I am very pleased with the quality of customer service I received today . I had a pick up order and they stayed after the department was closed for the day to make sure I was able to pick my order up this evening instead of having to wait til tomorrow which I thought was very very nice of them. I will definitely be shopping at the Neighborhood Market on John Jones Drive in Burleson, Texas again ... very very pleased!!!

Fair warning folks! Someone here at this store signed my elderly mother whom is on social security up for the Walmart + service without her knowledge!! $98 taken out of her bank account, caused quite a few issues, one being she had to get a new debit card. She finally figured out how to cancel the service and supposedly will be getting a refund in 10 days. So I highly recommend you to check your bank account every time you shop at this store and if you see a $98 charge you dont remember doing, contest it quickly.

I am always disappointed in the produce at both Burleson Walmart’s. They have rotten produce all the time. It is not well rotated. There are gnats covering your onion!

Today I bought gas it was 14 cents higher than Valero in Joshua not like this place is close to the highway so gas should be cheaper and my cigarettes I bought, 5 of them so far have had holes in them so theyre trash. I wont be going there to waite and wait and wait in line again. Cause walmart clearly cannot train their staff on a register thats why the self checkout is so much more accurate and faster.

Im always pleased with this location. The people there are very nice and friendly. Their curbside manner is always professional.

Store was great it was my first time in and one of those shoppers, I believe it was Alyssa, tr all thang, she was so polite and she helped me navigate the store. Gave me the quick run down for my little list all while pulling her list. I really appreciated her help. Wish I hadnt blown this store off so much now I know they have a nice clean store with good prices and a great staff. Thanks for making my day Ms Alyssa, Ill be back but I may order so you can get them groceries.

Nice neighborhood Wal-Mart. Faster and easier to get into and shop than a full size Wal-Mart store. They do have a gas station here which is convenient.

I typically frequent the gas station/convenience store that sits in front of the grocery store, but both places have been great places to visit during the past year of pandemic uncertainty. Low gas prices, friendly staff, and a great stock and assortment of inventory made the past year of unusual and abnormal circumstances seem a little less crazy. No matter how challenging situations got, no matter how many hostile customers without masks on yelled angrily into their faces, no matter how many times the dangers of COVID-19 put their very health and lives at risk, the staff at this location were there to insure that I was able to get the things I needed to insure that me, my family, and my dog could get through the weeks with a few less things to worry about. My thanks go to the whole crew of employees that made my life a whole lot better in a time where so many others didnt have such a luxury.

Training lady got into a tiff with customer in front of me. Saying the store had a $5 limit for card useage. Been here several times useing card to buy a soda and nothing else yet its been a policy for over 5 years?

The neighborhood Walmart on Vickory St. had some dlightful surprises for us. The fresh foods were abundant and very well taken care of. I was tempted to taste test, so I did! The grapes were table gategory so I tasted and bought all varities! Plums,too. There were delli style meats and cheeses. I was offered a taste of a couple of pastromies. Bought three loafs! Got the provalone. Smelled great so I boughr sharp chedder which lived up to my expectation. We also found a great dogfood I will return there to get. Our regilar super store doesnt carry it. Its a special made moist nugget in a yellow bag with a name Ive forgotten. Wondetful good our very senior Molly ate up and begged for more, so another must be soon to get relief from her sad face!That Walmart left us feeling like werd shopped in a speciality store!

Usually love this location but short staffed and had to hunt someone down to assist with checkout. Otherwise great experience

No African American hair products. Maybe it’s just because it’s in Burleson... maybe that speaks for itself. The store is clean overall and stocked fairly well, but they will get none of my business.

This Walmart is smaller & more convenient than the larger Walmart. You can get in & out quicker. The pharmacy offers fast service & the pharmacy manager & staff are always helpful and friendly.

Clean facility that has everything you would normally find in a Wal-Mart store. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wal-Mart gas station also on site with lower prices than other gas stations near by.

Sad times ahead. Even the neighborhood Walmart is going to all self checkout Plenty of employees just standing around and it felt as if theyre just there to make sure nobody is shop lifting

Why are you unable to use a Walmart gift card for pick up and curbside? Seems like a pretty simple concept and them unwilling to change it is kinda ridiculous. What’s the point of selling gift cards if I can’t use it at your store for all purchase options. Had to talk to three separate employees and they all didn’t know why.

What kind of store has very limited tv dinner selection? Went in four four items I can get at Kroger or heb walked out with none. Wont waste my time again.

I would give 5 stars but some of their employees could be more friendly, and proactive in helping vs so focused on stocking. Still very handy but you pay the price for convenience. Overall I am in and out with self check out.

Courteous, friendly, helpful, and informative staff. The associate(s) new pretty much where the items that I asked about were and everyone was wearing a face mask.I havent been too far into the store. The self-checkout stations are stylish, clean, and work just as intended.Ill already been to this Walmart Neighborhood Market and Ill most certainly go back if I need just a few things.

I love their pick up option! They are always speedy & great getting the items to your car. They always do a great job picking my fruit and vegetables. The Pharmacy here is great also.

The store manager Becca is a horrible person . Dont get on her badside . She can hold a grudge for no reason. She does not treat employees equally . She is openly rude and disrespectful to employee in front of customer. I truly think she should not be in that position .She plays favorites. If she like you she will save your but even when she should not I really think Someone needs to look into her. I truly think she is a horrible manager and not a very good person

Its great but it doesnt always have exactly what I need. But if you dont want to deal with big Walmart grocery section this is a definite better option.

They have mostly food here but the selection is surprisingly wide, solid experience, will come back.

I do love this store, the employees are really nice and they are always stocked when i go...but be weary of the hot cooked deli meat. My husband and i got some today, i got meatloaf and he got ribs. They smelled and looled fantastic, until we tried them. Very nasty taste to it. The meatloaf tasted like canned baby food and the ribs were burnt and very dry. Hence the 3 star rating...if youre selling food especially not cheap frrsh food, it needs to be fresh and taste good. Will never buy from the hot meat section again...really gross

Cleanest Walmart ever. Very nice employees and although you do have to go inside for the pickup service, they have your things ready faster than the curbside pickup orders at other places.

We had a nice day out and enjoyed shopping there. The things we needed were easy to find. I love this particular store in Burleson for several reasons. The staff is very sweet and helpful, and even the customers are nice. Thats rare, and I think its because its a small food store, and it isnt nerve racking to shop there. Theres room to actually enjoy the shopping experience, and I like that. I rely on a cane most outings, so its the perfect place for me to shop for groceries on a quick trip.

If I just need something quick, this is where Ill go. Its quiet, but not dark like the Albertsons (which is actually closer to me). My grocery pick up experiences have been mixed. Sometimes, theyre great about offering replacements and being friendly, sometimes not so much. In general, that service is a lot faster here than at the bigger walmarts in the area.

I liked it better when they sold tonic water.

Okay my sister took me to this and I can honestly say this is the first Walmart in the history of Walmart so I have ever enjoyed doing into. It was clean no, not crowded the people there were friendly and had great customer service and theyre self-checkouts actually worked. Even with produce I was thoroughly impressed. In and out in less than 20 minutes

My cashier was great Jerad did everything he could to help me. My cart broke down in his line. I let people go around me. While I waited. Management did as little as possible to CORRECT the issue. The shopping experience was flat. Another Walmart nothing special.

Its a WallyWorld but dont buy produce here it is always out to long quality socks in less you get lucky and catch it freash very far and in-between.

My experience at the walmart neighborhood market was a good one. Since my husband and I are getting older and our mobility is somewhat limited, the neighborhood market is an excellent choice for us. Everyone is friendly and the store is always clean. We have no problems finding what we are looking for. As always it was a great experience.

Its like a big Wal-Mart, but littler.

I love the Walmart Marketplace! Its always easy to pop in, grab what you need and get out as compared to going into a regular Walmart. You get the same low prices and most of the things I need are in stock, unlike at the big Walmart.
