First time I go here, and they didnt have that paint I needed.. but the staff was great

Not a huge store, but the employees are curtious and always help me with my requests. SW paint is definitely high quality/high cost. Recommend you wait to but until they have a sale. 40% off is the best Ive seen, and its normally once a month or so.

I appreciated the efficiency and the knowledge of the staff at this store, I cant praise them enough. They knew what they were doing, provided relevant information and aided in selection of specific paint types. When an associate takes the time to work with a customer, it makes all the difference.

My family decided to build some Corn Hole Boards and we needed to give the boards a custom painted surface. We purchased exterior paints from the Sherwin-Williams Paint Store in Burke, VA. The in-person experience was convenient and quick. The store was clean and the staff was attentive to our needs.

Inconsistent pricing and service-Charged me 30% more than others in line for the same item with a professional account because It wasnt under a homeowner account but the previous day I was given the 30% off that same item. Im not sure why you would ever charge a trade professional more than other people for the same item at any point in time when those are the people consistently using your business and specifying your product. After driving back to the store and waiting in line again, the manager corrected the price. If SW is having a sale, it should apply to both homeowner accounts and trade professionals or contractors.

Very helpful staff! They guided me through the paint selection process and I ended up buying a couple of paint cans from here. I had a good experience at this store and will return for my future paint needs.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a 30% off sale and also took my coupon from the internet. They also helped with color selection.

I was double charged and the store manager keeps insisting that what she did was correct. I bought 1 gallon of paint that cost $41.91. She charged my card 2 times and I still have NO resolution!

I could not find the ceiling paint used in our house and after buying and returning a few white colors here for a full refund we finally found it. Yay!! They were very helpful and understanding. I didnt want to bring in a piece because Im not that handy in fixing a hole in the ceiling.

Came in to get some paint for my front door and its trim. Not being someone that knows a whole lot about paint, I was unsure about how to go about the process. The lady here was very rude and told me to go to the front of the store to pick a finish. I didnt know where to look so I went to the front of the store and she just kept saying its right in front of you over and over. At this time no one was in the store so she could have come helped me. Very rude, lazy and unprofessional. Youre better off going somewhere else. FYI, clean up your store it was a complete mess.

The store is small and in a convenient shopping center. The staff is quick and helpful. Not rushed.

I ordered paint. Truck did not come as advised. Girl at counter thought is was a joke. I called the next day and I could not understand the girl who must have had a mouth full of mush. Extreme poor customer service impression by one minor employee. Both the manager and a senior sales associate were totally knowledgeable about products and were very helpful getting paint ordered. Unfortunate that they have no control over their product delivery.

Your paint washes up nice when something gets on wall. And you can touch up years later and it still matches
