6-30-21:Came here in the afternoon to cool down from the 90F+ ☀️.Shared the cold brew coffee and the cinnamon toast crunch drink + an almond strawberry croissant. Drinks were excellent and definitely hit 🎯. Croissant was large and tasty. I would definitely be back for more ❄️ drinks and pastries!

Love this place is just incredible in the nice thing is you can order online and they even offer CBD to add to your coffee they could probably add all of the more selection on their pastries but you can’t have everything

I checked out this cute little place in Burbank called The Palm Coffee Bar🌴. Surprised to find an amazing boutique store with original Coffee ☕ and merch.Since I walked thrue the door I received nothing but smiles and greetings, everyone was very polite helping me pick the right coffee for the day.The coffee was perfect, rich, flavorfull ☕⚡💯 and with the right price.I would definitely recommend this place for coffee fanatics, you can chill inside in a little seating area surrounded by awesome decor, and lets not forget all the swag they have for sale if you are looking for a gift.Dont forget to check it out for yourself 😎✌🏼

Came here for a quick drink the inside is very nice and well made. The music in there was very loud and obnoxious. There were four workers in there dancing very inappropriately, as if they were at a club. It was disturbing and very unprofessional. After that they started talking inappropriately overall the experience was terrible. It was like walking into a club. These people need to teach there workers to act in a professional manner when there are customers in the store especially with family. I couldn’t believe what I saw, and heard never going there again. This place gets one star because of the nice setting other than that they doesn’t even deserve a star.

Checked out The Palm this past weekend and was incredibly impressed! I had just tripped and hurt my knee and the two baristas working provided amazing customer services. Not only did they do a great job with my order, they also helped me take care of my knee! Will definitely be going back the next time I’m in the neighborhood!

By far the best matcha I ever had in Los Ángeles! AND REMEMBER TO ADD SOME CBD!!!Try the half matcha with half blueberry matcha, CBD and lucky charms marshmallows. It’s to die for!

I live in Texas and never been to LA but I am giving 5 starts to this shop because I saw the “Sparking Joy” show on Netflix and I really liked seeing how much Joanna cares about her business and also seems like a genuine kind person. Lattes are great, perfectly balanced taste. They use sugarbloom for pastries which imo are the best in LA.Staff is mostly all friendly and welcoming. Probably the best small business coffee shop in the Valley.

Burbank hipsters unite! And yes there is such a beast as Burbank Hipsters. It’s not an oxymoron. You’re going to get an adequate espresso drink at The Palm. They use Equator coffee and pull a pretty strong shot. Service is satisfactory. Crowd is as expected. Small joint not really up to hanging out inside for very long. Overall four stars and for Burbank that’s pretty good. Pro Tip: Yum Yum Cupcakes is right next door ❤️

Great shop to grab coffee on the go. Their iced vanilla latte is on the stronger side which is how I preferred.

Tried the Jungle Chocolate Chip Latte, vegan blended Watermelon Sugar Matcha and the blended Cinnamon Toast Crunch. All were great. Im not really a fan of matcha but since it is mixed with watermelon I was curious to try it; first sip got that bitter taste however after I mixed it well it was pretty good not too sweet not to bitter, the perfect mix. I imagine matcha lovers will enjoy this drink.The cinnamon was sweet like the cereal however did not taste much like coffee. The Jungle chocolate chip was by far my favorite it had more of a taste like coffee. Although drinks are on the higher end of price definitely worth it, will return again.

Delicious coffee and fun vibe

This is a great little neighborhood cafe which is exactly what I want in contrast to bigger, busier, noisier places. Those cafes can be great experiences as well but I love being able to walk through my neighborhood to grab a cup of coffee, a pastry, and just sit down and reeee-lax! I also love the idea of supporting a mom n pop shop.

As a coffee professional working for a Swiss company, Ive tasted product globally. My best coffee was in a Japanese restaurant in Boston, then a cappuccino in a small café not far from Genèva. Memorable coffee is extremely rare. Based on my experience, Palm latte is good, with an excellent for their frothing artwork. A high recommend for effort.

Check your drink before you leave. Im 0 for 3 on getting my drink right and I dont order anything complicated

I don’t normally give reviews but I just had to for The Palm. I’ve been here 3 times now and they are consistently amazing! Today I got The Lucky Charm specialty drink with oat milk which I highly recommend! When I was finished with my drink I was offered ice water and then watched them walk outside to give an iced coffee to the lady working for fed ex in the heat! This place is incredible and all of the workers are extremely nice!

The one sip of coffee I got tasted A-OK, then my son accidentally spilled the full iced coffee when reaching for a stick to stir it. They cleaned up the mess, which was so great because there weren’t enough napkins for me to tackle it. What they didn’t do was offer to refill the coffee which I had JUST finished paying for. Don’t bother having an accident, because you’ll watch your money fall straight into the trash. Oh, but they were sure to tell us to have a nice day on the way out...?!

Wonderful Coffee Bar!I was recently introduced to this wonderful little coffee shop by my girlfriend and fell in love with it. It has officially become our hangout for coffee and catching up. The drinks are absolutely delicious and the staff has been super friendly and helpful at every visit. Would recommend it whole-heartedly!!

This wonderful little spot has great cups of coffee. The menu is simple and to the point and the coffee they serve is smooth and not at all bitter. They recently got a refrigerated display and have begun serving sandwiches and bottle drinks, so theyve been expanding their options. They also have fivestar, which is great for those who like to frequent places. Check it out!

So happy this place opened on Magnolia Blvd. Easily one of my favorite coffee spots in the valley, if not LA. The cappuccinos are made really well, the atmosphere in the little cafe is calm, cool and vibrant. The owner is a real nice lady and she has a strong team in place serving up some high quality coffee! Go try it out, you won’t be disappointed!

I’m not a fan of writing reviews, but this instance I felt the need. I randomly googled coffee near me to find some new coffee to try and purchase. I picked this one just because I hadn’t been there before and it was new to the area. I made sure not to read any reviews before going because I didn’t want it to ruin my experience. I really wish I had due to the heavy lack of decent customer service. The young man that made my sweet creature was pleasant and expressive. HOWEVER, the young lady at the register was stale, unenthusiastic, and offered no type of intro experience for a new customer even after mentioning that I’d never been there before. Dryly pointing to a menu without explaining anything and leaning against the counter came off as if she were being bothered. Even when asking about the whole bean coffee, it seemed like it pained her to look up from her phone to answer my question. I wanted to feel good about buying coffee there to brew at home but at this point I really just want to take it back, get my money back, and not go there again.

Two doors from the Infamous yummy cupcake, The Palm Coffee offers a simple menu with espresso based drinks at a fair price. They also offer a punch card system, every 10th cup is free. Cute little shop, friendly service. With, you guessed it, a palm tree to greet you at the door. Looking forward to watching The Palm grow *pun intended*

Today we stopped by for a cup and the female cashier apparently was having a bad day. My hubby is an Aussie and sometimes cant make out what people are saying especially in a small sometimes noisy space. When he asked the cashier to repeat her question she was quite annoyed. He managed to order my coffee but when he began to order his own she again said something that he couldnt make out and when asked to repeat herself, she again said, quite irritated with an eye roll and dramatic pause Your. Next. Order even the barista gave her a sideways glance.We came for the coffee not the abuse, the difference in supporting local businesses is that you usually get much better service than the chain stores. This lady doesnt seem cut out for customer service to me, you either have a heart of service or you dont. I hope I dont encounter her foul mood the next time, she should find something to do that makes her happy and where she doesnt have the opportunity to project her bad vibes on others.

My new favorite coffee place. First: amazing and expertly roasted coffee provided by Equator. Second: the baristas are very skilled and very friendly! I have had incredible service and coffee each time I have visited. Third: delicious pastries provided by Pitchoun Bakery. I fully intend to be a regular and I cant wait to see how The Palm grows!

Very legit coffee spot in Burbank! Tons of milk options, tried a macadamia nut milk cappuccino. It was great, a nice spin on an old classic. All the baristas have been friendly and outgoing. And to top it all off, I re-found one of my favorite baristas... Nolan! He makes a top notch coffee and is always up for an entertaining chat.Glad I stopped by after driving by so many times.

I was excited to try this place - Id heard good things and love all the little local coffee shops in Magnolia Park.Its definitely cute. Its totally the Holy Matcha!/Alfred Tea motif. The design is nice. A little cramped getting to the seating with the shelves and cooler offering more cute knick knacks and drinks and what looked like a very healthy salad to go.I tried a new blended drink - Horchata latte - which I was disappointed to find out had no coffee in it, and would cost $1 for one shot to be added. Somehow it was bland and too much at the same time. I ended up dumping most of it, which is not a great first impression for a drink over $6.My husband was pleased with the Lucky Charm (I think something) that was matcha and blueberry. However, he had to pick off the pink marshmallows since hes allergic to red dye. Nbd, I wasnt paying attention to if the menu mentioned them so I dont know if we could have headed that off or not. I imagine they are.The register guy seemed very uninterested in his job. I think its a personality thing, and his is one that wasnt fun to interact with when wanting to know about a new menu of things youve never seen. The girl on the bar seemed to be delightful, but we didnt interact a lot. The making of drinks seemed slow even though no one was there when we came in.In the end, the prices were high for what ended up being a lackluster experience. I wont be going out of my to try the basics here, probably just stick with simply coffee down the street.

I would say that my experience at the palm coffee bar in Burbank was I guess I could say okay The people there are very nice its a cute little location its very artsy instagramable you could say And I do like the fact that they are a little different with their drinks as far as customizations would go I tried the sweet creature and I could sit honestly it tasted just fine it really just tasted like a regular latte with some extra stuff on top not really a flavor difference I would say if youre nearby or in the area its better than your average Starbucks or Dunkin donuts or something like that but I would say that its not worth the long drive if youre far away I believe that with the little more flavor thar could have a big change though

Walked in and got welcomed by the staff - they’re both great - really friendly and nice. I asked if I can snap some photos and they said it’s cool so there you go.The theme is pink - very trendy and modern cafe. I saw that there’s a photobooth but I think it may be temporary unavailable (or at least on my visit)The Hot Cinnamon Toast Crunch was good, although it wasn’t as hot as I thought it would be. On my visit, I hanged out for a bit outside sipping my latte and just the ambience can help you relax. It’s a bummer I didn’t have a chance to try their Chocolate Gluten-free Donut.Parking is relatively easy - there are a lot available on the streets and you’ll just have to walk a few steps to get here.
