I never considered Rent a Center when looking for a new phone. I am so glad I stumbled across them in my search! Keyon and Kathleen were so helpful and such a pleasure to work with work! Im a customer for life. They have so many items to choose from as well. Next payday Im getting an arcade game

I paid up front for delivery of a recliner on July 21st. It was supposed to be delivered this morning, July 24th, between 10-12. It showed up at 10 pm through no fault of their own.. The delivery people were really nice and efficient so that saved the day. Had the recliner been delivered on time I would have given 5 stars.

One of the worse customer services ever, so is 10/8 and i purchased furniture earlier in the week and scheduled for delivery today 10/8 between 3-5pm. I had to call at 4pm to see if my delivery was still happening. Spoke with 2 managers and they said they have no drivers or no one to deliver. But they didnt have the courtesy to call all their scheduled deliveries to reschedule. She said it just happened im the only one at the store, cant leave. Im not asking her to deliver but if at the beginning of the day when they open at 10am they should know if they have drivers for the day and a calendar that shows what deliveries they have the day off. She. Asked she can only really schedule asked what time im available, i already told them my availability today 10/8 between 3-5 left work early to make sure i would receive the furniture. Now shes telling me to let her know the time and theyll be there when im free lol. Told them 10-12 or 2-4 clearly 10 didnt work 🤦🏼‍♂️. Bunch of unprofessional peasants10/12- after delivering my items they managed to forget my fireplace, kathy called me the same day and apologized for the confusion and that they would deliver it first thing tomorrow 10/12. Spoke with her during the day at 11am to confirm she said yes i would receive the fireplace. Called again when i got home around 6 and she promised me yes she would deliver it personally after she got out of work at 7pm. It is 8:46pm and im still sitting here waiting to see if she actually shows up. I will never buy anything from this company again. The false promises and the level of unprofessional employees is just something i refuse to go through again.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!Our refrigerator died right before the 4th of July holiday with no service people available for a week so I called Rent-A-Center and they had a refrigerator they could loan me right away. Unfortunately their truck driver was not available so they discounted my rental if I could find a delivery person, which I was able to find and hour before they closed. They processed my paper work very quickly and waited for the delivery person to arrive. They saved us BIG TIME! Thanks Mary!

Filled out app on a Saturday was told it would be ready Monday, called Monday they said they would call by 345 pm, 4pm comes by no call so I called, there Was a problem with them getting a hold of my employer so I sent them my paystubs. They said they would call by 445 to let me know. 445 comes around I call them to see what’s going on and nobody answers the phone just keeps ringing. Definitely would not recommend using this rent a center they never call you back. Even worse you guys are open til 7 pm

I knew what I was getting into when I went to this place and they definitely didnt disappoint just a nightmare they dont explain hardly anything to you then later when theyre trying to take money out of your account for no reason youre like what are you doing. I was raised to always pay cash for my pleasures and I should have followed my upbringing.

Its started off as an ok experience, ordered a TV and a stand. Delivery was supposed to be Thursday, Thursday rolls around no call nothing, around 6pm I call them and they say truck broke down wasnt able to deliver that I would be first thing Friday between 10am and noon, 1145am get a call that delivery cant happen as I didnt fill out the autopay thing. Well then I just canceled as I would have to wait more time. Something like that should have been told before not at the last minute as Im wasting my days.

Was in this store to rent a computer I wanted a new one the manger she said showed me a new PC after filling my paper work because I asked her what do it look like ? Kafaline I think thats how u spill her name, she show me and brand new HP computer the color was grey we then finished with the paper work gave her the first down payment and she said she going to verify my info so I left she called me back and said I could pick up the computer I got back there was someone by the name of Bryant he finish the paper work only to try and sale me a used pc and got mad me because I didnt want it I felt like a victim and I wasnt going by a pc that was used PERIOD he got so upset he put my money back on my debit card. KAFALINE, and BRYANT are deceiving, liars. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY ARE SAYING

This place was so friendly. I loved how kind and professional they were. They took their time and explained everything. Breaking down the contract so even someone like me could understand.

Rented a bed from here before last year and paid it off so I thought why not go ahead and do the same for my living room furniture this time. They waited an entire week (the day of delivery) to tell me that my verification failed (this was never a thing before and I wasnt made aware that it was a new thing they were doing until I called about the delivery) so they wouldnt be delivering the furniture; that was after I called to figure out what was going on with the delivery. Whoever Brian is that called me, didnt leave a message or call me back the first time I called and of course the store manager wasnt there to give me any answers whatsoever. NEVER using this Rent-A-Center again 🙄

I went to Rent A Center to rent to own because most of us cant go and pay in cash, but 6 months same as cash doesnt sound to bad right well let me tell you reading the whole contract before you sign doesnt mean a thing with them because when disputing the written word I was told about other fees I was paying for that wasnt even in small print its how they explain discrepancies when questioned about your bill so if youre smart dont do business with Rent A Center pick Aarons or some other rent to own company they may be a bit more expensive but they dont hit you with a bunch of hidden charges and tell you theyre taxes or insurance, Im ending up paying about 150.00 in taxes on my purchase which is a damn shame

I have never been in this store but I have worked with them over the phone and they were amazing. I had an unusual request for a recliner chair and they made every effort to make it happen for me. Great people here

Alright experience, wish some things could have been done better but overall decent experience.

Order a couch and a dining table. Love the products but unfortunately the 2 guys that came to move the stuff in my house end up cracking the marple dining table on 2 of the corners and scratched some spot on the couches and scratched my wood floor too.

I have nothing but a truely great experience the Manager Jake has always been very friendly and has alot of knowledge on the product he carries they are always giving awesome deals with great quality items!!! Larry another employee there went above and beyond to help me get the right bunk beds for my kids room by coming his self and personally picking up my payment because I had know way of bringing it in what a trust worthy guy!! Thanks Rent A Center you have a awesome team!!Thank you Susan
