I bought a battery, but it was the wrong part. Called them up, he sent me the battery without charging me twice, and sent it before I had to send the other back. What a great customer service. Also, answered my phone calls right away, no waits whatsoever!

I paid for a 3 year warranty on a video card and I have called them at least 5 times and left voice message, I have sent emails asking for a RM number so I can return the video card that broke and they have not contacted me back at all.
