Kim and her staff do amazing work - their arrangements are always fresh and creative. Their customer services is top notch. I placed two orders on their site for the same arrangement going to two different people. My only wish was to had the ability to place one order for two arrangement going to two different people vs. having to create two separate orders. That aside, i will always go to Enchanted Florist for my florals needs.

After being gone from the area for eight years, I recently ordered an arrangement for a friends surgery and am pleased to report all of those qualities are still top priorities at the Enchanted Florist.

The flowers arrived on time but the flowers I ordered were supposed to be lavender. The vase was didnt match the color flowers. For the price I was hoping it would have been perfect, especially when the description said lavender bouquet.

Flowers were beautiful. But I lucked out even being able to pick them up. On the day before Mothers Day, this florist closes at Noon. Noon. Wow. Something that wasnt even explicitly stated in my confirmation email. Now, clearly I shouldnt have assumed later hours without checking, but I cant imagine closing at noon the last day they are open before the biggest Flower holiday of the year. Thankfully, there was somebody still there making flower arrangements, and they gave me my prepaid order. So all is well that ended well and lesson learned, never assume someones common sense business model, always check store hours when you order.

I LOVE this place. It smells heavenly and has absolutely the most exquisite flowers ever. They can do all the standard stuff, but if you want something really memorable you will not be disappointed. Just ask, and explain who the flowers are for. They will find the perfect one of a kind container, and customize the arrangement. The shop has beautiful cards and unique items for gifts, priced from medium to high. They have always been super nice and friendly, making the extra effort to deliver at the specific time I asked for. It gets VERY crazy around Mothers Day and Valentines, so probably NOT the best holidays to try them for the first time.

MrB/Enchanted Florist has been my florist for over 15 years. Today I called about an arrangement received that was not up to par for the first time ever. While past management has been customer oriented, the current manager expressed no concern about the product or my satisfaction. She attributed all problems to me. Totally unwilling to stand behind their product. I do not understand the lack of concern and the possibility that I might have cause. Lost me as customer.

I am so disappointed with the flowers you delivered to me guys..My husband is out of state and he ordered the flowers last valentines day from you because he said he liked the name of the shop. When he called he asked me if I liked the roses (he ordered 1 dozen he said)..I said I did because I did not want to hurt his feelings...and its always the thought that counts BUT I did not like it because first and foremost it wasnt a DOZEN..it was only SIX (3 red, 3 white) with 2 hydrangeas and some ferns and the arrangement was bad. I checked your website and it says there that the arrangement was 105.00!!!! The picture is not the same as the real delivery. Please guys, if the order is a DOZEN roses, PLEASE deliver a DOZEN!!!! not SIX with some ferns. Enchanted I was not.
