Mark is a peach. Such a nice and helpful dude. Really helped me out a lot and answered any question I had very thoroughly. Seriously deserves a promotion.

I was on customer service on the phone and there was a guy named Mark, super understanding, super sweet, overall good guy, he deserves a promotion, atleast a raise.

Terrible customer service! The manager is the worst! I went just to sign up for a Pro Account, he did not sign me up and just took my money! I had to call customer service to confirm I had an account. Don’t go here!! You’ll get scammed. I even think it was the manager! Boo!

They never answer the phone and when they do. Your on hold the entire time. I can take a 14 minute drive and theyll still not answer.

It has all the games I like and its been really great going and getting games I want. The pop figures are my favorite because theyre really cool to look at and I have a collection of them!

Horrible customer service. Used 3 cards from 3 different institutions to try to order a $7 game. All rejected orders. Used paypal, the order registered and I was told I have to wait 24 hours for the order to finish processing. The following morning I see it was cancelled. I called up, the rep said its a problem with the fraud processor. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and they told me their busy in a meeting but will back. After 6 hours I called back, and they told me supervisors dont have the ability to call out. They told me to go into the store. I asked for the name of the fraud detection company so I could clear up whatever problem theyre having and they said they dont know. At this point Ive used 4 cards from different major financial institutions all under my name/address, used my email, installed an app on my tablet, tried a different browser, used my PC, gave them my phone number, used my paypal account, I think thats more than enough to prove my identity. They provide no other option to fix this other than to find a gamestop store. So for some reason Im effectively banned from online and they dont know why. They still think Im trying to cheat them out of $7*2 game. Way to make a customer feel like a criminal youre a poor excuse for a retailer!

I bought a ps4 from here not so long ago maybe 2 - 2 ½ months ago and its already not working? Wont turn on but the button to eject disc beeps, I wasnt touching nothing when it started beeping out of nowhere. Why do you guys sell the ones that dont work correctly maybe the previous owners told you guys the problem and didnt care. Why do that? This hurts because it all came out to 350 dollars 💔

This Game Stop is amazing, the staff is super helpful and go above and beyond to get you what you need or to get you an answer. James was amazing and I really appreciate his help during these crazy times during the holiday rush. Not my home game stop but will be coming back to this one just because of how great this store is! A great geek paradise of all things novelty and of course video game. This store is a little smaller than other Gamestops, but the service and the selections are great.

Directly support your gaming company by preordering your games digitally. Dont waste your time on a company that does not support global releases for the legit same price and to leak the game within their employees. The cd and digital copy share no differences. Same memory spent.

The sale person on weekend (big white guy) is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. He doesn’t know how to treat Cosumer with respect and dignity. He doesn’t know how to communicate with people. Time of operation is confusing with out update. Time stated that they are open, but he doesn’t even open the door for you. Stay away from this place.

Usually the dont pick up their phone🙁 you gotta go and drive out there, which could be an inconvenience during this pandemic. The plaza where this store is at is very congested.

Quick to receive help from the staff who are just as interested in helping you get what you need and hopefully not get sick or spread any sick or catch it.Im happy with the expediency the most.

Danielle P is a miracle worker (her Manager as well). Whatever your opinions about GameStop as a company may be, the customer service at this location is top notch. The Manager was very invested in helping, she stayed an extra 20 minutes at least after her shift to resolve an issue. Danielle made sure I left satisfied after dealing with internal contacts for close to 60 minutes.

Always polite. They call when your preorder comes in.

The employees are very nice and helpful.

They advertise that they buy used system, games and gear. Went to sell my Xbox and 5 games and I had to have a controller Im order to sell it. They tried to get me to buy a controller so theyd buy my Xbox but would only buy the controller back at the devalued rate. This would be considered extortion. Not sure why its necessary to have a controller when they sell individual items like cables, cords by themselves. Ill never buy a thing from game stop again. Best buy all the way.

Like the fact my boyfriend loves go to GameStop in Burbank Empires purchase games will I see what board games they have as will. How exactly he gets when he purchases a new game. The only down side is there should be more options in playing board games, puzzles toys etc

Good a GameStop as any Ive seen. On the smaller side but good selection and offer midnight releases on popular games in a very organized manner. Would highly recommend this GameStop.

This is the closest Game Stop to me and I have typically had a good experience. HOWEVER. Me and my boyfriend went there last week to look for Far Cry Primal. We wanted it used. We went up to the counter where one employee said it was unavailable USED. Alright, no big deal. We went back to the wall of options and saw that it WAS listed as available USED. So I told boyfriend it might still be on the wall by mistake.... They probably still dont have it. So we went back to the counter, just to check, where another employee (a thick white guy; which matters cause HE was the ASS and might help you single him out) said Well the OTHER EMPLOYEE was just telling you what IS IN stock. So boyfriend was still holding the box that said Far Cry Primal USEDin his hand and said, Oh.... Okay.... Well do you... want this??? Meaning the EMPTY USELESS BOX. The employee said, Yea, I guess, grabbing it hastily and staring at us to leave.... Seriously? Ive worked in customer service for 9 years. That is NOT how you speak to someone. You say: Oh man... That mustve been out there by mistake. Im sorry, we dont have what you need. Thank you for bringing this up to us. I apologize for the inconvenience. Every female employee has been a gem. Try to keep up the good work.

Really nice people here. I love being able to come here and just talk about games and see what they recommend me. Its a pretty small GameStop but hey they got games and friendly people. And thats what counts the most. Keep up the good work!.

I love this GameStop. It has a parking lot, and many good video games.

Got great preorders and the employees are fantastic.

This location has really nice employees and what you’d expect a GameStop to have.

Gave this store a second chance and they continued to disappoint in their customer service, you’d think that stores would want to keep the few customers but yet their attitude says otherwise.

Been here a couple of times. Decent place for games but DONT sell you games to them its a ripoff.

Danielle was amazing. She helped me pick out a new xbox 1 s and explained to me why its better for my price range than the one x. Didnt try to upsell me which is a first.
