Love this store, has everything spooky for a fan like me. Also the cashier didnt catch his name but he was there around closing time when I went. Very nice, friendly guy and not to mention handsome 😉 store is very clean and staff is spooktacular.

The attention is the worst. I spent $150 in a costume, I got home and when I opened it it was broken. I came back the next day and not only they didn’t change it, they were very disrespectful with me. Besides the prices are way more expensive than anywhere else.

If you’re not a size small this store is good. But not much for 0 or 1 adult women. Lots of stuff and special effects make up.

Its good for Samhain.However, if you like the macbre year-round, then its a Mecca, and definitely worth the pilgrimage.

First time coming to this store wasnt the best experience we spend $400 last night 10/30 & got treated so rude by most employees on the floor 😑 has alot of costumes overall but what kills the experience is the way the employees handle situations ...one of the employees said get in line or get out like wow 👏

So much fun to look through all the costumes. Its open year-round because creativity knows no season. Also, the staff is great and their jobs are obviously more of a lifestyle choice than work for them.

The staff is amazing, but the prices are set really high cause they have the area on lock down. Good to get props if you got the cash. Would be nice if they offered entertainment industry discounts. I begrudgingly go here

Just like the other Halloween Town stores. Very clean staff very polite and very helpful did not have one problem at my 1st visit I will be returning around Halloween time to purchase a costume or 2 maybe 3 or even 5. I enjoyed this place a very much cant wait to return. My only concern was the prices for the props such as a toy gun was outrageous other than that I dont blame them how else can we make a living so I support them. The masks all along the wall are amazing. Makes me feel like a kid all over again.

This place was awesome. A year round Halloween store with some really cool horror collectables from the old Universal Monster movies. There were actually a couple of stores connected to this one on the block that sold Halloween items. Very cool for a Halloween Junkie like my wife. You could definitely spend a few hours looking around and not see everything because there is so much cool stuff to take in.

Verity of costumes, very nice store. BU T !!!!!I bought costume for myself and my daughter for daughter and dad dance on Saturday. They didn’t have room to try it. I came back home my wife didn’t liked it was too big not really working out. I come back on Friday, to return it and I was told that all there sales are final. And point out to some paper next to the cashier.I told them that I paid the full price and that I didn’t used the product. At the time of the purchase no one point out that sale is final. The lady in the store told me I wasn’t here when you bought it.I bring it back in original package and explained the reason. They didn’t accept my arguments and were very rude.Be warned - if you will have problem with your purchase don’t expect to get any service !

This place has a lot of items, and I always go here for my special fx makeup needs each year and spend a lot of money. But they have a very unreasonable no returns or exchanges policy that no one could seem to explain when I asked about exchanging an obviously unopened item of makeup that I had purchased 1 day earlier from the same employee. When I asked calmly about the reasoning behind it, they said I dont know, its the owners policy.And when I asked if the owner could tell me, they refused to get them or put me in touch with them in any way. Very rude. Its like, fine, I wasted $10 on an item I didnt need and can probably sell it online anyway, but why cant anyone tell me why such a strict policy? I feel like it should be a case by case basis, especially when you see Im not trying to pull a fast one on anybody. I usually like to support local businesses like this, but sadly wont be returning next year. Ill give my money to a big chain or order online instead, I guess. What a shame. Youd think customer service night be something a local business would value. But theyre just like everyone else, trying to swindle you out of a few bucks. :(

This is a year round Halloween store. They have lots of stuff and have a great following. However, they are expensive. They have 3 stores next to each other. A costume store for kids, another store for more costumes and the last store has decorations.It is very popular, even with celebs. Ive seen a number of a list celebs here. 11wqSo, if you need hood Halloween stuff to decorate and costumes, it is a great place to go to.

I love this store so much. Great quality of costumes all year around, but the customer service sucks. You can definitely tell they hate there job.

Best place in the area to buy costumes unless its Halloween. Most of the time this place is chill and the people care friendly but as soon as Halloween season hits they hire a ton of temps and the place is crazy crowded. Get your costume early. Dont forget to shop here for other holidays, though. Santa and elf gear for Xmas, Easter Bunny stuff, St. Patricks day leprechauns, Valentines day Cupids and even Presidents Day presidents.

Very awesome! They have so many things there like makeup,wigs,masks, & more! Perfect to find the right costume for parties or Halloween or other spooky and fun events :D

Really cool place. Takes up three buildings. Everything and anything Halloween can be found here. A bit pricey but worth it. It is a annual family tradition!
