My car overheated and had it towed to this business. They replaced blown radiator hoses plus the thermostat. Car is back on the road. Hubby is very pleased with the work and very thorough details explained on the invoice. They are conveniently located and we will be using and recommending them for future car repairs.

What can I really say other than I fully trust this place with my vehicles. Had an issue on my truck that I just couldn’t figure out. I scheduled a time to drop it off, and they were able to diagnose the issue and get it fixed with a couple days, and kept in contact with me on the cost and timeline. Very friendly. Went in for an oil change, had someone in training working on it.Unfortunately when I left, my check engine light was on (wasnt previously on). Had to stop at OReilly on way home to have then hook up and scan. 14 notifications popped up from check engine scan.Things were not properly plugged back in under hood after point to point inspection. My fiancé had to replug in certain wiring.Good customer service but should have someone recheck work after trainee is complete with service.

I had my car towed there when the timing belt went out while driving on Renfro. They replaced the timing belt and water pump and also serviced the cooling system, the transmission, and did an oil change service. It runs fine now seems smoother and quieter now

We are highly dissatisfied with the service we received at this location. We were referred to this business because we were told they were a “fair” and “reputable” company. We were told incorrect pricing in a quote before service. When we came to pick up the vehicle, the price had increased by almost 200 for less services than what we were originally told in the original quote with more services to be done. We felt they trapped us into paying them more with poor communication. When discussed with management, they were adamant that the miscommunication was on our end and we “heard them wrong”. Bad business, bad service, dishonest pricing, and poor customer service. Go anywhere else.

I have been using Felts for about 5 years now for my company fleet truck and my personal vehicle. This visit was for the water pump that was going out on my fleet truck a 2013 3500 Chevy. I dropped it off around 7:45 as soon as they opened and by 4:00 that afternoon the repair had been made and I was back on the road. Mike and Ruth will go up and beyond to make sure your vehicle is repaired quickly and the job is done right the first time. Even when having to deal with the fleet management companies which can be a headache. I have been using Felts Family Car Car now for about a year for my wife’s Jeep as well as my Senota. This week, my Senota started making an awful knocking noise in the engine, and then broke down on the side of the highway. I had it towed to Felts Family Car Care. Mike looked at my car and found the issue. He then did some research and found out that there was a recall from Hyundai that would fix the issue I was having. Instead of keeping that information to himself and and charging me for the repairs, they sent me all the info I needed on how to have Hyundai fix the issue at no charge to me. These people are the real deal and will take the BEST care if you. I’m a customer for life.

An honest mechanic is difficult to find. Mike Felt is not only honest, but an excellent mechanic! Even honest mechanics that are not good diagnosticians can run up a repair bill. Mike is able to diagnosis problems accurately and not do unnecessary repairs. He also watches carefully over the other mechanics in the shop. We are thankful to have Felts Family Car Care in our neighborhood. They keep our cars running in tip-top shape and have saved us hundreds and hundreds of dollars.

AMAZING SERVICE!! The service at this automotive repair center is unheard of in the car care industry. I have been taking vehicles to get repaired for 30 years, and this is the first shop to tell me that I don’t need the expensive parts that other shops would have assumed it needed. They continued their investigation until they determined that it simply ran out of fuel and was not getting enough fuel fed through the system. They continue adding fuel and testing until the issue was resolved. They could have charged me close to $800 for parts and labor because it appeared to be a bad fuel pump, but they were able to save me the money by simply not giving up and being honest in their approach. I would never take my vehicle to another repair shop, and I would recommend you take your vehicle to Felts Family Car Care if you want to ensure that you are dealing with an honest and friendly company.
