We love this botanica! We can always rely on walking out the door with neat treasures and wonderful incense or candles. The staff is super friendly. Support small business!

The employees are very nice…but only one spoke English. I love the store overall but the prices are extremely high for the candles. I lived in LA where a St Michael candle was about 3-4 dollars, here it’s $10 :( but the other products were decently priced.

This place is awesome! Kind people and a really cool assortment of items to browse thru. Spanish and English speaking staff that are very nice. Definitely worth going out of your way to visit this hidden gem.

A little pricey for my budget but a lovely shop. If I lived in the area I would definitely be a regular.

The prices in this shop are very inflated. All of their products come from indio or wisdom products which sell oils for $2.50 and candles for $5, this store had the same oil for $10 and candles for $20. My botanica in Chicago sold them at the less expensive price. The staff were very unfriendly, they were busy gossiping with each other and friends when I went in and did not seem interested in answering any of my questions or helping with finding the right products at all.

If you dont speak spanish, take a translator.

Im not giving the store a 2 start rating. Im giving it 2 stars because of the customer service I received. The female behind the desk who was running the shop was clueless of what things were use for. I purchased a Santa muerte candle and the tag said 15 but she charged me 30 because she said all the candles are marked incorrectly I said well why havent you changed them and she said Im not the owner and dont set the prices yet all the candles were either 10 or 15. Dont understand why she charged me 30. She was on the phone the whole time I was there shopping with my mom. Never once asked if I needed help or anything. Other customers came and she was horrible to them as well. When we were ready to pay she said only cash because I dont know how to work the debit card machine, it doesnt work, is not connected again lots of excuses. Yes cash is easier but if your store clearly says we take all kind of payment at least you can do is train your employees or hire someone who knows how to work the machines. This happen on Saturday September 14 at around 11am. Please replace her of train her better at customer service. And if you really dont want customers to use debit cards please put a sing up that says cash only oh and please fix the prices of your inventory.

I find many curiosities when I go, I distro seeing everything they sell.

Very bad service I called the store I asked for something and the man who attends is not friendly I even disconnected my call

Is a small place maybe what they sell to take pense effect it was different than advertised
