A staff member of this Burleson location was using a KOHLS cart (new one) to move around Michaels merchandise. When brought to the attention of management.... I was told they are left all the time in their store. Rather than doing the right thing....Michaels staff keeps it and uses it.

Always 🧡 this place BUT they didnt have ANYTHING for Alvarado at all. Just because some have their homecoming early doesnt mean anything for the others. It makes it REAL REAL hard to make your mums & garters w no ribbon or the color or your school.

Love Love Love, great place with Art supplies, crafts, etc. Found tye dye bandanas, kits and paints. Low prices, plus they dont mind honoring weekly coupons..Clean bathroom and employees are extremely helpful.

Store was pretty empty of people. Some good end of season Christmas sales going on. Not everything though, and some on sale are still much higher than they should be. Staff was nice and helpful! Bummer if paying full price there is only a 20% coupon online right now. They want all of your Christmas money!! BEWARE!!!

Its not a find all what you need in hand works subject, but has a big selection of different DIY projects for decoration, scrapbooking, needle art (but not much on sewing) and things like tie dye, photo framing, to mention a few.

This is a great place for art supplies! It is not as one track minded as Hobby Lobby with their beliefs, so that is a bonus. I do think that they would forget about me if I were to be locked in after they closed because I think only one person works there.

While they did not have the exotic item I was looking for, they DID feature such great collections of hobbies and crafts that I considered picking up a new creative pastime while I was there. Clean, bright and well organized.

The stores selection is great. There is a good variety across a lot of crafts & hobbies. I always find something in the seasonal section too.The employees are always ready to helo!

Extremely helpful manager and ladies that work there! I suffer with horrible anxiety and situation happened where I thought I was lose my gift cards and they went above and beyond to make sure that I got those back. I’m extremely grateful and love this store.

Nice people but they didnt seem to be familiar with the store pickup procedure. I ordered on line and went to pick it up. No one was sure what to do. Finally found someone who did.

Unfortunately couldnt find what I needed here, but really it was being talked to at the door, I asked if they had it, and the gentleman made no effort to look nor inquire. Im not sure nor am I confident in his assumptions.This has happened once before and I called later to find that the person at the front was wrong and I was just turned away due to laziness. So I am discouraged to try Michaels anymore. Maybe go to Hobby Lobby.

This store is usually neat and orderly. They tend to run out of popular items quickly, so if you see it and you want it you better grab it because it might not be there even just a few hours later. I usually shop for Journaling pens and paper and their pen selection is always ransacked and they never have white pens in stock!

Michaels is my favorite! Not just because they all had their masks or because of the great service, but I love the available craft supplies and resources. Recommended greatly!

Picked up what I needed, in and out quick. Good selection and normally stocked shelves. It looks like they might have cut back on staffing for obvious reasons, but there was still enough people to help customers, provide quick checkout, etc. The only (understandable) bummer is that they close pretty early, at 7pm.

I like the store, they usually have what craft I need, however sometimes it seems that their staff would rather be anywhere else in the world. But then you come across one staff member who loves what they do, and wants to not only help you in your endeavor, but also wants to see what other projects you have completed recently.

This store was very well stocked and they had the yarn I specifically went for. I was so happy!!!!!! I even found some on sale for another project and picked up a really cute craft gift for my Daughter in law.

This store is so bare looking sometimes, it looks like it’s going out of business. Prices are on the high side. Whoever says prices are good have not shopped around. With coupons, you may pay close to Amazon’s regular prices. Coupons do not apply to a ton of things like anything that is a “deal” or disappointingly any books. A cute scratch art book is $16 and no coupon applies because it is a book and a “deal.” They’re $10 on Amazon. Their books are all list price and double price most bookstores or Amazon. Open stock markers are pilfered through and they actually encourage it by providing paper to write on. You have no chance of getting brand new stock unless you pay out the nose for the markers in lockup. But, they have specialty art supplies that you won’t find at most other places. So, I keep coming back, coupons in hand.

Ive been going to this place for some time now, and the staff has always been wonderful. Ive seen this quality of service go down in the last few months though and its troubling. I love getting my art supplies here, so I really hope they figure out a solution soon!

I love Michaels.. the cashiers have been so helpful with coupons, etc. The college student (brunette, glasses) running the kids projects in the classroom is not kind to children. She needs to be replaced with someone who shows interest in the program and exhibits warmth towards children and parents alike. Parents bring their kids to have a fun and enriching experience and her personality is just counter productive to that. She’s passive aggressive, implosive, and clearly does not enjoy the job.

Its a nice store with loads of craft supplies ata reasonable price. Its also located in a good area around lots of other stores. Just know that they must have issues with shoplifting because they will find the need to stock and sweep every isle you linger in.

Michaels is my happy place! 🥰 If I need 100 things or none, just being there sparks a creativity within me and new ideas are born.

They didnt have the yarn I was looking for. Great place to shop for crafts. But I hardly ever get yarn here. They dont have a very great or big selection on yarn.

They have so much stuff here! From paint to whatever you can think of. If you work in an office they have all kinds of stuff in here for that if you have a project for school they have lots of things for that if you want to put stuff in your room they have all of that its a really cute and cool store highly recommend if you are into art and drawing and things like that !

I love this store. Its always a blast shopping there because you find things you didnt know you wanted. They have an excellent selection of yarns and paints so both my hobbies are happy.

I go here for almost all of my decorations and small little project that Im working on.they have a huge selection on things like do-it-yourself t-shirts necklaces they have all sorts of art stuff they have lots of inexpensive decorations which is really helpful for a for a frugal young guy like me

Ghost town. Hobby Lobby has got to going on. Michaels needs offer a better range of things. I always leave empty handed and swear I wont be back but somehow I go back.

Looks like I came in when they were about to move stuff around and put up different endcaps...but an employee clearly saw me struggling to maneuver my way between a shelf and a huge cart to look for a specific item and offered no help at all. I know the store was in transition, but if a little old lady needed to get knitting or sewing material, she wouldve easily gotten hurt.

I love this place - great crochet and knitting yarn selection, great selection of jewelry making notions. They frequently offer great online discount coupons which can be used online or in the store .

Love Michaels and their incredible coupons; however, they tend to be small stores and limited to what they have to offer.
