Sent my husband to get Sheetrock corners and Shane was so AMAZING answering my questions and adding all the additional things I need!! And Doug the flooring guy has helped me find the perfect flooring get it measured and ordered plus installed!! I have to say this whole building thing is new to me and so far out of all the places I have been Franklin has been the best!!!

Franklin is a really good hardware store. They carry a huge selection of tools Lumber all types of building supplies. The people who work there are friendly and courteous. their prices are competitive to most places around. Most of the time Ive found them to be cheaper priced than a lot of other hardware stores.

Good in prices. Bad on customerservice. I don’t like calling before going in and having the employee sigh in frustration as I ask them if they have a certain product I’m looking for. I’d rather spend the extra money at ACE Hardware in exchange for friendly service.

Customer service : thumbs down, hundreds of money spent in their business but wouldn’t take a small return of dissatisfied product.
