Great people great shop. Never a disappointment.

Unfortunately everytime we go in the customer service is sub-par. Most of the staff seems friendly, but somehow we always end up dealing with rude staff. We will definitely be looking for a new camera shop/printing service.

For a small family run camera store in Burbank, theyve somehow always had everything Ive needed. If only they were open 7 days a week!

Came in to get help with a new camera strap I had installed myself (the straps were too long) and the very friendly gentleman at the front desk helped me with no hesitation and even gave me some suggestions how to secure the straps better. Didn’t charge me a cent. Definitely would come back again if I ever have camera issues or questions in the future!

Love this shop. Good local photo store. Prices can be a little high, but I like supporting local businesses who offer personalized service.

I stumbled upon Cams the other day as theyre located down the street from work. Im green when it comes to shooting film and I just purchased a point and shoot Olympus Stylus Zoom 140. I walked in and was met by a smile by the owner, Henry. A solid guy - he showed me how to use the camera, what film he liked and made a quick transaction. I will be purchasing/developing my film here from here on out. Definitely would recommend stopping by!

Great service, they do much more than a passport photo.I highly recommend this place, they sell camera lenses and stands too.

Always a pleasant experience. I went there recently and they had the lens filter adapter I needed and none of the Samy’s stores had it.

A cool little photo store in the valley. The carry a healthy selection of used film cameras, as well as equipment for lighting, developing chemicals, as well as color and black-and-white film 435 mm, 120, and even Polaroid formats. The staff there is uniformly friendly, and always willing to help you find whatever it is youre looking for. they also develop film on site, if youre not into the whole DIY Thing. Ive had no trouble theyre finding batteries for obscure cameras, film for almost any occasion, and the basics for developing my own film. Recommended for both newcomers and Veterans of film photography. Bring your wallet.

Ive been here several times. Its a local camera shop. The owner, Henry, is knowledgeable and friendly. He doesnt try to sell you things you dont need from the shop, but gives you advice on how to accomplish whatever it is you want to do with your photography. The other people in the shop are also very friendly and just as knowledgeable about photography. The only thing I wish was different is that theyd sell Lee and B+W filters.

They have a great selection of cameras that you cant even get any where and great prices.They also have film and still develop them

Lots of film! LOTS, but not every kind you will ever find in the world. I got my film for a good price, came out a happy man AND I had my workout for the day. Could get more film and Ill come more often!

Excellent camera everything. Personally, I come here because they offer excellent service for film developing and unmatched prices in the area. I will be taking my film cameras to them for servicing as well. The staff is very nice and cares about their customers.

Im very pleased with the service Cam Photo & Imaging provided for me. They printed disposable camera film for me and also printed photos from my phone. Friendly and knowledgeable staff! They are an excellent local businesses.

Walked in for passport photo, walked out a few minutes later with 2 wonderful professional pics for my new passport, great shop for anything camera and film related.

Cam Photo & Imaging is what a true camera shop should be .... friendly and with an extremely technically proficient staff and great selection of products . I have been going there for over 10 years and it has only gotten better . The staff cannot be beat !! If you want true customer service from a genuinely courteous and knowledgeable group of camera junkies ...this is your place !! Excellent selection and a used section that is the best !

Its a best place in Burbank to print a photo

I brought in a camera for a repair, the shutter was not working properly. It was a Russian Leica called a Zorki 4. A fairly good & respected Leica copy. the tech had to replace the top cover. It took a while for the part to come in, (that was completely out of the technicians control) so they had the camera for some time (a little short of 2 months). It was very much worth the wait. What I got back was a brand new camera! CLAd & ready to take pictures. I would highly recommend them. The price was fair & the estimate was just what I paid, no more, no hidden charges. It is a little hard to find a parking space around them sometimes, its in a popular place in Burbank. Full service photo shop, they have it all.

I wouldnt recommend them for repair. Last summer my lens and camera fell at the production company I was interning. Around the corner was Cam Photo & Imaging. So I told them the story and asked them if they thought it was fixable. If not my boss would reimburse me. They advised me to have it repaired by their own repairman instead of canon because that would take a week vs 6 weeks with canon.So after 5 weeks my camera and lens came back (supposedly fixed) but the focus at the lens was still broken! The camera and lens were send back again and after 3 weeks I rang them up. Later that day henry called me up that the repair guy forgot about it and would look after it immediatly. 4 days later I had it back. Well after 8 weeks I had it all back. Missed out on bringing my camera on a cross country road trip and hiking in the desert because of that. Around that time my internship ended, I had to fly back to the netherlands where Im from and when I was back I started using my camera and lens again.. and guess what? still broken. It wouldve been easier if they just sold me a new lens... (and cheaper for me) so thanks for wasting my time.

Super knowledgeable staff, lots of great old cameras and lenses. Looking forward to coming back here more.
