Great store here in Burbank, with great staff! Visited 24th if august and Christmas is starting. Way to soon if you ask me. And I love Christmas...

Its a big store and their selection of items is great. However the downside is they have 12 registers and only have 2 of them open, one for returns and one for purchasing. The wait was over 20 minutes. Definitely not a good experience on a weekday. I dont even want to imagine what its like on the weekend.

Love this place get my arts and crafts supplies here. My hobby is quilling and their stock on quilling materials is very limited wish they would carry more

Really great experience. The way I was treated. So many different varieties to choose from. I go in with one idea and end up coming out with a hundred more. The employees made me feel as though I was part of their family.

They are super stocked up, Soo many things to see....crafts, decorations, some furniture, you will definitely find something to take home. Gave it three stars though because the staff isnt welcoming. Passed by 5 or 6 people and they didnt even acknowledge I was there. I tried saying good morning twice and ended up giving up.

They always have great selection of home decorations for all occasions and holidays. Dont shy away from their clearance isle they have great merchandise at a very low fraction of the original price.

Great place, I really enjoyed seeing the variety of unique decorative furniture, frames, ect in all style form & also the craft supplies.

Staff isnt well versed in their own sales. Got overcharged twice, still couldnt get it fixed.Items are always fun in here, theres a lot more variety in cosplay supplies now too. I just wish the customer service lived up to it..

While I know everyone has their own opinions of the owners of hobby lobby I have to say that I can’t hold it against the staff of this store as they have always been friendly and applaud especially their framing department who have always been kind and courteous. We have loved the completed work and will be coming back despite the owners beliefs.

This place is hugh with countless choices and selection of quality merchandise at affordable prices, and sometimes on sale, and has a great return policy. Their staff is always pleasant and helpful, and the entire store is always clean. During some seasons, some merchandise are on sale, as much as half off. I love every store Ive shopped at. Cant say enough good things about their business.

Beautiful store well stocked. Big variety of merchandise, however when I arrived at the check stand, the cashier insisted that non of the items in my basket were on sale even though they were clearly marked. I was out of time, so I only spent $9.00 there. I am disappointed.

I can easily spend a couple hours shopping for yarns and other craft materials each time I go. They have a wide range of yarn selections and it makes me happy just by looking at them

This store is so big with such a wide selection of home decor and crafting items its amazing. Their open stock scrapbook paper is four for a dollar! They have a great variety of stickers as well as specialty items. Great selection of kids crafts supplies and high-end art supplies. The few times I have been they always have a sale on some section that I like. the only thing that really bothers me is that when I go I usually buy a lot of stuff since I dont go often and they have to manually input every single item price and category. That seems very inefficient. If you are buying a lot be prepared to wait a while and get annoyed looks and audible sighs from the people behind you. If you can get past that its an amazing store. Crafters heaven!

Dont shop here, or if you do, make sure to take photos of the prices of things. They display prices and sales and then suddenly its not on sale when you get to the register. Then you have to put up with their customer service to get the right price. Seriously dont spend any money here. I would rather burn my money than give any of it to this awful company.

I do not agree with the politics of the family that runs this company, but I do love Hobby Lobby especially the one in Burbank. Because of this I try to look elsewhere for what I need before coming here. There’s always specials clearances and sales to be had, and I’ve gotten great deals on frames and pictures that hang in my home. The staff is always helpful in trying to find what you need. I’m a hobbyist and I always find it satisfying when I find what I need that I’m looking for and it’s at Hobby Lobby!

I do not recommend shopping here. The staff and customer service are great, however I bought over $300 in decor and decided not to use most of it. Time got away from me and when I went to return it they wanted to give me $0.90 for a decor piece that cost me $45.99, stating that it was an item from last season. So needless to say, I will not be back here for anything. Id much rather get decor elsewhere where they dont bank on using the out of season excuse.

Theres so much in this store. Like, so much. The people who work there have a pretty decent grasp on the location of items Im looking for, every now and again Ill stumble upon a new employee who is still catching their bearings.4 stars because even though there is an abundance of cash registers, I will still end up waiting 10-15 minutes in line during any time after 2pm. People tend to get crafty after work, and will swing by the store. All cash registers are full and they tend to go so slow.
