I had a quite unpleasant call with them. I called in to ask for a quote for my windshield replacement. Everything was fine until I asked them if they can match a quote I had from another shop. He said they would not do that. After taking a deep inhale, he said I can just go to that shop to do the replacement, wished me a good day and disconnected the call before I had a chance to say anything. It is quite rude and unprofessional. Even if they would not match a quote from another shop, it is understandable and we can still work something out or end the call gracefully. Disappointing lack of manner from whoever took the phone call.

Tbh not good Customer service. You can tell when they want your Business & when someone is passionate about there job. When you take your nice car to anytype of shop. You want to make sure it doesnt feel like a stranger is doing the job. Good luck if you choose to come here. P.S. I didnt let them work on my car.

The custom glass in my conversion van sunroof exploded. Burien shop owner, Israel Tellez evaluated my problem but had no glass to replace it. However, he got on a ladder, cleaned the remaining glass shards, and then covered the open hole on my van roof with a secure plastic product - all this at NO charge to me. Additionally, Israel went the extra mile and located a nearby sunroof business who was able to replace the defective glass a few days later. DO NOT PASS THIS BUSINESS BY. Israel, you are the best!

1st off let me say this I was very excited that even tho they where booked for the day he still took my car in because I didnt need it back in a hurry. Well let me tell you Not only did I pay him early before it was even complete because he wouldnt be done before they closed, when I picked the car up after hrs since I had a spare key the stereo sounded horrible no bass at all the next day I went to pick up my key he said he would be there till 6pm at 5:15 he texted me a picture of my key inside of a planter box, now for the last 3 days Ive smelled something burning in my car and hes putting me on the back burner because hes booked till Monday THIS IS HORRIBLE VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE!

There was a small miscommunication which they resolved quickly and professionally. I had a rock chip fixed and two windows tinted, it was done in a couple of hours and the price was very competitive. Its been 3 weeks and I am very happy with their service. I will probably bring another of our cars here for tinting soon.

Wow! I’m not sure what anyone could do to top their customer service they have here.We brought our car in about two years ago not ever going to a window tinting establishment before. They took their time, asked what exactly we needed and made some suggestions based on what we said. They had some displays on the wall of different tint percentages, and well- it’s a bit difficult to tell just what’s what when it’s on the wall rather than on a car. So you know what they did? They brought us out and sat us in a couple of their own personal vehicles to show us the different tint percentages that they had and made sure we knew exactly what we wanted. They have great comparable if not beatable prices than those around them.Fast forward to the present day, and WOW! We had a couple of bubbles pop up only AFTER getting our car professionally detailed where they used a steam cleaner/pressure washer. We called up The Best Auto Glass & Tint and let them know about the bubbles a few days later after noticing they hadn’t gone away on their own. They said bring it on in! Their product is guaranteed for life no questions asked! This is almost two years after having it put in mind you. We brought it in, and within a couple hours we had a perfect tint job once again! Called in for service on a broken window thanks to theives prowling in the neighborhood. Customer service was prompt, set day and time for repairs on front passenger side. Dropped vehicle on time before time. Got truck back within a good time frame, same day of service before closing time. They vaccumed glasses that was shattered around the area where they had to service. I did pay for both glass and tintt but no tint on window to match it up with drivers side. I would need to make a call regarding that, maybe get my tint $$ back. Solid window, rolls up and down properly. Fast and quick service!

Window scratches, bubbling of tint, freaking electrical tape used to fill in missing tint spots..... run away from these guys and dont look back

OMG EWWWW THEY DESTROYED MY WINDOWS AND MY TINT. Never ever ever taking any of my cars there again. They charged me twice and sprayed water on to my dashboard and my electronics stopped work.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. I scheduled a windshield replacement for the business to come to my house, and no one ever showed up. Even after rescheduling a second time, no one showed up again. I was never notified of anyone being late/not showing up, and after calling the store I still never heard back. I highly recommend people to avoid using this place, unless they want to waste their time.

On our last day In Seattle visiting from Southern California, our car was broken into at our hotel while we were out sightseeing 😳. After calling around to a few places, The Best Auto, Glass and Tint had the friendliest person answering the phone which is why we went with them. They had our window had fast friendly service and a reasonable price! They were able to get us back on the road within a couple of hours! It would have sucked driving home in the snow with no window! Window tinting came out perfect on my 4runner! Reasonable rates... also did a great job on interior LEDs and new speakers. Couldnt be happier. Ive sent all my buddies here and theyve used them as well with wonderful results.

These guys are theifs they chrgeged me nearly 600.00 dollars for ceramic tinted windows and they dont evevn do ceramic they are liars and they will just charge you for a service they dont have .Now I had to file a law suit against them.And they never called me back .

Mary was extremely accommodating with pick up and drop off as I came down to watch the Jays games and could only have it done on a Saturday and pick it up Sunday when they were closed.I was nervous at first when they called me when I was out with friends saying they couldn’t do it in one piece. However, as that was what several other shops said would be the only option and refused to do, I decided to go ahead with it as by this point I figured it would never get done without taking the roof/ rear window out as some places I have seen on YouTube do.When I picked up the car Sunday I was shocked that they did it in one piece. My colleague/friend and I couldn’t see the seam anywhere and assumed they did it in one. It wasn’t until I spoke to them on Monday that I found out they did it in two.It was a perfect job that many other shops refused to do. Service was amazing and price was more than fair. I highly recommend anyone with a model three coming here to get your tint done!

Excellent customer service! they always help you with an answer to any of your questions. Unfortunately they stained my interior left trash and tools in the car upon pick up. For the price they charge I think it was just okay. But nice job on the tent. Driver window has some stuff in it but it still looks really good.

Had a couple hiccups at first but the owner saw it and took care of it immediately. I usually have 2 or 3 cars a year that needs tinting and since my last shop closed i was in desperate need for a good shop.As for the tint job we had a couple issues that we were able to resolve so 4 stars for that.Customer service is definitely 5 stars. Mary was very helpful and definitely cares and seems to love her job.Good shop just need a little attention to detail!

Can not explain to you how awesome this team is. Just had both my cars broken into yesterday and needed quality work done quickly at a reasonable price. After getting quotes from a few places a friend told me about this place and when I called they got me in the next morning and it cost exactly what they quoted. Windows look great and they matched tint perfectly. Couldnt be more impressed.

They did a good job, good customer service. Id recommend them. They did leave a bit of trimmings mess and a couple tools in my car though. (Small bubbles disappeared within a couple of days.)I have gone back for more work including windows, stereo, and electrical. Scheduling was a bit disorganized as there was a change in staff but customer service was very good, prices were excellent, and work was high quality.

Had one driver side rear window replaced. Window now rolls up funny and is not working properly plus they did not match my older tint on my other three windows. Timing was good but all in all I give 2 stars...

My Daughter brought her car in here for a windshield replacement. The company did a poor job with installation and 2 weeks after the installation, I discovered the seals and trim around the base of the windshield were not attached correctly. Made an appointment for The Best Auto Glass & Tint to fix their work. When my daughter brought the car in on the appointed date, they were unwilling to help her because she did not have a receipt. Mary the person working could not find the receipt on her computer. When I called, she was very rude on the phone and unwilling to demonstrate any customer serviceI cannot and would not recommend this shop, look else where in Burien if you need this type of Service.

Despite the name, NOT the best tint job. There were creases in my film, and slivers of missed coverage at the corners. I would rate the job as amateur at best. But the price was the best in town beating even the groupon by 40$. Even so, I still felt I over paid for the job done. Service was fast and friendly though, and in spite of my craftsmanship grievances they were knowledgeable.

Had my 2006 Honda Accord tinted 2 years ago and still looks great I just took my 2007 Mazda 3 last week for windshield and tint they did an excellent job. I Highly recommend them.

Brought car in for window that wouldnt roll up anymore. They quoted a range and ended up charging the highest quote. Got the car back with a window that worked but slower than before. Since it was tested with driver side controls didnt realize till a couple days later they had messed up the doors window button. Took it back in to have it fixed. They screwed around for 4 days before denying they broke it and wanting to charge to fix it. So I am going to my regular mechanic because he stands by his work.

Our car window was broken because of a break in while at a park, called these guys, asked about insurance, they gave us advice and info we needed to make our decision. Price was fair. Hopefully don’t have to go back, but would based on this first experience.

Exactly what I mean above.And the service you do is window tinting. Applying see through vinyl film over windows. Was asking about windshield protectant film. Which is basically tinting on the outside without and shade. Just clear. I would think you should have some knowledge or have a recommendation on who could do that.

They pulled the bait and switch on me. I got an estimate to install and tint a rear vent / quarter window. I had to get the window online because its an older model so its just installation. I was told it would be 50 to install the window plus 35 to tint it.I picked up my car and the window isnt tinted like all my other windows !! Im not happy about it at all

So i have a Bmw X5They replaced my front window about a month ago and did a good job so I decided to get my windows tinted here aswell. Absolutely love it and great customer service.

After their service, I found garbage (film trimmings) left all over inside and outside of the vehicle, nasty bubbles in the rear window around the defroster lines, and, oh, last but not least, the speaker wires on my stereo amplifier were twisted together (didnt stand there and watch it happen, but speaker wires dont have a track record of spontaneously twisting themselves together). Wont be returning here to have the bubbles fixed since I cant trust them near my car.
