This post is more in regards to an employee Hamilton. He is the most personal and professional employee there. He had my vehicles remembered and his great feedback. What an awesome dude.The rest of the employees can be hit or miss in regards to knowledge. If the store doesn’t have the part, they’ll get it for you right away. These employees are very busy and hardly have a free moment to answer their phone, so just come in in-person

I was very pleased with the help I received from Hamilton. My battery died and he was extremely kind on the phone, explained my options and prices very clearly. Once I arrived at the shop, he and all the workers were respectful and helpful.I have been taken advantage of by other auto shops because I am a woman who is not super knowledgeable when it comes to cars but I felt respected and was treated with so much kindness. My battery was installed with ease. Very very pleased with my experience here.

Hamilton was a champ, he is always great and juggles customers and phone calls like a boss every time I see him. Love this location, will be back.

These guys are keeping my car alive for me. I cant thank them enough. They take such great care of me. They save me money. Theyre fun to talk to. They always know how to help. They will come out to your vehicle to diagnose and fix certain things (as long as its light outside). I actually like going to the car parts store. They make it seamless every time.

This store is horrible. Doesnt take used motor oil, while other advance autos are taking motor oil.Since they are not renting tools, bought my parts and tool rental from another store.

This place have been consistently helpful in my auto needs, specially ever since they hired the older gentlemen. He seems very patient and sincere.

Customer service at this advance auto part is the worse. The manager accused customer of installing a purchased item without evaluating the condition of the item itself. In the meantime, another employee is giggling at the situation. The manager has no respect for the customer and clearly is not managing his subordinate. Advance Auto Part employee did not advise the customer that the item being bought is not refundable and the return policy is not even on the receipt itself. Is the customer supposed to magically know that it is not refundable?

They usually have parts that even the supposedly hard-core parts places dont carry. Great location and service.

I went to the Advanced Auto parts in Burke, VA and Andrew was awesome, he checked what I suspected as a dying battery in the blazing sun without complaint. I purchased a battery from him, he installed it and then checked the alternator which I had a hunch could have caused the problem and he affirmed the issue. He was very courteous, and helpful

This is probably one of the best advance Auto part store i been to. The employee there are very helpful and friendly. Also they quite experience not because they old but because the way they suggest you the part with detail unable to solve my problem.

Advance auto part is a big name in auto part bossiness and when you go there you expect to have perfect service with a great customer service. that what I was thinking but when I went there to install a new battery for my car I found totally the opposite they install the battery with losing terminals causing me a big trouble on the 2nd day it took me almost 15 minutes to start my car and when I went there the manager refuse to fix it because he missing what he call it a sleeve to tiding the terminals and after along negotiation he agreed to nail a screw in the terminal to attached to the battery.The customer service was so bad and the manager didn’t show any smiley face or try helping me as expected.
