I am very disappointed with burien Nissan sale department. Bought a preowned vehicle for more than 23k on September 17/21 and on October 24 the car broke down it didn’t start. Once we got to the dealer site they refused to do anything unless I paid out of my pocket, Mike the Manager said they got their money and I should expect that by buying a used car. After arguments, he said they got a good lawyer and I can do wherever I want to, they will not change their position, so I contacted the service department, they estimated the cost at $2500 to fix the car because I couldn’t afford it I paid $1025 for battery and transmission service. I can’t believe that Burien Nissan can do that to a customer, very sad, shameful and disgusted, I will not recommend Burien Nissan sale department to anybody.
Im happy to share that this story does not start with a complaint. Actually, this story has no complaints at all. The team was efficient and fast. Quick one-page application, they then shopped for the best interest rate, presented it to me, signed the papers, and was out the door. I had already selected the car I wanted to buy for my daughter. They also presented me with their best price/offer and I knew it was good as Id researched that make and model prior. This car was competitively priced for sure. This team is cohesive and service-focused for sure. I will return to buy another car from them very soon.

It took three hours, cost 360 dollars, and there was no person to person communication. So I sat there and waited for texts to confirm what service I was approving. There were three people at a counter apparently doing nothing so I dont know why they couldnt talk to me and at least told me it would be $360 to change the brake fluid. Really? That seems like a lot. Of course maybe if someone would have SPOKEN to me I would better understand the length of time I waited and/or the reason why it seems spendy.
Burien Nissan went far beyond their duty to get me my car. Including bringing it to me when I was unable to get over to them. Cindy did a great job. Thanks again for such a swift and smooth car purchase.

My last interaction with burien Nissan was the worst experience yet and has frankly made it so I never want to go back when I was previously a loyal customer. The reason for my coming in on that day was because I had purchased tires back on March 17 2021 and I now have a flat a little over 5 months later so I brought it in while it’s still under warranty and thought that it would have been a easy fix but instead the representative Ernest only complained about past customers after they had taken my car in the back and had it in the air for almost 3 hrs doing nothing he finally came to the waiting room to inform that they will not be doing anything on my car because the problem was not under warranty and if I wanted to fix the issue it would be another 200+ so I told him I’ll just take my vehicle else where and so he got a attitude and stormed off into the back and when I went to go get my keys back from him he said I had to pay 50$ for a patch repair but they did not repair anything or even touch my car which is completely unacceptable
Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. Working with Dee was great as his customer service is excellent. He helped make the overall process entertaining and go smoothly. I also liked how they text/emailed recommendations for us to accept or reject as we desired.

My Nissan needed a lot of work as I was getting close to 120,000 miles. Dee and the techs who worked on my car made sure I got what I needed fixed and left alone what passed inspection making sure I didn’t overpay for service. They even washed my car before delivering it back to me!

Terrible communication. They told me that Id get a call explaining whether or not the diagnostic tests would be covered by my warranty before the work started. Instead, they did the work and invoiced me before letting me know about the diagnostics. I clearly told the attendant that I dont want to proceed if I need to pay for the diagnostics.After I got the invoice, they told me that the warranty wont cover the tests, which I knew would be the response. Wont be going back to that dealership.

Worst possible experience that you can get. I have been a regular there for my Nissan’s servicing. Rude staff all around except the service manager, Daisy. They treat you as if they are doing you a favor, not doing a job for which they get paid! Once I spent 5 hours working remotely from their waiting lobby for just a simple oil change!!I was still going there for regular servicing, as this is the nearest Nissan Service station to me. I recently made a messed up my car due to a mistake of my own. They quoted me $1500 for the repairs. I agreed to pay and still my car kept sitting in their parking lot without any work done on it. I had to literally fight multiple times with the service staff to get my car repaired. They gave me no ETA, couldn’t update whether they had started working on my car and kept saying “we are working on other customers jobs”! How long does it take to ask your technician what’s the update on a specific car, when they are next door???Rude people, who don’t know what a customer is and how to treat them! They are not getting my business anymore! Stay away!

Ive been bringing our Rogue here for service for the past 2+ years and was having a good experience. It feels like things have changed and they have become much more aggressive in maintenance recommendations. They tried to get us to spend $2,000 just to diagnose (not fix) a transmission leak. Meanwhile we have no evidence in our garage of anything leaking. When we asked for clarification we were simply read the same report that was emailed to us. Im not a mechanic, but I know enough to understand when Im being pressured into repairs that are not critical. Now that my car is out of warranty Ill find somewhere else.

Oscar was very prompt in preparing the documents. I had the opposite experience at Rairdons Honda of Burien. I wanted to buy the Honda CR-V EX Hybrid, but I had a very unpleasant experience with the manager there. I now have a Nissan Rogue 2021 and it is a great vehicle.
I had the best experience ever the Store Manager Michael is just the greatest. I always feel pressure into buying vehicles. I actually dont like shopping for any vehicles, takes almost the whole day. We had great service at Burien Nissan. Shaheen and team were very informative on features and differences between different makes and models of the used cars we were looking at. The cars are super clean and in great condition. Their website is a great source of information on the vehicles on their lot and what is available on another lot of a sister dealership. I felt I received a fair price and that I was treated with respect. This is the 3rd car I have bought at this dealership. However, when I picked my car up they gas was almost empty and there were no car mats. I called and was hold that because it was a loaner the mats were gone.So I had to purchase mats (not inexpensive).I feel that once they had my money they didnt feel the need to take care of these issues.Will not take my business back to this dealership.

We went in to test drive a Leaf and we really liked it. When it came to the numbers we were given a quote, then one of the managers came over and said it was the wrong car that he gave us the price for... But he would honor the price if we bought it that night, but no pressure. (Apparently he is completely unaware of what no pressure means.) When we asked for a printout showing the price they refused and said we would could just take it somewhere else to get a better deal. I came back the next day to see what I could negotiate and they refused to even talk about the numbers even when I showed them comparable quotes. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I would only recommend this dealership to people I dislike, in the hopes they have a similar experience.
Not feeling good about the experience here today. Things were not explained to me, I was left waiting for a long time, and it doesnt make sense to me that a 2019 city commuter vehicle with less that 20k miles and no accident history would require the amount of expensive work they diagnosed and planned for. Will not be returning, even if it means a longer drive for service.

The only reason I came back was to receive my free oil change due to a discrepancy from a prior visit. Once again I was treated like the bad guy. I should have received two oil changes for free because it cost me $85 to replace the K&N Filter that they lost. Their response was it must have happened someplace else. I will take my business to the Renton dealership.
George, the sales manager was very helpful. I bought a new 2020 Nissan Frontier Pick-up truck. On the way home I realized it did not have the three things I had been seeing in my test drives. Thermometer and compass displayed in the rear-view mirror and heated seats. When I took the truck back, it was a used truck. But George called all around the state to find a King Cab that had what I wanted, then negotiated a deal with the Nissan dealer in Tacoma so I could drive down to Tacoma and trade in my truck for another new one paying only the difference in sticker price. Now that is what I call going above and beyond the call of duty. When it comes time for me to trade in this truck, I am going back to Burien Nissan.
Horrible sales & no customer service,. I was sold an Acura RDX, with a worn out battery, old brakes, a rear back light with damage which you can only see when the sun hits it, and a couple rear scratches (which someone used white out or paint to match the color of the car). Always take your time and pay close attention to the smallest detail. There was no accountability and I had to follow-up, I will never purchase from here..

It took almost 2 hours for an oil change. I had an appointment. Not ok. Then they didnt wash my car. They did give me a voucher to get a car wash, but where was the location? I had to look it up. Then they told me I should think about changing the brakes. They were at 3. I just replaces them myself 2 weeks prior. I asked the gal if she was sure. We went and asked the service guys....they based it off last times oil change. I do not feel safe now leaving my car in their hands. I will never bring my car back. They didnt even check. That is a safety issue. Major. Makes me wonder about the feont brakes. Arw they safe or not? Not cool at all.
Dee P. was a great advisor! I was an hour late for my appointment, but when I got there he greeted me and still checked in my car. He listened to my concerns and addressed everything wrong with the vehicle. He even went a step beyond and took care of the tree sap my car was covered in! When he realized the repair were going to take longer than expected, he put me in a loaner car to make sure I could continue with day to day activities. Thanks Dee! See you next year.

I like Burien Nissan, and have had good experiences there.However, like most dealers repairing your car there is highly risky in that you will be overcharged for parts. For instance, I was quoted today for a 1,300 exhaust tube, which with just a little searching, the same non-OEM part costs $240. I ended up using a local muffler shop and saving over $1,000. It would have been nice for them to be more transparent. I’d still buy a car there, just be careful with service.

$4,573 for service but car runs like new. Had the ECM go out on me while driving down the freeway at full speed and lost control of steering, due to experience was able to pull off safely and get my car towed home then to this dealership (through AAA). With all that said just to start looking at my car the vehicle dx check was $166, came out to $212 with tax. Then the ECM was $2000 to replace, took them a few more days than predicted to get it in stock but their is a shortage of that part right now, and out of the service departments control, they were very nice and called to explain the delay 2 hours before I was supposed to pick up my vehicle becausethe part didnt come in on their shipment for the day. When talking nicely with them they were able to give me a discount for the delay, it is up to their discretion. Will warn you Friday/Saturday are their busiest it is hard to get a hold of them sometimes but they always get back to you when they can, and were very responsive and respectful when I asked questions. The other $2200 was for 2 new front tires new brakes on all 4 tires, coolant/fluids flush, 4 spark plugs, a cylinder coil for the 100,000 mile check up/ tuning. I bought this car used 2 years ago but was delaying on the maintenance besides regular oil changes. $300 was Seattle Taxes. My friend goes to the Puyallup Nissan and says the prices are slightly better but I think the prices are standard and it is just the taxes imposed at each location. Overall car came out 5 stars, 5 starts customer service, 4 stars for pricing because it was still $$$, 4 stars for speed.

The new system where you can choose the additional service you want done from your phone and get updates via text is great for me. Everything was done well, I got regular updates on the timeline for completion, and the entire process was stress free.
The worst experience I’ve had here is a couple years ago when they were really busy. They didn’t put my windshield wipers on (even though they said they did), and when I asked them why they were in the back seat, they told me I’d bought the wrong ones, I think because they were trying to get me out of there. (But I put them on myself later that day.)Since then, I’ve always had good experiences, including today with Rachel and whoever else looked at my car. They found important things I needed to fix/replace, like air filters etc. I spent more than I wanted to, but I trust that what they recommended was stuff that was actually necessary, not just padding my bill. And Rachel was a delight to talk to.The waiting area is spacious and chairs kept far apart, so I felt pretty safe even when there were a few other people waiting.
Most of the time they wash and vacuum the car when I get work done but not this time. Not a big deal, just nice to have it done. I have always been very pleased with the service I got from Burien Nissan.
In the middle of winter my car was struggling with sporadic heat. The windows would fog up and it was unsafe to drive in inclement weather. I knew I had to bring it in to Burien Nissan. They’re friendly, dependable, and honest. I can always count on them to do a great job.I appreciate the quality service that they give whether it be an oil change or replacing my heating system. Fair price easy to work with was very happy with my car.
I had my Nissan Leaf 13 towed to this dealership knowing in the past I have been able to charge my battery at Nissan dealerships. The charger at this location was/is broken and the service department was not that friendly when I approached them about the issue. They were unwilling to loan me a slow charger so I could get my car to the nearest charging station with the charger that fits my car. I am in the market for a newer car but will not be bringing my business to them.
Strictly regarding the service center, customer service was poor. Ive experienced a similar concern in several places throughout Washington state. Staff stuggled identifying me by correct name (including link to this survey), no feedback/input/suggestions or questions/comments during or after service. I was simply given the payment and sent on my way.This center does not have a robust inventory (did not hold one part needed for this visit). This was unfortunate as I could have completed this service myself. Paying over $100 for a 0.5 hour service I had hoped there would be some kind of complementary service (going in to change out battery terminals, perhaps offers like adding some terminal/post protection spray.. or changing out ALL components rather than just the end nodes).Would not recommend coming here for basic maintenance (overpriced and inconvenient depending on issue). Only reason I came into the dealer in lieu of replacing parts independently is because it is a new vehicle, and I am used to other states (Idaho for example) providing much more helpful service, considering owning a vehicle does require ongoing maintenance.Positive: I was scheduled quickly, and service was completed in a timely manner.

I bought my car at this location in 2013 when it was Car Pros Burien Nissan. Since it turned into a non-Car Pros dealership, it has gone significantly downhill in terms of the service department. They could never seem to replicate the strange sounds my car was making, even when they were nearly constant whenever I drove it. It took years for them to give me any idea of what the sound was that just got worse and worse over time. The prices they offered to fix the issues were astronomical, so I picked up my car and will take it somewhere else. Avoid for service on your Nissan.

I had been looking for a car for about 8 months. I had preapproval through Capital One and used auto navigator to narrow down my options. I had been in contact with Monica via email, so I texted her on a Saturday to see if she was in and we made an appt for Sunday morning. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a product specialist- Maribel. She had the car pulled around in no time and we were on our test drive. I liked the car. It was adequate. Maribel was helpful in telling me about the car, gas, warranties, etc. She answered every single question with ease. Like I said, the car was adequate, but not perfect. Maribel and the sales manager worked with me until I wasnt hesitant anymore. The car I brought home was perfect for me and even in the middle of my options...when I got hungry, Maribel got us some pizza. I am very happy with my purchase. Maribel went above and beyond to send me away with what I wanted. There was no pressure. I was in and out of finance in 15 minutes and my car is a true Black Beauty.

Last summer we bought a 2018 Nissan Sentra from this location and then the push button didn’t work at times. I took the car to get the push start button looked at two times and one time they even kept It for a week and were unable to find the issue. Once I got my car back, I was told everything was fine.That same weekend I went to Portland, Oregon and again the car was not turning on due to the same issue. I had a toll truck help me take it to the nearest Nissan, which was in Portland. The car remained in Oregon for a week and they were able to find a defective cable which was not allowing the car to turn on.When I left the car in the Portland Nissan I called the Nissan in Burien and they told me they would reimburse the money that I had to pay to rent a car from enterprise. A week later they had my car ready so I went back to Portland to get my car. The repair was free cause it is under warranty but, I payed $553 for the car rental with enterprise. Then after talking to Nissan in Aubern they still don’t want to keep their word and reimburse me for the car rental. I didn’t buy a 2018 car from you guys to be having to rent a car and then being lied to and not getting reimbursed.

The main purpose of my visit was routine maintenance, however, I also had water on the floor of the front passenger seat. Burien Nissan found and fixed the leak. Basically, the drainage system for the sun roof was clogged. they fixed the problem and were able to remove all of the mold & mildew from the carpet. The service was very quick, considering the problem. Rachel Pardot contacted me several times and was very clear and courteous. I was very pleased with everything and I always enjoy taking my car to Burien Nissan. I always feel very confident in their work.
