Make sure you look at regular MSRP of the product you are wanting. Went to buy an item I was excited about, did my research and wheni arrived they had it marked up $200 more than what the makers had it. I could understand a little profit off the item but cmon $200 plus tax...... that’s cruel.

Went in, was the only customer at the time.Bought two 14mm quartz nails, after they tried to tell me what I did and didnt want. Came home and tried to put one of them on, it didnt fit right at all. I applied a bit too much pressure after I realized it wasnt fitting right, now the connection point is cracked and quite dangerous, but at least it fits right..And the other nail was some new design they were pushing that just doesnt seem very functional. Who knows, maybe I just havent heated it up to the right temp yet. All in all, salesmen behind the counter selling sub-par products. I would suggest, like I will be doing, taking your business elsewhere for glass.

They have a product Im searching for but dont do the mail order thing then theyd be perfect!

Was here at 9am because they say they open at 9am... Its now 930am n theres still no one here.... And I drove all the way here from SeaTac... This will be the last time I come back to this poorly ran business and Ive spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS here n at their sister company.... Its now 9:38 and Ive watched 3 cars pull up n see theyre closed n pullaway, n now count me as the 4th. Im sure the smokeshop right up the street (thats open on time) will be glad to assist me and will greatly appreciate my business.

Scam artist, went with a friend to purches a expensive item, they marketed the item as exactly what we were looking for, didnt even leave the parking lot to check the item, wasnt what we wanted so we asked for a refund and denied. These guys also didnt ID me for buying CBD products, didnt ask for ID when we entered, (illegal), and refused to give us his bosses number so we can dispute this.Have fun dealing with the state after I report you.Note that marketing something wrong is against fair trade laws.

These people are really shady. They sold me a used broken vape and wouldnt return it. They are really rude and treated me really bad. I will nevet return and I would not recomend this place to anyone.

I would give it no stars except that is not an option. The website allows returns of your product, but if you go into the store, they will not refund your money even if they gave you a product that was incomplete and misrepresented.Tea, the guy who helped me, told me this was the only product I should consider, but I was hesitant, then he told me I had 24/7 access to a person from the company of the product to assure I got the best results. That was a LIE, a recording only directs you to their website, which was not helpful. Also, I was told the open box I was purchasing was complete, when in fact it was missing half the ingredients as I found out when I got home, also, no receipt, so I had no guarantee either. The product was worthless at that point. When I returned the next day to get my money back, I had paid $50 cash for a detox kit, Tea encouraged me to use cash and I could save $10 (I found out later that most retailers and websites had it for under $30, less than half of what they were charging), he said I could not get my money back. They did not have a replacement and tried to talk me into another kit, which the night before he said would not be as good, and he downplayed that telling this kit was very good. I had to make Tea sign a receipt stating I returned the product and I did not get anything back. I was promised I would get a call from the owner the next day, and over 4 days later no contact, no money, no product, and no resolution. Do not trust what they tell you, and dont ever use cash, use your Visa or MC so you have recourse with a dishonest retailer.

Great place to get all of your smoking supplies. Very friendly service. He has always given me great prices and service with a smile. I live in West Seattle and I drive to their location in Burien. It is worth the drive!

This place is doin it right... All around great store. They have honest customer service, good selections and good prices and they price match other stores.Update after a year- Staff changes happen and not everyone is fantastic all the time. It is still a good place to go. They take business seriously and will work with you on what they can... I was disappointed that their rewards (bonus bucks) program stopped, but its no big deal. They have been good to me every time. I got a hoody there that I get compliments on every time I wear it, so check out their shirts. Be easy yall.

Always good service and products, that I use at least. Best hookah instalights (Deezer, 6years of messing around and theyre the only ones that light well and dont pop or crack explode etc. While lighting). But...the hours posted on Google are inaccurate. They must open at 10, not 9, because its 930 and theres no sign of life here. It also closes at 8 or so. Just need to fix your online info for better service. :)

Went in with a few friends to show them the place. Very clean and nice shop. The whole time we felt very rushed and pushed out. I was recommend the wrong item even though I thought it wasnt right to begin with, but he insisted it was the right piece. We came back later that day, with a complete, unopened, product only to be denied a exchange or refund. Was told to come bsck the next day only to arrive to a closed store on Sunday. I checked the website to see if they were normally closed Sunday but found it says open 9am to 9pm. Pretty bad experience all around.

I thought I would give them another chance. Still got the same rude employee. They didnt have what I asked for and when I asked if they would get it he said rudely. I dont know then ignored m .

Google says you guys are open until 9 p.m. and it is currently 8:55 and Im standing out in front of a completely locked up and close down store. Please update your Google hours

These guys are very dishonest I went into there and I purchased aoil burner which did not work I did not even use it at all I brought it in to exchange it for something else that would work and was told that it was had been used and it hadnt been it would not give me a refund I told the owner about it and his employee just straight lied right to his face that said it was black and it had never been touched by a flame or anyting I will never go to this place again as they told me I couldnt anyway this place to be barred from any business and burien as they do not cheat customers with any respect whatsoever his employee acts like hes a hired HitmanI have been to this business for at least 2 years buying cigarettes loyalty from them and for them to treat me like this was just a total disappointment. The owner would not even listen to my appeal. And right out the gate to tell you they wont even give you a refund on stuff that they themselves know its not always dependable. Reading this I advise you to find a different place to purchase your tobacco and other items.

Didnt want to drive far, just needed a bowl piece. The one I bought here ended up being an odd size. Came back to swap it out. And they were more than glad to swap it out. I like the second one better anyways! Both times i felt welcomed, ill continue to check here first for lil things I need. Thanks guys!
