Went here for the first time ever and very disappointed. Got an oil change and tire rotation. Was not informed that it was extra to get my tires balanced since when you get your tires rotated they normally balance the tires also. My car started shaking like crazy once I surpassed 65 mph and when i called to see if they could balance them I was told that it would be 50$ just for a balance!!! WILL NOT EVER BE USING THEM AGAIN! If I could give 0 stars I would!

This is hands down the cleanest, friendliest, and fastest Jiffy Lube I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to Arlington locations, Cleburne locations, Mansfield and Crowley and I would make an extra drive just to go to this one specific location. I don’t know a lot about cars and instead of making me feel stupid, I am guided by knowledgeable office staff and mechanics. And even with a full brake job, tire rotation, and oil change I was out of there before I could finish a single episode of whatever I was watching on Netflix. Believe me I was overdue for all 3 things - and I didn’t even get any flack for it. Thank you!

Went in for an oil change and I accepted an offer to have other fluids checked for about $40 more. Windshield wiper fluid ran dry a week later. Went to another shop to have fluids checked and I needed brake fluid and my oil was 2 quarts low a couple months later.

Been great in the past, but this experience was a poor as could be. I waited in my car in front of the bay for around 10 minutes before I could hand my keys off, but there was an oil truck on the other side taking everyones attention so I understand. I tell them I want a full synthetic signature service and state inspection. Drop off the car to walk to lunch. Come back an hour and a half later, the car is outside the bays (so presumably with new oil, fully inspected and cleaned floors) the place is packed, I stand in the lobby for ~15 minutes before someone walks in, I get it, bays are full, lines are long, one dude was on his break on the side of the building. They ask for my insurance, which is fine, but then tell me they would have needed it prior to inspecting my car, and had yet to inspect it. Its already been a while so I say no to the inspection, with the lobby packed like sardines I imagine I would have been waiting quite a while longer. Grab my keys and dash outta there. Apparently, according to the paperwork, my car was leaking oil (I was not made aware) and the interior of my car was not vacuumed.

As always, great service. Oil change, tire rotation, air filter, coolant service.34 minutes. All in all, Im happy.

Absolutely horrible! Went in for a simple oil change. Some things were suggested. I agreed. When my car was ready, I could not drive it off the lot. Instead of fixing the issue, I was blamed for the problem. Terrible!!

I’m a HAPPY customer that gets my oil changed at this location ..but today ( raining earlier & ALL ) I was interested in getting my FOGGY, with a pale yellowish tint, headlights cover restored and I’m SOO GLAD that I DID!! Bc my guy aTaylor did a SPECTACULAR JOB 🤩 to say the least 😳... I couldn’t believe my eyes, it took YEARS off my vehicle.. I recommend them to anyone ask for Taylor or Chris but the whole crew is awesome

Normally I go here to get my car serviced but not yesterday. They had so much going on. I guess we all needed cars serviced the exact same day. Maybe next time.

I dont usually go out of my way to complain, but why would you even consider this place when christian brothers automotive is right down the street! Im tired of waiting a year for my inspection and oil change or even a hour to be spoken too. Many employees saw me waiting and continued talking.

62.00$? To see what’s wrong with a car? My fiancé and I called 3 other places that wouldn’t charge just to see the issue. Customer service we absolutely horrible. Two employees saw us sitting there, kept on chit chatting with each other then finally came to greet us. Needles to say we will definitely not be back, and won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

The employees were just so kind, quick and efficient. They will give you a detailed printout of things needed to keep your vehicle in running order.

We were very happy with the way we were treated. They even stayed open after closing hours to help us out. However, two things need to be addressed by management. The oil filler cover was left off of my Mini Cooper. I didn’t notice before two quarts was splashed out. Could have been much worse. On my F150 the oil pan plug was left loose, which created a small leak. I wanted to tell the manager privately but could not find an email address. The people are great. Develop some procedural safeguards.

The Manager, Sonny, was very professional, polite and accommodating from the phone inquiry up all the way through our customer experience. He ensured that the customers as well as the employees had everything they needed. Not to mention they were able to get both me and my husband’s cars serviced in a fraction of the time that we’ve spent at other places in the past. It was definitely a positive experience, and with a manager so assuring of customer service we will absolutely be returning in the future.

Brought in today my 2017 Honda Civic for an oil change and noticed the one making the change was struggling to put back the under-engine cover. I thought that despite the struggle, eventually it would be screwed back in place, but that was far from the case. I left but then decided to pull into a parking lot to double check and noticed that part of it was left unscrewed and hanging. I headed home and had my husband screw it back in since it could be a driving hazard because of how it was hanging. The service, while professional in my treatment as customer by other staff, was poor in quality due to the person who performed this lackluster job who thought I would not notice and just left it as is. Poor quality work for the amount of money paid.

Came in for a inspection was told it would be a 25-30 min wait which turned into a two hour wait. Not once did the employees communicate with me to let me know it was going to be longer of a wait time. Very disappointed and disgusted with there over all customer service. Definitely will not be coming back

We were traveling from Kansas to San Marcos TX when our oil light came on. Being long time Jiffy Love customers we sought out one on our way. These folks were friendly and professional. Topped off all our fluids put the quart of oil in and sent us on our way quickly!! Sonny was especially helpful! My husband says “He made I was a member of the family. He was very gracious and warm.” My husband knew they were going to take care of him.

I went in for an inspection. My wife was there early and she was greeted right away. I came in and they also greeted me promptly and were prfessional. They had my inspection well before I thought they would. I will be back for sure.

I usually do my own maintenance on my vehicles but time is limited these days. I have decided to put my trust in Jiffy Lube and they do not disappoint! Fast and friendly service. I cant express that enough! Everyone is professional and treat me like a friend. They also do top notch work and know what theyre doing. I can rest assured knowing that they will do as good of a job as I do, probably better! Get in, get out and at least be able to say youve seen friendly faces when you swing by for great service here.

I will start this review off by saying, the only reason Im giving this business a three star rating is because of the GM Andrew. If I could individually give him a rating I would say 5 stars. I will explain later.I bought a Groupon (pay $250 for $350 worth of credit towards their brake service). I had called this location before actually purchasing it, reminding them that I had a diesel F-250 and was wondering if I was facing any upcharges. She said she’d talk to the mechanic in the back, and would get back to me with an answer. She came back and told me around $100 upcharge for my vehicle. With that being said I went ahead purchasing the groupon. Now my second issue is the Groupon wasn’t exactly descriptive on what you receive. And nowhere does it say you are only paying for one axels worth of brake service. The regular person like me thinks “Doesn’t restrict to only two sets, so it must be the whole thing” especially when it’s $450 dollars we’re talking about.” Thinking these things I bought the Groupon, and drove an hour away from where I live to go to this location.Upon arriving, I asked the manager at the time I was there who I believe was “Richard” what exactly am I getting with this Groupon. His response never said anything about one axels worth of service, he never said two pairs of brake pads and two rotors. He just said you have $350 worth of brake service to only include brake pads and rotors. So to me again I’m thinking I’m receiving all four sets. Plus with me calling ahead and finding out the $100 upcharge was going to happen, showed me no indication I’m receiving only two sets. Richard then came back to tell me that the original $100 upcharge wasn’t actually what I was facing. It was $364 and some change. Now I read the fine print before purchasing and it does say upgraded parts are subject to higher prices or whatever. So I understood. Put up no fight or argument. Accepted the price of $700 total worth of work. This paragraph is a small complaint, but still one that should be addressed as I see the owner of this establishment responds to these reviews. Who answers your phones? If it’s the woman who answered the phone for me, what is she doing in the shop walking around working on other things while the phones are ringing off the hook. Yet nobody comes and answers the phone. Also it would’ve been nice when they found out that O’reilly auto parts had an incorrect inventory, and had to get other parts from somewhere else that it was going to be a lot longer of a wait. Instead of me having to wait till someone actually came inside the office For three hours, where there’s supposed to be someone that can help customers with that type of thing. Now the main part of this review. After noticing they never touched the rear portion of my truck, and seeing the obvious different in my brake rotors, I realized I just paid $700 for two sets of brake pads and rotors. When I could’ve bought all four sets for $360 online and done the job myself! I walked back into the office asked the woman who I talked on the phone about what I received. She could see I was getting upset and finding this out, so she went and got Richard. He came in the office like he owned the place, because I’m sure she explained the situation to him. Now let me remind you. After never being told I was going to be waiting that long, and after finding out that I was going to be upcharged that much, I was cool, calm, nice and respectable. But when I felt like I was cheated I rightfully got upset. Now I never yelled at Richard, but it was very hard to keep any kind of cool with his condescending tone, and over interruptions. He took me trying to over talk his interruption as yelling at him and threatened to park my truck in the back of the business, and call the cops on me so I could figure it out with them. Oh and my truck was left in the front of the business with the door wide open and keys left in the ignition. There was just too much blatant disregarding the customer.The GM Andrew realized it was wrong and instantly fixed it. Thank you Andrew.

The employees are very kind. However, I’m not impressed by their up selling techniques. Now I have been a person that has serviced my vehicle on my own, for years. I was raised in a mechanics shop, so it bothers me when I replaced a pollen filter a month ago and they are telling me it needs to be replaced and they bring it to you to show you how dirty it is. If you know anything about filters, they will be dirty within days of installation maybe even a leaf in there, which they are sure to show you, so if you don’t know better you will give them $40 to replace a $15 filter. A process that takes less than 3 minutes to do. Same for the air filter. I just feel like there up selling technique’s are to get money from people who don’t know any better. Lastly, $100 for an oil change is just way too expensive. Again I’m 50 years old and maybe I’m not up to inflation, but I know what it costs to do it yourself and how easy it is to do so to me it is not a value, especially when a competitor does the same oil change for full synthetic for less than $50.

This place was recommended to me when Auto Zone was unable to put a head light in for me because too much hardware had to be removed first. They took me right in right away with no hesitation, and did a speedy job putting my light in. Everyone was so professional and friendly. I will definitely go back there when I nerd my oil changed. I highly recommend this place.

They wanted $50 to change a license plate bulb. Obviously a scam. That’s a .50 part.

This location is wonderful. Both of the workers took the time to help me understand the maintenance that my car needed. Completely honest, no sales gimmicks. That’s hard to find nowadays. I don’t recall their names, but they were wonderful! Great service, no complaints! Will come back again!

Fast oil change and tire rotation. They had me in and out in approximately 25 minutes. Girl working desk inside was very nice. I was notified of a few maintenance issues coming up but they were not pushy like most places. Also received a 15% military discount which was nice of them. Would definitely go back next time I need something while in the area !

They are very quick, efficient, and friendly here. However, just be prepared for them to run through all of the recommended add on services on your vehicle. You will need to know what to say yes or no to, otherwise you will spend $$$$ if you do all of them. I would recommend following your owners manual maintenance schedule to know exactly what needs to be done on the vehicle.

I went in because my car was over heating and they told me it would cost $6.99 to top it off with coolant. They told me my car was ready and when I reminded them I hadn’t paid yet they told me not to worry about it. They were very nice to me and were friendly. I highly recommend going to them for your car needs.

After having issues with another place, I turned to these guys. Towards that remaining 30min before they closed they helped me achieve an oil change. With exceptional service and quality work. I highly recommend this location.

I was visiting my mom from out of town, I came in with her car to get an oil change. The guys were nice from the time we came in and worked quickly to get us out-even with the heat index of 110! My son lost his change in the older vending machine in the back but one of the guys had spare change and quickly offered to get him a drink out of the other machine-it wasnt a big deal but the gesture alone was thoughtful enough. I recommend this location to anyone who resides in the area. Whomever the manager is-he is doing a great job with the store and employees. (visited Wednesday 8/14/19)

My girlfriend came up here and she told me that she was very surprised with how nice and attentive the employees were. She said that they came right up to her immediately and took her straight in and got to work on her car. She also told me that they were very easy to talk to and they made everything easier for her to understand. Good job guys!

The skid plate was not properly reattached to my vehicle and subsequently fell off while I was driving 55mph and was damaged. They rigged it back on with zip ties. I left voicemail for manager two days ago, but no return call. 😡

Listen-these guys are great. I came in to get my sons care serviced. We were greeted as soon as we pulled around the backside; walked in and sat in a the comfy waiting room. It was the first time my son has handled his own affairs (he is only 17). The lady at the service desk explained everything to him and gave him the cost. We were able to find a coupon but with the level of service provided-I would be willing to pay full cost. The Manager shook my sons hand as we were re-entering the vehicle. I look forward to bringing all our vehicles here in the future. You all are All-Stars!

This is by far the best oil change place I have been to. They worked well asa team a got me in and out. They even gave me recommendations for my vehicle without being pushy at all. Very satisfied customer!

They did a good job. I called first to get a price range on the work I needed done and told the lady that I had a budget and couldnt afford to go any higher.She didnt try to sell me anything other than what I came in for like some places do.The only thing that was a little confusing was the website said they opened at 7:30am but when I got there the door said they opened at 8am. So I went and sat in my car to wait. I see flashing and noticed people doing an inspection on a car. I assumed maybe the inspection department opened earlier than the regular garage. But when another guy walked up and talked to the people doing the inspection he was directed to the work bay for an oil change. By this time I had been sitting in my car for 30 minutes. Had I known the sign on the door about what time they opened was wrong my would have been finished sooner. But I didnt have anything else to do so it wasnt a big deal for me. But I really think they should at least put a piece of paper over the sign on the door with the correct time

I have been taking my cars here for awhile now and they keep getting better each visit. They recognize me, everyone always says hi to me, and they really strive to make it a great experience. The engine bays are spotless and you can tell this team has a great work ethic.

Customer service was not there. It was my first time at this location, and nobody made an approach to help. I sat for 10+ minutes before I finally went and found someone. While I was sitting, waiting for someone to help I watched the manager and two other team members joke and laugh around.

I never rate any business, but this team earned this. Professional, skilled and courteous! I brought in my own serpentine belt at 8:05 this morning and was out by 9:00. Sonny greeted me and assured me I was ready to make my 800 mile road trip to Denver. This team had the cleanest facility and everyone looked sharp and acted like they wanted to be at work. When was the last time you could say that at any business? Give them a chance next time you need help with your car!

This location has been taking care of my 2 vehicles for over two years. They always welcome me with a friendly face and as far as I know they have always dealt with me honestly. I love how many different services they perform and they get it done quickly. Great location.This is not the first shop I went to in Burleson, but it is my favorite.

Jiffy Lube in Burleson was awesome! I dropped in at the recommendation of a clerk at Auto Zone. It turned out that I just had a small problem that was easily and quickly fixed, but what was amazing, is that they were crazy busy and they still calmly and courteously fixed my problem at no charge. I’ve never had such great customer service in a vehicle service center. The staff was friendly, quick, and thorough in explaining the services to me. The lobby and bathroom were very clean. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Most of the time you see the manager in the office pushing a pen, the manager was on the floor helping and getting dirty with the attendants. I’ll be recommending this location to all my friends and family. Great Job!

Dont go here....even for an oil change...unless youre prepared to buy a new engine!!! I went in for an oil change and alternator change and ended up with a knocking engine. In the midst of repairs they test drove my vehicle without oil! After they damaged the engine, the owner seemed to care about making it right. He opened a claim with his insurance, assured me they would fix my car, even had me take it to a local dealership for repairs. About 2 months in, his insurance company denied the claim. My engine had already been broken down for the repair...so I was left with an engine in pieces, a hefty bill for the teardown which I had to pay the dealership $890.00. Andrew, the owner then completely dismissed his responsibility to fix my car. They destroyed my engine and will not do whats right. To replace my engine it is going to cost me over $9000 dollars! They are not honest people. Please please please DO NOT leave your vehicle here. If you do get an oil change stay nearby and WATCH to make sure this doesnt happen to you.Also when paying for any service or checking out...pay attention to the additional notes on the receipt. They actually slipped in the notes section my engine was knocking before they changed the oil...talk about CYA! I noticed the notes nearly a week later as I begin to complain and looked at my invoice to get the corporate phone number. SNEAKY! Andrew the owner even refused to allow me to look at the tapes to see what happened. They knew what happened, didnt tell me, and lied on my invoice to try to cover it up!THEYVE DONE THIS BEFORE AND WILL DO IT AGAIN! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

Excellent service. I pulled in 7 minutes before closing. They took care of me without complaining. They made me feel like a valued customer.

The crew that was here went above what was expected. They were my 3rd stop today to get a inspection done that I had to trailer in. They didnt hesitate to get me inspected and done in under 45 min. One over heard me talking about issues finding a place to inspect a larger truck and they were able to handle that to. Over all extremely happy with the service and will return there for the service and awesome employees.

As a Veteran they make you feel quite welcome. Very helpful, honest and courteous. Even a month after my inspection they put my registration sticker on. Then, asked if their was anything else they could do.

Had a really great experience here. I had my oil changed a couple months ago but my car consumes oil and needed more before the next oil change. Brought it by and they topped it off for free as well as checked my tire pressure and other things. Very friendly and honest.

Chris was the mechanic who helped me and he was fantastic. He had a great attitude and recommended me some services but never pressured me. I typically visit the McCart location but I will start coming here due to the great service provided.
