Saw a great deal on Groupon for ceramic window tint for 7 windows for under $200. Couldnt believe it, I called on Saturday and they said they dont do Groupons on the weekend and to come back Monday. I show up at 10am on Monday and there was a sign on the door that said they went out of town for the week, be back Friday. No big deal I get it things come up. I show up Friday at 10am and the doors are locked with a note that said machine down cash only ok, no worries I got cash. There was another customer waiting in his car as well that said he was in earlier that week and got his windows done and he was back to get them fixed because of a botched job. We waited till just after 11 ( yeah for an hour) and then decided to get lunch and try later. We called multiple times and kept getting mailbox full messages. Came back later that day and there was a young man there and he said they no longer accept Groupons. No biggie its almost summer, I got cash and I need tint. A few hours later he says the cars ready. I show up to pick up my car and the guy admits that its a terrible job and to come back Monday (today) at 10am and someone more experienced will fix it for me. So this morning I call just after 10am to see if theyre open and no one answers so I leave a voicemail for them to call me back. An hour goes by no one calls so I go up there. Lights are off and the doors locked. At this point I figure its a lost cause. Oh yeah they lost my toll tag as well. If the owner is willing to reach out and fix this mistake I will definitely update this post accordingly.

I looked on Groupon and called around needing my old tent removed. Could not see out of my back or side windows. I wanted the old tint removed and new tent put on. From the time they answered my call they were extremely nice and went over and beyond on getting me the best price for what I needed. My sister was so impressed with the phone call she took her car the same day as well. While there I was asking about headlights as I have barely been able to see the road! Joe who is the owner said we do that too, I can restore them to right at new. I am attaching my tint but also before and after of my headlights. The before picture was taken in Louisiana 4 days ago when my starter went out.... YALL I DID NOT KNOW I HAD BULBS LIKE THIS IN MY HEADLIGHTS!!!! They do not even look like my headlights!!! I’m so impressed!!!! I’m going to get them to install window visors and brake light kit!!! PLEASE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR ANYTHING THEY CAN DO USE THEM!!!!!! You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!! I’m very blessed to have found them!!!!! Can not say enough!!!!!

I brought my car here to get my windows tinted, taillights darkened, and interior LEDs installed.For the window tint, it went pretty well. From a distance, its definitely made my car look sleek. When I had what looked like a razor scratch on my driver side window tint, they retinted it no questions asked. The docked star is due to the bubble on my new driver side tint, small imperfection right in the middle of where I look on my windshield while driving, and what look like used to be almost-creases on the windshield tint. My reason for choosing this place for my work was that the owner said hes a perfectionist. As someone who really puts in effort into their vehicle, I would only trust it with someone who is passionate to call themself a perfectionist.The taillight tint was perfect. It looks like a shiny ruby at night now. The interior lighting it smooth and well hidden. No complaints on either part here.

Joe and Jason are some Great Guys. Scheduled with them for early morning, and they net me at 8am before they opened and got me in and out. Joe had to go back to some old school techniques and performed exceptionally. They have a new loyal customer, and I would recommend them. Oh yeah, they do more than just window tint. DO NOT use these guys at all. I went to these guys to get my new truck windows tented and a stereo install. I purchased my stereo from Best Buy and had to order a special dash kit. Jason, the brother to Joe who the owner, said this will be no problem they can tint and install my new system. This was on Dec. 30, 2020. When I picked up my truck the fan dial to my heating and air would not go past low. I spoke to Joe and he said come back off your trip and I’ll fix it. Ok, being trusting person I am which was my first mistake, I brought it back and also had them add a back up camera. When I got my truck back my air was now stuck on high. Joe said he would have to order another kit because he broke the one I bought and wouldn’t be available until late January or early February. So after many follow ups with these guys they finally said they had the kit. After noticing many issues with the install and spotty tinting left rear speaker not working, hazard lights and traction control not plugged in, I’ve decided to use someone else that is more professional. I stopped by twice on January 27th and spoke to Jason and he could not find the kit and his brother Joe was out with his girlfriend somewhere and can’t be found. As I was speaking with Jason he stated to curse at me and saying he can’t control his brother. My best friend was with me and intervened and told Jason this is customer service and this is how you all treat customers. I ask Jason to have his brother give me a call so I can get the kit and get my truck fixed.Please note they say they open an 10am but very rarely happens. The second time I was there no one arrived until 11 am.There is a reason these guys are not busy. Please heed my warning..Notice the new dash kit they destroyed by screws penetrating.

Got my mustang tinted today and Im really happy with the results. Took about 1hr maybe a little over but overall good work. Now just to wait for the small bubbles to come out of the film

I had my car windows tinted, including the windshield, with their ceramic tint, in December 2019. The tint job was fine. However, after I got home, I discovered that (1) my cars auto start wouldnt work and (2) the rear view mirror (specialty item back-up camera) was not properly secured to the windshield. Both items are aftermarket installs. Theres a small antenna, secured to the windshield, near the rear view mirror, for the auto start. The rear view mirror (back-up camera) also includes a cord running into the roof.I informed Sharp of the issue with the auto start and was told window tint and auto starts dont go together, even after I explained the configuration. It would have been necessary for Sharp to handle the auto start antenna and the rear view mirror cord to add the tint to the windshield. I even brought the car back for them to view it, but they said they couldnt have caused the issue.They caused the issue. I have never had an issue with the aftermarket auto start. When I pay for a service / product, I expect to receive it without the provider causing damage. I will not use or recommend them. Mistakes happen, but you are expected to own up to them.

First off I did not use a Groupon.I believe this shop just needs to hire a scheduler/receptionist and it would solve all these problems with walk ins and calls. This guy really just needs more help truthfully. I showed up in the morning and he took me in first but, the rule is if you stay he will do your car tint before someone who leaves and drops it off first thing in the morning which I did not like. I would give this place 4-5 stars however, after I waited multiple hours I had to go back again a few days later to get the tint fixed in a few places that he missed. He does good work you just need to catch him when he is empty.

This place destroyed my rear window defroster. While I was there, I saw another customer who mysteriously had their sunroof stop working after a tint job. The kid working there was on the phone doing an interview for a new job. Hope he got it because this place is a disaster. They ignored my calls, messages, and a written letter. Guess Ill have to go to small claims court since they will likely ignore this post too. Stay far, far away from Sharp Window Tint.

Go ahead and AVOID this place at all costs. Take your money else where. Went for window tint, which ended up having bubbles in it. Took the car back within the 30 day warranty to get it fixed and the man at the front had the audacity to argue that I was not within my 30 days anymore (HAD THE RECEIPT PROVING OTHERWISE). Then, proceeded to act too busy to even get to my car until the following day and would have to keep over night (FOR WINDOW TINT ????) Sketchy location and weird employees. Like I said, just avoid this place and go somewhere else. Poor quality of work and poor customer service.

Wouldnt take the groupon i had bought, took twice as long as told, had jagged cuts in my tint, and then overcharged me. They gave me cash for the difference they overcharged, and I am happy with how cool my car stays with ceramic tint. But overall it wasnt a super great experience.

I recently had the window tint done with ceramic tint on my C6 Corvette. I had all the glass including the windshield done. I was researching the process on the back hatch glass and was worried because I saw that it was a pain to do. I took it to get done and they told me if there were any issues to let them know. All the glass came out good and the hatch was almost perfect but there were a just a few wrinkles on an edge I couldnt live with. I called them up and talked to Joe the owner, he told me no worries and that he would fix it himself. Its been several days since and it has cured and just looks great. Very nice and professional staff that took care of me.

Horrible horrible service I called before I drove in hour there and was told they would honor the Groupon price when I get there all 3 guys tellme different stories and different price when I demanded a set price they could agree on they took 3hours only was working on 2cars just for them to tell me they where done for the day oh and befor that I was only goin to get the same percent tint that I already have for 165 for 5 windows being that they where never goin to honor the Groupon price 5 for 95$ horrible service straight liars and will steal your service if your not careful on communication and finance I told them I needed a set price before they performed then they refused to do it. Had an appointment to have my car windows tinted at 10:00 am when they opened. Sat there for 20 mins and then when the person got there to open the shop late with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth, I left. They also have a full voicemail box so if you do get them on the phone it is a miracle. Yelp reviews said this place was bad. I can see why. They also told me on the phone the factory tint on the back windows wasn’t good and needed to add more for more sun protection. The place I need up going said that is just a way to take more of your money. Beware they also have a Groupon for five windows but most cars have 7. So they’ll get you there as well.

Im getting ready to sell a vehicle and I needed a back window re-tinted due to age and Jason helped me by getting it done the same day. He gave me ride back to work and to pick the car up once it was ready since he said it would take about 2 hours. To me that was going above and beyond and I appreciate it!

Unprofessional. I have a scheduled appointment at 10:00 AM. But, they opened the shop at 10:40 AM. It took almost 3 hour to finish the tint. The finishing was not up to the mark.I purchased a deal from Groupon. However, they said that the deal is only applicable for 35% tint. If you do more darker tint i.e. 20% or 5%, you need to pay additional $49. That should have been stated in the Groupon deal. Even during the setting up the appointment, they did not discuss it with me. If I knew that before, I should have never purchased that deal.

They did a good job on my big Mazda van they did miss cut a little on the small windows but nothing extreme. Their staff is friendly and informative. Would have given 5 stars if they hadnt taken off my toll tag and messed it up.

I had the windows on my home tinted with 5% mirror. The electric bill went from $317 to $200 a month. They installed the tint in may and the electric bill for July was $200. They were very professional and did an amazing job. It was worth every pennie and I recommend every get the windows in there home tinted.

I’m sure this business would make a lot more sense if you were to smoke a bowl of meth before entering. Made an appointment, walked right in as scheduled (driving 30 min to get there). Not a soul in sight, keep walking forward to the lobby and a whole counter is tipped over, glass and product is shattered everywhere. I could go into more detail but I have to go to work, (some people show up on schedule). To sum it up I called the cops, they contacted the owner who informed me he was not going to come up there. Never contacted me... I reached out to him left messages and no response. Regardless I will not be going back. Just pay the extra money and go to a business that doesn’t scream sketch.

I took them some windows, off a John Deere tractor. The side windows were curved and nobody want to do them. They tinted them with no problem and no seams. Excellent job, super nice guys. Definitely would recommend them, and wouldn’t use anyone else!!!!

I called and set an appointment for 10:00 the following morning to have my rear window re-tinted on my Cadalac. I arrived 15min early and saw someone sitting in the waiting room, I was early so I waited for 10:00 at 9:55 I got out of my car and stood outside. 10:00 came and went with the gentleman not even acknowledging me and when it became 10:10 and you were still closed and the gentleman inside not even giving me a heads up I decided to leave. I ended up going down the street to The Tint Shop and taken care of. Maybe it was a fluke on your end but it rubbed me the wrong way. Thanks for taking the time to respond to my review.

I wanted my windows tinted on my new vehicle and I was impatient. I wanted it done NOW.. but I had two problems... 1. it was a Sunday2. Window tinting can be so expensive. Well, I found Sharp Window Tinting. They were the only business I found opened on a Sunday and they got me in within minutes. The pricing was amazing and they do offer Military and Law Enforcement discounts. They made sure I was completely satisfied before I left, which I absolutely was. The staff was amazing and friendly and the work was done in a very reasonable amount of time. I received a lifetime warranty on the tint as well. I would recommend and will do business with Sharp Window Tinting again in the future.

I enjoyed doing business here, they’re really good with their customers and get the job done quick. No bubbles. I do think the communication of services could have been better, I ordered on Groupon to save money but didn’t know I wouldn’t get the tint as dark as I wanted so I’ll have to get them redone which really sucks.

Where is the option for a zero star for this place, I purchased a Groupon for $95 that included five windows I call the store to set up an appointment I walk in on Saturday, August 8th it turns out they don’t except coupons on Saturdays so that was disappointing (it does not specify on Groupon) so they rescheduled me for Wednesday at 4 PM, I walk into the store at 3:55 on Wednesday and this guy walks out, he was frustrated he asked me if I had an appointment I said yes he couldn’t find my appointment when you can clearly see that I’m on the calendar for 4 PM with my name and my phone number, the guy didn’t want to help me because it was late I guess ....they close at six and he had a car in front of me anyways he tells me that he’ll do it anyways, He Asked for the keys and told me to come back at 6:30! And to make sure to bring an extra $25 dollars????!!!! No where on the groupon says there is an extra charge for whatever shade you choose.... was he trying to make some money on the side??!!! Let’s just say he was having a horrible day..... will not come back to this place ever! And will not recommend friends and family. I was hoping for a great experience to bring all of our company vehicles here but not anymore.....

I have two experiences with Sharp Window Tint:1.) We had a vehicle tinted in March 2019 which the overall experience went well with no issues.2.) Based off the first experience I opted to return to Sharp Window Tint to service another vehicle. I made an appointment to be there at 10AM when they opened on March 10th, however, when I got there the doors were locked. I waited in the parking lot for 30 mins, however, nobody showed. I went over to the TINT shop down the street to take care of my needs. As I had an appointment and they were the ones who failed to show, I expected to receive a phone call for the inconvenience, however that did not happen.As I have a positive and negative experience with Sharp, my feedback is neutral. If youre taking off work or are on a tight window to get your vehicle serviced, please be aware its possible to encounter a similar issue as mine.

6 months ago I bought a new car, searched and found a deal on Groupon this business offered for a tint. I told them I wanted the darkest tint possible so when it’s time for my registration renewal I’ll clear the inspection. The gentleman assured me it would be the darkest. He lied! I can see through my vehicle clear as day. When I originally complained he had an attitude with me and told me “that was the darkest tint offered on Groupon”. “Offered on Groupon??” I’m not the expert on window tints but if I said I want the darkest, I meant what I said. It was a waste of time and money when he could have been honest or just simply made sure I got what I wanted. I would have paid the difference if it would cost more than the Groupon deal. I’m a Christian man and tried to let this go but now it’s summer heat and the tint doesn’t help at all. I’m dissatisfied and really want them to take some accountability and fix this.

I purchased a Groupon for my girlfriends birthday for a window tinting package with this place. When she called to set up the service, she was told that they were not honoring Groupons right now. If you dont want to do business through Groupon, then remove yourself from their platform.

I just have to say Im extremely disappointed and frustrated with this place. I went there before they opened at 10 and someone there told me to come back later because a sewer pipe had burst and they were fixing it. I called a little after noon and was told only 1 person ahead of me with one window left and would only be an hour if I came by. I get 10 min after that phone call and they tell me 3 people in front of me with minimum 3 hours wait? Thats absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional... Thank you for wasting my time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

To no avail I left due to no one being onsite and removed the tint myself to pass inspection.Later that afternoon of the 24th I contacted Sharp Tint again and setup an appointment for 1300 on the 26th for a full window tint on my mother’s vehicle and to repair my front windows, the shop agreed 1300 was fine.Arriving at 1245 on the 26th I waited until approx 1330 with multiple calls to the business and standing out front for 45 minutes we decided to leave.Help smaller owned businesses or just waste my dam time.If zero stars was an option I’d have given it.

Joe did an awesome job on me and my daughters car this weekend. He was friendly, affordable and very professional. Id return and refer business to him. My daughters tint on her car was a hot mess. Joe removed and replaced the tint and she couldnt be happier. My car looks and feels better. Thanks Joe!

Very friendly staff and helpful. I wasnt sure what shade i wanted but they got me on track. The tint came out great and pretty quick despite being a line of cars in front of me. I will definitely use Sharp again and recommend them to all my friends

Finishing is too bad. Although they have life time warranty, I am not satisfied with their service. I visited two days and both day, they were late, though I had a scheduled appointment. I will never visit this place again.

Had my front windshield tinted with ceramic tint a couple of weeks ago and all bubbles went away and looks great, they even offered to fix some tint that was not done correctly by one of the competitors. Would recommend this place!

In and out in under 2hrs. I got my 4door tundra tinted today. Great staff and awesome service with good prices. Will bring my other truck tomorrow. I recommend this place.
