I woke up early in the morning and went to a donut shop around 5:45 am.. If you want to eat fresh donuts, I recommend going to the donuts shop early in the morning. This time I chose a Lucky Donut Shop in Burien and first visit.I ordered two of bacon maple bars, apple fritter, strawberry french curler, bear claw and french curler.And I also bought two bacon maple bars for my friend.I was excited to eat it. And when I picked up my favorite bacon maple bar......it was cold. I was very disappointed. The donuts should fresh and warm when opening the store. But the donuts were cold. I came here first thing in the morning and ordered 6 donuts for me and 2 bacon maple bars for my friend.I ate Bacon maple bar, apple fritter and french curler. It was no different from a normal grocery store donut.The reason I go to a donut shop early in the morning, i can get a freshly made soft and warm donuts.

Went in to nice clean little corner location with friendly owner, was littler after 11 in afternoon in Saturday and they had only a few donuts left. I grabbed four to try and it came up to $6.45. was pretty good nd tasted fresh. Was two people ahead of me and line went fast. Donuts were costly for lack of selection but freshness and flavor for few had were there.

Great quality glazed donuts. Not greasy. Not dry. Not cake-like. And you can actually taste the yeast in the dough. This is what I have been looking for.

I have been visiting Lucky Donuts since my family moved to Burien 20+ years ago. I’ve never had a bad experience, the donuts are great. The customer service is even better. Although I can’t eat them often I recommend over all the other donut companies around.

A few of my donuts were not cooked all the way through. Which is sad, I am looking fur a guys donut place. Sadly this is not it.

The donuts were not fresh and overly cold. The bacon maple tasted like it had bacon/smoke flavoring added to the dough. Hoping it was just a fluke. Still on the search for awesome donuts near Burien.

I have a tradition of bringing donuts for my employees on “shift bidding day”. With Covid, we have to be very cautious in the work place. Lucky was great about individually bagging each donut to avoid cross contamination. I appreciated the extra time for my team of 33 employees!My employees raved about how fresh and tasty the maple bars were!Thank you, Lucky. I’ll be back!

I came a little late in the day for my favorite maple bars.

If you like a fresh maple bar, this is thee place to go!The maple topping is creamy and delicious.Try the apple fritter if youre not a maple bar fan.

I came in about 10 in the morning and really enjoyed the donuts. I can’t speak for later in the day and how fresh they, but in the morning they are superb. They were well glazed and fluffy. Not my all time favorite, but good enough to recommend as good spot.

Whohoo! They have CRULLERS! We discovered this establishment last October but sadly that visit they had all ready sold out of them. Luckily, this trip they still had a few. They were moist and oh so delicious. The service was friendly and this place is quite the busy neighborhood hot spot. There definately was alot of traffic and alot of donuts being sold. If you are staying around SEATAC, check this place out. The donuts are DIVINE!

Best donut shop in the greater Seattle area! Their bacon maple donut is my favorite donut of all-time. I still drive more than 30 min round trip just to get those ones. We used to live in Burien and this was our go-to breakfast spot. Staff are very friendly and attentive as well. We miss living so close by this place!

I love coming here but if you want to get what you want anything chocolate with nuts on it would be my choice then you need to get there early cuz they go pretty fast so they must be pretty popular my favorite donut shop and the owner is super nice you can also order your donuts ahead of time if you want specific things the price is decent pretty average for donuts and theyre always really fresh so I highly recommend Lucky donuts 🤣

Wow! I just visited lucky doughnuts for the first time. The view from my car as I parked was beautiful. Just looking in to the shop at their display cabinet packed with selections made me forget to put my mask on untill I reached the door that had clear signage not to do so. Walking in I was greeted by who I assume was the owner as he truly had happiness and pride in the product being displayed. I made a wide selection of doughnuts that he patiently assited with my selection with a smile. Wow wow wow! When I tried these beautiful, plump, doughnuts I was in heaven. These are the best damn doughnuts I have ever had. I would make a suggestion on my favorite, but they were all spectacular. THIS PLACE ROCKS!! 🤗

I havent had a donut in a year last time it was at Crispy Cream donuts and I didnt have a second thought about having another. But a friend keep going to lucky donuts while I went to a nearby store and kept asking me if I like a donut, the 3rd time I excepted the donut and the freshness of lucky donuts actually has me craving lucky donuts Ive eaten donuts 3 times this week. Pretty clutch donut shop, and my go-to with the kids. Best donut display within 5 miles of our home, and open early too! Always friendly staff behind the counter. I cant give it 5 stars because it falls short of contending for an elite donut, but its a very solid choice.

For the last 5 or 6 months these donuts have steadily declined in quality. The chocolate bars were my favorite, and now they dont look or taste anything like chocolate anymore. All the chocolates look like maple.. I used to love this place....sad

What wonderful doughnuts and friendly people! Lucky donuts... they start early, make a slew of tasty treats, sell them (coffee too if you please), and once sold out for the day they close up till the next day. I find myself heading to work early every once in a while just to get to Lucky before they sell out for the day! YUM! ;)

My kids always ask for donuts instead of cupcakes for birthday treats. Lucky Donuts takes my large donut orders and always has them ready on time. The donuts are delicious and so fresh! Burien is lucky to have Lucky Donuts!!!!

Delicious donuts. Decided to go be because of its convenient location. Grabbed a half dozen and decided to eat one on the ride home. So I sit down take one out and take a bite while fishing the key from my pocket. I was completely caught off guard by how good this donut was and ended up eating two sitting in the parking lot. I was too distracted by the sweet soft dough to even think about driving.

My ‘test’ d’ohnuts (always the same for a new-to-me shop, a chocolate covered cake and one raised glazed) were perfect. The friendly folks and great prices a nice bonus. Can’t wait to go back!

Been around for years, good donuts and friendly service. Set-up primarily for to-go service, seating area is functional but not exactly comfortable. What they do they do well and that counts for plenty.

Ok, I was looking for a Boston cream donut, I called and she said yes we have Boston cream. I show up and there were no Boston cream, so I ask if they had Boston cream and she asks if I was the one that had called earlier for a Boston cream? I say yes and she goes back and grabs me a Boston cream. I asked if she had more and she said no. Seems she made this one donut just for me. I felt blessed. I had 3 kids with me too and we all loved their donuts. Highly recommend!!
