt understand her through the mask. She pulled down. The mask and and talked loud and slow in a very condescending tone. All in all we didnt get the hoop. Very poor customer service in the customer service department.

I had interaction with Stacie from the fitting room she was absolutely amazing great customer service.

Expired items,they still sell. Seems Walmarts are different in each part of the country depending on the intelligence of the workers. This one get a low grade.

Used to be my favorite place to shop over the years. Opinion has definitely changed within the last couple years. Totally horrible. Store is really disorganized, MOST workers are no help at all. They take anywhere from 20-50 minutes when you need eyelashes and or jewelry. Or most of the time no one ever shows up to help get your needs that are locked up. While all the workers are just standing around talking . Also they stop you at the door to “look through” your receipt (understandable) BUT WHY STOP A HUGE CART FULL OF ITEMS AND GLANCE AT THE RECEIPT AND SEND YOU ON YOUR WAY. If you’re going to stop me make sure you look at every item if not let me continue on my way out. Especially if you have to holler at me when I’m practically out the door & still have an attitude. Also if I wanted to bag groceries I would have gotten a job as a bagger . And the workers have gotten even more lazy and are even more worthless than usual.

Im really not one to leave a review, but I feel so bummed out about the checkout lines! I have four children and my cart is typically full with groceries and other items. Its difficult to check out on my own and manage my children and the groceries. So for what its worth, it would be great to have more lanes with cashiers to help people like me check out.

The place you can go to be treated like cattle, and help with facial recognition.

Cant find anything or anyone to help find anything. But its the only one here so.. its the only one to go to

Its WalMart, although the Twin store doesnt have the seasonal selection it used too. The patriotic selection this year is pathetic.

Its walmart so we know not to expect too much but the prices keep us going back, especially when there are no other stores that carry a lot of the nonfood items a household needs in this town.

Dont go to the Auto Center here. My Sister-in-Law went in for an oil change and when she picked up the car she couldnt leave because one of her tires was sideways (we think they broke the tire rod). When she talked to the Auto Center and Managers they said they werent liable because she couldnt prove they did it. Will never go to another Walmart Auto Center again. You have enough money Walmart...just do the right thing!

A nice place to shop under going the remodel right now but I love the way it looks I shop here 3 or 4 times a week.

It is like covid doesnt exist. Staff is wearing masks, but over half the shoppers were not. Until Walmart enforces mask wearing, I wont be back until the pandemic has ended.

They changed the store to bag your own grocerys so alot of people lost there jobs and I have a job so I dont feel like I should do there job not happy with walmart

AWESOME employee at the self checkout! I was checking out and got a tickle in my throat, I didnt want to cough near anyone and quickly made my way to the fountains, but found them turned off (thank you COVID). I tried to clear my throat in the bathroom, and return to the checkout. When I got back, she had finished ringing me up and had a bottle of water for me. Thank you for your kindness!

Another great Walmart super store. Great prices. Great selection.

Things were a bit helter skelter trying to put order to the store.

Bad customer service!! Had tried to seek help in a specific department and was told that I had to wait till he got off break and that thats the only person that could help me. As they walked off.

Every single time I come here it’s an 18 to 25 minute wait to be checked out with plenty of employees walking around but only one checkout person this is a terrible way to run a business And I absolutely will not use self check out

Its a walmart. Its a supercenter. You know what to expect. Everything you need surrounded by the people you dont. Store overall was clean, employees polite.

Store was not very clean. Shelves were empty and not enough open registers.

I usually have a great time shopping at Wal-Mart except for the day I needed a phone because someone locked my sim card down and wrecked my phone for a minute but when I went there the one guy wanted me to buy something I had no interest in anyway I made like 4 trips until that evening I got my phone from a different guy who only wanted to sell me what I wanted.

Walmart Burley is undergoing renovation right now. It isnt too bad and I was able to find all that I needed. Walmart is also promoting self-checkout.

Walmart in Idaho has a better selection

While traveling on the interstate, I often visit this Walmart to get items I need or forgot. Its always clean and I never have to wait too long in line to check out. The vision center adjusted my glasses that my dog chewed on for free. My husband was a little annoyed that while exiting the store the exit and entrance door are inches apart from each other and he started to exit on the entrance side. The Greater blocked him and required him to use the other door even though there were no customers entering.

Awesome food and feeding the fish is fun.

I love it the employees that work there. Aimee, DeeDee and Angie. They always make me feel welcome when I enter the store.

Always wonder why I came back. I could have drove out of town to shop. I suggest order online. And pick it up from here.

Hate walmart buuut gotta love them. Everything you need ...one place. They are doing pickup...awesome. fairly clean. Suggest masks not required. Only thing is shelves are always empty.

Well so much for the pandemic. This Walmart isn’t giving a care in the world for the public. Fairly certain the only ones wearing masks or any protective face shields are the employees (because they have too) and only 25% of the general consumers. They (door employees) don’t even care to ask if anyone has a mask so they can put them on. Everyone just walks in without a care in the world.

I was able to get in amd get out. The employees were where I needed them to be. My list was knocked out and BONUS ... I was able to snag an extra can of Lysol Spray.

Good place to go to when you just want to take one trip.
