I am so happy and so excited for everyone at Morphe to finally have opened their first store and of course what better area than Glendale/Burbank among the other meccas of Frends, Nigels, & Naimies.This place may be deemed small, but they have only showed you half of it, there is potential and a possibility that they will expand. But think about it, they only sell brushes & eyeshadows for right now, how big does it need to be?They have their own lot which is shared with other business which always seem closed (went there on a Weds afternoon) and it was empty. A lot of open parking and there is FREE street parking along the side.It wasnt that busy when we went in, there were like 3 other customers in there besides a friend and I, so didnt seemed cramped at all. I am happy that I didnt make it to their grand opening because crowds drive me crazy.They have EVERYTHING that you could possibly need in regards to brushes, they carry synthetic to badger all of which are great quality. I love the fact that they have sample brushes for you to touch and feel and use with the makeup rather than having to open up a brand new one and put your grubby fingers on it. The pro discount is great and makes the cost of the brush next to nothing! :)On to the shadows, LOVE LOVE LOVE! I was very surprised by the quality of the shadows. like REALLY surprised, especially at $2 a pop? What the, are you kidding me? I was a fan of more of their shimmers than their matte, but thats just me. I ended up coming home with 30 of them.Now on to the customer service, EVERYONE now I mean EVERYONE was wonderful. Linda helped us a majority of the time that we were their & she is an absolute sweetheart. Shes actually Owner? (Co Owner? sorry forgot :/) & spent the time answering all of our questions & told us how they started & was just warm & friendly. Thank you again for making us feel welcome & answering all our questions! Would definitely come back again!!Congratulations to the Morphe Team!!! So happy for you all!

Bring a hat or wear sun screen but dont worry the line moves fast! Youll love the rare and unique selection of brushes and at that price youll want to grab a bunch! They had the Jaclyn Hill Palette in stock which was sold out everywhere. Friendly staff will help you find what you need. Although its busy, the checkout line moves fast.

I wish there was another Morphe store in L.A. because unfortunately this location has some bothered and easily annoyed employees working here. Walked in a couple weeks ago looking for some brush sets that I seen online and when I asked a sales woman for them she quickly rolled her eyes claiming shed never heard of that promotion and didnt know what I was talking about. So quick to make a customer feel stupid rather than taking the time to help me out and double check what it was I was talking about. Which I ended finding No Thanks To Her! The 3-stars are only for the prices of their merchandise not the awful Customer Service.

Happily got my Jaclyn hill palette as well as some really great affordable brushes. I love Morphe as a brand and being in store feeling and touching their products is a very pleasant experience. The store is smaller than I expected but employees are very nice.

What an amazing store. Im not from L.A, Im not even from the USA. We dont have this store up in Canada so I didnt know what to expect. When I first walked up I have to admit I was a bit intimidated. The inside looked like that of a MAC Cosmetics and I assumed the staff would act the same way MACs staff does. NOT so, the staff members I interacted with were so down to earth. I was there for Jeffree Star Cosmetics and the one staffer ran back and forth for me just trying to find everything I wanted. At one point I told her it was okay of they didnt have stock and she would not give up. In the end she found my lip bundle. She was so nice, she realized I was from out of town and didnt not want me to get my stuff.

I went there.. I ask for a foundation and they were out,then I ask for a translucent powder and they were out, I asked for a eyebrow cream and they were out and a the and I ask for a package of brushes and guess what!!?? They were out of it!! Finally I just got a lipstick and a highlighter pallet 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️

Store is very clean and the ladies working there were beautiful and friendly.. i had a few make-up questions and they didnt hesitant to help me. They did great with making sure to uphold the social distance rule without making anyone feeling uncomfortable!

The girl matching my color was rude. The make up brand is good, but the service sucks! 4 stars for the brand, but the service is a 0.

The place is small but the make up definently are set in good price ranges. I got pallette for $20, Matte Lipstick for $3, Brushes for $40. The brushes range from $13-100. Its a very small place but the lines are fast and the staff if super helpful.

Since Covid I had to wait outside since it was a maximum capacity and yes I understand that, but if you see workers talking to each other right by the door at least one worker should be courteous, go outside to let the customer in but no they kept on talking. Its okay you lost a customer.

I had a really good experience here yesterday. This morphe is much cleaner than others that I’ve been too. Their testers are clean & fresh. The only thing I have to say is that their customer service wasn’t super great, but not bad.

I absolutely love Morphe! Great products for great prices! They have great selection, its like makeup heaven! It is usually busy and sometimes the line is crazy but they always make the line move as fast as possible. The store is always clean and organized. Everyone is so friendly. I love the brand, pricing and product so much that i made it on of my pit stops on my trip to LA last week and unfortunately I didnt even go in... i was super excited and i noticed there was a line so naturally i was just going to ask someone in line if there was something special going on and as i was walking closer the security lady rudely asked me to move my car i replied be letting her know i just had a quick question and she didnt even left finish and just kept telling me to move my car and honestly i know i should not have let that get to me but i did and it felt ruined so i just left. So long story short i love the brand hence the 5 stars but id give it a 1 star for security and set up the story does look tiny from the outside and parking obviously was impossible.

Great place plenty to choose from. They have awesome pallets and make up brushes. Their brushes are really soft and they blend well. If you havent visit this place give it a vsit. Their eye shadow pallets are great and they have so many to choose from .

I placed an order on Friday for 350M. Almost a week ago now. Last night I received an email that my refund had been processed. What? Why? I didnt ask for a refund. I havent even received the product. So I call. I wait on hold for 8 minutes while she researched why it was cancelled. She comes back and advises she cannot find out why the order was cancelled. But I did receive a full refund. So I can go ahead and place my order again. That is not a sufficient answer. Its not even an answer! I shouldnt have to process a new order. There needs to be a fix on the businesses end. You cant tell a consumer their order was cancelled and dont know why. And leave it at that. Why would I place another order without faith you wont just automatically refund it again. Thanks for the refund, but I ordered the product because I wanted it, not the money! Ridiculous.

Great prices, parking is metered but not hard to find. Youll usually have to find products yourself (especially on the weekends) as the staff tend to group into corners to chat. If you ask a staff member for help, they will stare at you and then one of them will take initiative and help. The cashiers are only helpful if there is not a line up, usually there is.

Amazing neat store has everything Morphe! No parking so look for some as soon as you less then a mile away. All the staff was really nice and friendly! It really was a nice store!

I love morphe products, was visiting the LA area so it was a must stop for me. Staff was very professional, friendly and made great recommendations on what I was looking for. Very clean store which is a plus for me, especially dealing with facial products.

Came to shop here for a Christmas gift for my little sister a few days ago and there was like maybe 4 or 5 beauty advisors 2 of them which were very friendly and helped me out, but when I got to the register another beauty advisor was not so friendly and had like a stuck up attitude. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location anymore.

Great place for big, eyeshadow, palette sets for great prices. The ladies there are very helpful, even if youre a guy and you have no idea what you are looking for, they will help you the best they can. Very friendly, and affordable prices.

Love this place. Its a bit small and gets packed but usually the wait isnt horrible. The only reason I just cant give them 5 stars is because of the parking situation. There is none lol you have to park in the street. They have a couple of spots next to it but I never make it to get one and the next option is street or residential parking.

Me & my wife just got married she messed up on our shipping address we called Morphe to ask them to fix it & all they say is that there is nothing they can do about it. We called ups & the post office they also can’t change the address for us for some reason. She talked to the supervisor named BECKY used much sarcasm & no potential in helping us . We spent 28$ at Morphe why is it so much for them to at least give my wife credit for an item she purchased but lost. I understand it’s not the company’s fault but my wife works a minimum wage job 2 times a week just enough to buy herself some nice things & lost that money

Ordered the 35O and the shadows are so good and pigmented!! the shipping was also incredibly fast and i live in another continent. havent ordered any brushes but Ill definitely do it soon

Spacious, aesthetically pleasing, lovely customer service, and great variety of palettes and brushes. The only issue is the system they use for charging debit/credit cards. It ruined a friends card by locking her account and having her order a new card.

AMAZING!!!!! I have purchased the 35o palette, the 9c highlight and contour palette, the Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics lip tar, the black gel eyeliner, and the angled eyeliner brush. All products are unbelievable. Completely comparable to high-end products that are 3 or 4 times as expensive. I love, love, love Morphe, I will definitely be back for more!

My girlfriend loves this original store, I shop at mag park sneaker shop which is right across the street while I let her browse. Or go grab some drinks and portos which is like 1 minute away. Love this area

I am from Canada and was super nervous after reading some reviews about the shipping problems (especially being from Canada I wasnt sure about how long that it would take to get my products) and quality of the brushes, however my experience has been amazing. The whole process from order placement to delivery took 2 weeks total and I am so happy with my items. The brushes are great quality, I have no issues with bristles falling out of the brushes, and the eye shadow quality is fantastic. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else, and will be ordering from them again in the very near future.

Bad costumer service. I came in few minutes before another customer. One of the employees goes directly to that customer. After that, still haven’t ask me if I need help... He just go and chat with his colleague. I could feel a little of racism/discrimination with the employees of this store :)

Elite brushes i got were soft but the bristles are not consistent, some are thick and hard. Compact eyebrushes were painful, like needles. Some employees are nice and helpful but one in particular that helped me a few times gives me a vibe that she is not interested in helping me. The only thing i like so far is the rose gold series. I definitely recommend.

I always find what I need by myself because the staff there seems like its so much of a bother to help clients out. Girls up at the cash registers arent very friendly or talkative. Literally feels like give me your money and get out.... If I didnt live so close I would order online but when the drive is literally 5 minutes I cant give a good enough reason to pay shipping. Maybe its time to hire people who actually care about giving great costumer service?

Worst experience ever at a makeup store, I go to a makeup school so I asked if I had any discounts they said no but that they could use a coupon for me to get discount so I said yea. Well next thing you know I paid 35 dollars for 2 palletes and then my friend paid more we went to ask to see if she’d get the discount too, and they made me pay more when it was not my mistake. Really disappointed!!!!

I love this place. I do order a lot of their products online but have also walked in to do some shopping. There new location is huge in a very high end of the city. The parking is a pain because there is not much. The staff is always very friendly and willing to help and also know their products very well. Morphes brushes are amazing and the eyeshadows are amazing as well. Very pigmented and smooth and you get a lot for your money. Highly highly recommend this makeup store.

I wanted the 35o palette & the 35w palette before they got famous lol. They were always sold out online! I read online that they had them in stock at their store. So I said F it! Im driving out there. I drove an hour & a half to get my hands on these babies. They are so BEAUTIFUL! I was in love when I opened them. I didnt want to pay shipping or wait 2-3 weeks to get my order. I will put gas in my car & just drive there. There is a long ass line to get in the store but it beats 2-3 weeks! I do hope they can fix their problem with taking so long to ship orders to customers who dont live nearby, or even in the state.

Ordered some eyeliner from them about a week and a half ago. Its arrived yesterday, so yes shipping is slow. But I got the product I ordered. The color matches the website and it stays all day. Very pleased.

It was very easy to get in and out of, even on a Friday night before Christmas! The store is laid out almost like an Apple store for cosmetics.

I am very disappointed. I have watched the famous you tubers rant and rave about these brushes, which are great, but Im not happy with the fact that I received damaged items. I dont like that part but other than that, they are alright. Makes me wonder if sigma brushes are better... The saying is true, you get what you pay for.

Such a cute store! Bigger than their last space. There isn’t set parking so you will most likely have to park on the street (the only complaint I would have).

Been almost 3 years and I still use my 2 palettes my dad got me while in the USA. It still works perfectly fine- color intensity and texture everything still the same.

Such a shady company that steals your money. I order online because I dont live in California. Approximately 3 weeks ago I ordered a few things online and when I opened my package there was something missing. I contacted morphe as soon as I noticed the eyelashes were missing and I got a very disappointing response. I was told that I was not going to be getting the eyelashes that I paid for because I did not contact them within 48 hours from when the package arrived. I responded and informed them that due to the holiday weekend, I was out of town. A week later and they have not responded to my email, returned my money, or shipped my eyelashes. So if they make a mistake and forget adding any item to your package ITS YOUR LOSS. It shows the integrity of this company. Never again will I be purchasing from such an unprofessional company that all they care about is making money and not the customers.

I’m so glad we have a Morphe location in town now HOWEVER the reason it’s getting a low review is because I asked if I could return a setting spray that was busted when I tried using it at home and I overheard an employee ask her manager and the manager said “TELL HER NO!” the employee was sweet and got back to me and she said to show proof of purchase but I still think the manager was rude.

Terrible customer service. Cheap quality brushes. Visited and they kept trying to push me to leave a positive review on Yelp and then I would receive a gift in exchange for the positive review. THAT is sketchy. Why do you need to bribe a customer to leave a positive review if your work and quality speaks for itself? That must be why the Yelp reviews are so positive? Palettes come apart in now time. Again, brushes are cheap because they are inconsistent. You can buy one and it works great! No shedding after use. Then you buy another and walah, shedding and the head of the brush coming off. If you try to call or email them, they either do not respond or act like you are wasting their time. Crappy company

This was my first time purchasing from Morphebrushes. I placed my order on 6/2, and received my package on 6/8, so it took about a week to receive, which isnt TOO bad, but the store is local, so I would assume processing and shipping would be a little quicker if you are an hour driving distance from where its manufactured (southern CA)...but other than that, its a great product, I got the E6 brush from the Elite Collection, its super beautiful and soft, and worked great with my foundation. I wouldnt recommend it on the Urban Decay beauty balms though, it didnt disperse or blend it as well as I would have hoped not sure why? Maybe its just me not sure, so Ill use this strictly for foundations.

Purchased brushes that, after two weeks, had excessive shedding. After several back and forth e-mails, the company told me this was normal. I spend more time picking brush fibers off my face than I usually spend doing my whole face. I definitely will not be using these on clients!

This Morphe store is one of the closest Morphe stores in LA. Employees are very friendly and helpful. I came to get the James Charles X Morphe Palette here and there were so many of them because this store isn’t as popular as Ulta. So if there are any Morphe products that are sold out online or in Ulta, there’s a high chance they’re here! Another nice addition is that there are vintage stores here to look around!

I bought their products and I love them because of their good quality but what I dont like is shipping.I received them 2 weeks later, so that its to long because I live 30 minutes away. Anyways my brushes and eyeshadows are great!

Shipping just takes too long. If you know a lot of people are going to order a certain item, why not plan in advance to get everything shipped out in a timely matter instead of a month? why promise something you cannot provide. they dont answer any calls or emails which is poor customer service all together. They told my friend they ship orders randomnly? thats not fair, why not deliver in the order you receive it, first come first serve. non strategic and inconsiderate on their part. dont bite off more than you can chew and deliver a horrible service and experience overall just because your company wants as much money as possible. how convenient they werent taking returns either after the sale for their palette was done, they knew they wouldnt provide a good service and no refunds.rude

Ordered my 35o Palette a it came in HORRIBLE condition keep in mind this is how it came before use. I cant even use it. Opened right out the box and this was the condition. Colors are gorgeous ( the ones I can see anyways ) some colors are all smeared on top of one another, one of my eye shadows is broken, outside of the casing was dirty with makeup. Terribly presented. Hoping for a refund.

My first time visiting the store while on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised of the quality of the products, for cheap!! Staff was nice and helpful. I walked away with fabulous products and a discount!!

Love love most my brushes but my favorite one is the 402. Started to shed right away. I was so disappointed. I emailed them about it and nothing . I know they are cheaper then my mac or sigma but the shedding on this brush was horrible. I hope they can just get back to you and not ignore your emails. All I wanted was a replacement. So I went to mac and sigma and got similar to that one.

The service was really good. Lots of staff working so no lines and easy to get assistance.
