This place has done work for me in the past, but in like most places it only takes one mistake to turn someone off.I had asked them to put my logo on some new shirts I bought for work, when I went to pick them up the logo was wrong. They even acknowledged the fact that it was wrong, but they said there was nothing they could do to fix it. They then said they had a sign posted about not being responsible for damages. I understand they cant be responsible for how different clothes are made and therefore cant guarantee things wont get damaged, however my clothing wasnt damaged, it had the wrong logo put on, which in my opinion, they should be 100% liable for.I spent over $300 on the new shirts for work that are ruined because of this. I have now gone and repurchased new shirts again and will be taking them to a lady in Joshua, who has done work for me in the past. Joshua is father away but the quality of her work was great.I will not be recommended this place to anyone in the future. I would advise everyone to use someone else who will stand behind the work they do.

Horrible customer service! I called three different times and spoke with someone twice, but still couldnt get someone to call me back on an imprinting job.
