Absolutely rude.I had three different sales associates walk up to me within 5 minutes of arriving. I didnt pay it any mind until I heard the male customer in line pipe up loudly saying She has blue hair, she MUST be doing SOMETHING illegal.... After I heard this I looked up to find that I was the only person with colorful hair in the store. I attempted to shrug the weird feeling off as something other than it was. Then I was approached by two more sales associates. I was there for maybe 20 minutes total. As I went through check out, the CLEAR makeup case I bought was opened and thoroughly checked. When it came to my total I was asked if I wanted to use the points Ive accrued. I asked for short layers on my long hair, V shaped, but I got like three layers of my hair cut straight across. I even showed pictures of what I wanted. Other than that very nice people!

So the place is easy to get to, has a lot of parking, and a wide assortment of cosmetics available. Ulta offers many deals and has a buyers reward system in points. The problem I have with the place is the employees. Yes they may know where that eyeliner your looking for is, can direct you in hair styling products and assist you with testing the products out. BUT none of the employees are trained what so ever in makeup. They dont know which skincare is best for your face, which color is best for your skin tone, or assist in any specific individual concerns. I just try to pick the women who has the best looking makeup and ask her. But overall the place is always stocked up on beauty deals and has a large array of options

I had my hair cut, this lady charge me $90(deep condition included she said), she did NOT did a deep condition, she left a regular conditioner for 1 min, blowing dry and used the wrong tool to iron my hair, I ask for a Bob hair cut, and I end up with a differen hair cut and all the end of my hair burned, I had to go to different place to re cut my hair, unbelievable 🤬, never going back thete...

OMG STEVEN!! Was amazing ladies and gentz. He gave me great advice on make up let me tell you I looked glamorous for my wedding anniversary! He was the best I wanted to steal him and take him home. We had such a great experience and I highly recommend

After being a loyal customer for 2 years the only thing that urged me to make a 5 star review was Manu! She was very sweet and genuinely kind (not to mention gorgeous!) Was told that an item was in stock in the store so my card got charged, then I was sent an email a few hours later saying the item was no longer in stock. It would have been helpful to know it was out of stock on the website or over the phone prior to me paying. Get it together!

Its hard to give a cosmetic store this rating, but this one gets it. Not only does it get it for the location thats easy to get to in Burbank oh, but it gets it for parking and for having a multitude of cosmetic items. The real reason though, is the knowledgeable and immensely helpful staff to walk you through anything you may need and to suggest well priced items instead of always pushing you towards the most expensive. Im impressed and thats not easy to do in a cosmetic store.

The young lady that helped us was very helpful. She did a mini makeover on me and suggested colors for me based on my skin tone. I really did enjoy the attention and happy with my purchase after I got home.

First of all this is my go to Ulta store location. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful when it comes to helping me decide on products. The layout of the store is simply well put together. I personally find everything with ease maybe I go to often but the first time I went it was that way too. They carry the most when it comes to other Ultas. I am always happy with my experience.

I love this place. Girls are always open to help answer any questions. Lines are sometimes long but move quickly. Not a great place for walk-in appointments so I suggest calling ahead for hair services.

I thought this place did really good haircuts. I mean I guess they do, but there was just this one lady who really just wanted to get out of work and I was her last customer. I asked for a very simple haircut—I even showed her a picture. Throughout the haircut, she would constantly tell me how she just wanted to go home. I got scared thinking if it was still a great idea to have her cut my hair since she was kind of acting like she’s in a rush. Anyways long story short, she cut my hair and it was nothing like the haircut I showed her. I haven’t cut my hair in 3 year and I was already hesitant for her to cut it. It was really bad and I cried at the salon and she wasn’t even apologetic. Upon complaining to her manager, she had the audacity to cut me off and talk over me. Thanks ulta.

While I love that they have so many brands in one place, its always a mess, no one ever wants to help you, when they do help they are not knowledgeable about products, half of the items dont have prices, and I hate that theres no makeup remover readily available. I can always find alcohol and hand sanitizer, but in a beauty store that is filled with products to try, not having makeup remover out is crazy. This review is for Ulta in general. Multiple locations have disappointed me.

Ulta is great because they carry super high end products as well as the great drugstore brands such as Maybelline and Revlon. Theyve recently started to carry some new brands such as Morphe (great!) And brands Im not familiar with but have some lovely makeup that youll want to try. Also perfumes, top brand nail polish and the best brands of hair products available. Sometimes they have online only sales and might offer buy one get one free or get one half price so check their website and online flyer. Always download your 20% coupon before you go, they offer it every week.

Always closing early. Had a return today and they already locked up at 650 when they close at 7. I understand not wanting to stay over but make an announcement to people as they enter or lock up at 7.

It has all your beauty needs...hair, makeup, body from top end to more affordable. Staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable about all the different products. Best thing to me is return policy! I had an allergic reaction to a product and even though I had used part of it, I was able to get a full refund. Wrong shade, wrong whatever... Full refund 👍

I enjoy the store and the various makeup products available but today the experience was different. I went into the store looking for a specific lipstick. When I couldnt find it, I went to an associate who happened to be talking with another employee. I interrupted to ask if they had this brand or anything like that. I was told no, we do not carry that brand, its only online. I was not offered help looking for something similar or told some of the other matte lipsticks just No, we dont sell that. They then proceeded to carry on with their prior conversation. I might be looking into shopping at another Ulta or makeup store in general. Ive also told some of my girlfriends of prior unhappy experiences at the particular Ulta store.

I’m new Ulta customer Came here since my salon is closed. Customers are allowed to remove their masks while smelling perfume. If that concerns you don’t shop here. I won’t anymore.

They are clean and well stocked. It runs the gamut with staff though. While the cashiers are always lovely, the staff on the floor is either amazingly knowledgeable and ready to go above and beyond to help, or hard to find and seemingly annoyed about answering questions.

There is so much to look at. Its not always easy to find help, but if you look around, assuming youre in the right store, your sure to find something that will help you out, whatever your beauty need.

Not that many staff on the floor for beginners like me to get help. They had a person stocking so it was hard to go through the aisle since there where a lot of customers. There was a young mom there and two staff members pretended to want to see the baby because they assumed she was stealing. The mom clearly had the baby in her arms but they still checked for the baby inside the stroller. I know a rule in retail is you cant check people and they did just that.

I’m used to go to Sally’s and this is such an upgrade all the best products in one place, love to shop here on this side of town

So just tried calling to set up an eyebrow waxing. Cause you cant set that up on the site like a haircut. Called she said she would go check be right back. What should have taken couple minutes. Took 15 min then I hung up. Really not good.

A Clean and organized place but I give them 2 stars because there are never enough team members around. Then there is always two people ringing people out and theres a huge line.

Found one of the stylists to be really friendly and extremely skilled. The salon is always pretty busy and the customer service is great. The rest of the store gets the low stars because the makeup artists and the people on the floor are constantly cuddled up chatting with each other. They dont seem to ever want to help. Ive gotten an attitude from a guy when I interrupted his private conversation just ask him for help. And lastly the checkout lines are always exceedingly long and they are very very slow. I usually take my purchases back to the salon and buy them there.

I went to the mac section and booked an appointment for makeup!onn the material day Unfortunately, i was 20min late and i asked the lady to just do my face without working on the eyebrows. Boy did she go round in circles for another 20min plus. I could clearly tell she didnt want to work on my face.. She later came and did the worst makeup ever.

I went around 2pm during the week and it was crowded, long lines, gaggle of children blocking aisles or sitting along the wall like its a school field trip. Parking lot is a mess. Save yourself the headache of dealing with incompetent drivers, congested store and just order online. They were also low in stock on many products so its not worth the hastle.

Like this place due to the wife finding all that she needed. Didnt even have to stop at another Ulta to find what she needed!

Ive had some very bad customer experience here as well. The staff was standing around chatting and when I walked up to them to ask a question I was practically dismissed. I found the check out people quite cheery though. The last time I went in, I asked a stylist for help with something that was out of stock on the shelves, not realizing that she was a stylist. She then looked for someone to take over the search, gave up and went looking for the stock herself.

We at their store at 10:10 AM. Even thou the start time is 10:00 AM the doors were lock and the refused to open. We will never go back to this store ever again!

I was in the area and needed to stop by for a deal. My overall experience was bad, customer service was terrible. They dont acknowledge you and at check out, and as if to make it a full experience, theyre rude. I love Ulta and seriously this location needs better HR management. If 0 stars were an option thats what I would rate it. I will never stop by this Ulta establishment again!!!!!!

I dont know why this ULTA has to such a low review score! Its FANTASTIC!!! The girls are the nicest and theyre always ready to help with a smile on their faces. Ive been to plenty of Ultas all over the state sthg a list of things I have to take with me to Europe This one had everything I needed and even more It does lack on Morphe stock tho, but one could easily drive 10 min to the Burbank Morphe store and get what one needs there. I love this place because everyone there is very friendly and helpful. Also because they have everything, or almost everything you could ever need for your beauty care needs. Everything from the expensive brands, like Sebastian, Paul Mitchell, and bareMinerals to the drugstore brands such as Revlon, Cover Girl and Maybelline. They have a perks card that doesnt cost you a dime to sign up for, and the more you spend with the card, you have the option to use a credit on your next purchase. You also would get monthly specials in a booklet and coupons. Its very easy to find yourself spending hours here, browsing and sampling everything. There is even a beauty bar/salon inside. Parking is plentiful.

Manager and most the employees are extremely rude. It makes me uncomfortable to come to this ulta but sadly its the only one near by for me.

Almost all of the shelves had broken, messy products. The Ulta section was unbearable. None of their multiple staff members spoke a word to me. I came and went without anyone batting an eye. This has put me off Ulta altogether.

I absolutely love this ulta! Way way way better then the northridge one. Northridge ulta has very rude employees. Who if you ask me don’t know what they are doing. And this past weekend I had a hair appointment for the first time ever at this place and let me tell you I had the best experience!!! And my hairstylist Christina was AMAZING!!!! My hair turned out better then I could have imaging it had life to it once again! She made me experience awsome she gave me tips on how to maintain my hair. I’m excited to go back in 2 months for my glaze! Great hairstylist!

I normally get the scalp reliep shampoo by redken from this place its pricy buy worth it and its really helping my scalp in the winter time, they have products that you can find at Macys cheaper or use coupon sometimes but at Ulta I never been successful to apply a coupon tho most I got once was $4.00 off $25.00 ...They have professionals do hair and make up but you have to have an appointment.They have shelf with products thats on sale but truly nothing useful tgere, all the good items are pricy....If you have hair or skin problem or you are the type that take a good care of yourself then this is your heaven on Earth....
