I have to be honest, I hate shopping, and avoid it as best I can, although today I got a new apartment and I needed pretty much everything for my bedroom and living room. I walked into Home Zone where I was greeted by Lindsey. This girl honestly read my mind and helped me pick out the most beautiful bedroom and living room suite I had ever seen. I told her what I was basically looking for and she took me straight to things even nicer than I could have ever imagined. She made the entire experience almost a pleasure. EDIT*****Only time I have walked back a 5 star review. Last time I was in with my sister in law and all was great. This time I stayed home and let my wife and sister in law go and actually make the purchases. We bought a king size bedroom set and couches for our living room. When my wife went out to get her ID out of the car the saleswoman tells the manager she does not think we can afford to buy anything. Not only have I made purchases previously but I also have a credit card through home zone with a high limit. This is completely rude and if I had been present we would have gone elsewhere with our money. Hopefully management sees this and responds appropriatelyQuality furniture. Decent prices. No pressure to buy but plenty of people to help if you have questions

Fantastic experience! I was able to browse the entire store with a check in here and there from sales person. Once I was ready, they answered all my questions, helped me find a good alternative for dining table chairs since some were out if stock. Everything was so easy! I will definitely be back!

Your store is beautiful. I was greeted by Abby. She was friendly and welcoming but not pushy. She was just there to help. I told her I was there to look at mattress but I was with my mother and sister and we wanted to look around. She offered to help if we needed anything. She offered coffee and water as well.We walked through toward the mattresses admiring your displays.When we got to the mattresses, Abby Castand came and helped point out the different selections and let us look. I found one I was interested in and amazed at the price. Home Zone was our first place to look so I wanted to go look at another store. Abby gave me her card and wrote the information about the mattress I was interested in for comparison.We looked at 2 other stores and came back to Home Zone. Not only were their selections not appealing especially price wise, but their employees were not as helpful. One store I wasn’t even greeted so I left.When I returned to Home Zone I asked for Abby. She was with a customer and I didn’t mind waiting and looking around more.When Abby greeted me I told her I wanted 2 BREE-O Signature Plush mattresses and box springs. We went straight to the computer, she put in my order and said they would be delivered Friday! This was Tuesday.The delivery was great, your men were here and brought the mattresses and springs in and took away the plastic wraps.I am happy with my mattresses and springs, but I should have ordered the low profile springs as the standard size makes my beds very high. My grandson needs a step stool and I almost do. But that is one thing I would have changed if I could.Love your store, your employees, they were all friendly and said hello. Wonderful 1st experience at the Burleson store. Went in looking for a chair, which we found, and also found a sofa at a good price. Very helpful sales person (Shane) not clingy, which I prefer. Our chair was not in stock, but only a few week wait, hopefully the date we were given holds true. We were given option to have 2 deliveries or both items at once, with no extra charge. Hopefully our furniture is delivered around the time quoted. If so, then they will definitely stay at the 5 stars I rated them.

My wife and I have been looking for a table and chairs for our office. Last Saturday we went to Home Zone in Burleson. We found what we were looking for so we needed to speak to a salesperson. That’s when Nicolette walked up. She was smiling and so sweet. While she was setting us up in the computer we started to talk about beds. She said she had a bed we needed to check out. As soon as we finished purchasing the table and arranging delivery she took us to see the most amazing bed that raises up and down. Nicolette was so helpful and knowledgeable. We will be back to get that bed but I’m going to call before hand to make sure she is working when we come.

Outstanding customer service. Wilson Nguyen was very informative and made the experience pleasant....Well not so much!!!! After receiving the merchandise, the manuals and website stated that the base we purchased was to have USB charging ports and underbed lighting (page 7-23) and when calling back to voice my concern, I was told to contact customer, which I did. I was told that someone would call be back and have not heard from them as of yet. I called back to the store and asked to speak to the store manager, he failed to introduce himself and was leery when I asked for his name (Sergio). After some discussion I was able to tell he was not going to be the one who could fix this issue and ask him to escalate it to the district manager.... he said he would and then abruptly ended the conversation and hung up... w/o getting my personal information! I called back and spoke to another lady who took down my info and said she would pass it on to him..., Now we get to see if they are going to make things right...

We were visiting to look at living room furniture and didnt look any further after coming here. Purchased a sofa and loveseat with an helpful sales person. We were pleasantly surprised how quickly we were able to get it. (less than a week) the delivery was perfect.

There was never any pressure and she went above and beyond expectations showing us how different pieces would work together - so very appreciated. Nicole - thank you so much for everything, you are an incredible lady and we enjoy working with you greatly.We ended up buying a couch, two living room chairs, a large rug and a recliner for the man-cave. We were pleasantly surprised when we got a call just a couple days later saying our stuff was in when we werent expecting it for another week or 10 days.We are most definitely going back to this store as we continue to furnish our home, and look forward to dealing with all of the staff. They are all extremely friendly and focus on meeting the needs of their customers vs just trying to make a sale.

Burleson has served us better than Cedar Hill folks did. We were there for 30mins and walked out because no one came to talk to us. We called the Burleson location and Emily assisted us very professionally and was even apologetic. Unfortunately Emily, was not there the day we were going to make our purchase but Lindsey was able to help complete the transaction. Both girls were very nice and welcoming.

My review right now is based solely on customer service, as my sectional will not be delivered for 12 more days. I went into this location for my 1st time on a Friday night. First of all, I was so relieved to see all the employees masked up. For me personally, that shows empathy for others (whether the employees actually wanted to wear them or not). I had never been to this store, and was really not sure if I was going to buy anything. Corey E. was so incredibly personable and nice! Like top notch service! Ok so I left because I wasnt ready to make a decision. Came back the next morning and was again greeted with super friendly folks. Danny was our Sales Rep. And he was great! This was the first time in a Home Zone and Danny explained that they were not on commission and if we had any questions he was there. We looked at several recliners ad couches and Danny explained the differences of each. We ended up getting two powered recliners and a couch that also had recliners, an end table and coffee table! Lindsey was also great on the checkout process. I would recommend their Burleson store. Thank you

Fantastic store, friendly non-pushy staff. I was quite surprised at the prices and quality of everything in the store after shopping around the local area for a few years and seeing the cheaply made Chinese junk and the bait and switch at other furniture stores. I will definitely go here first for anything I need in the future. If youre looking for good prices, good quality furniture or home decor and dont want sales people following you around badgering you, I highly recommend this store!!!!

My husband and I had never been to Home Zone; and the experience we received was awesome. We received help from two great customer service providers, Emily and Megan at the Home Zone store in Burleson. They assisted us with the purchase of our Bedroom set and an extra mattress we need it. Totally recommend.
