This Sally beauty is closing and has almost no stock. The person working there was very nice, but it was a complete waste of time.

They do limit how many customers can be inside at one time. No hands sanitizer near the doors. There is a big bottle at the cash register. No wipes to clean the basket. The store has all hair dye stuff that we need. Bring your own bag because the store doesnt provide plastic bags. They do have really nice paper bags but will charge a small fee for them.

I am so glad the owner opened up a Sallys Beauty in Burke !!!!!!Got tried of paying so much money at Hair Cuttery, not only tried butbroke. The ladies are so kind and very well knowledge of their productsI go once a month for my fix that is my hair color 💔💔💔💔💔🤯

Found exactly what I needed. Employees were nice and friendly. Store was clean and well stocked. Its in a shopping center so very convenient if you plan to go to multiple stores.

Very poor selection of products and knowledge

The Store Associates are very kind and helpful with knowing what they sale in the store and do a great job maintaining the stores appearance. I dont understand why people come in expecting them to fully know how to use the products that kind of advice need to be asked by professional cosmetologist. Im glad the owner opened a store in Burke, VA. The closest store was Fair Lakes or Annandale, VA. I try to stay loyal to that store because they are small. So far I have found most of what I look for. This is truly the neighborhood beauty store. If anyone said the clerks were rude thats not true at all. If a person comes in with the wrong attitude they will not be satisfied with anyone and they will take anything said completely out of context. So it doesnt matter if one person decide to stop shopping there, because there are many more customers that are pleased.

Horrible location. Their hours are reportedly till 9pm but they locked the doors at 8pm! And then told me through the doors that they were closed. Change your store hours on your website or keep your doors open till 9pm.

Bad experience with store manger noone she feel their bening watch while shopping.

This store.. Will not go back staff made me feel very uncomfortable.they knew nothing, when I asked for the item I was looking for Celine said no they didnt have it, you have to go to another store. Her or her co worker would hollar from one side of the store to the other, pushing a shopping cart with nothing in it... Oh and I did fined what I needed in the store if I had time I would have not spent my money, Good luck with your staff Sallys one bad apple can spoil a whole business...
