My boyfriend left his phone early around 2:30 pm at the Cicero location and the man told him to pick it back up at 5 pm Same day ( Sunday), keep in mind they close at 5pm on Sundays ( we didn’t know this ) This man was not clear to come in before 5 pm ! We drove 15 min from home for nothing. So unprofessional, now my bf has to go in late at work the next morning to get his phone all because of this man.
